Quite little shop/bar in the state capital. Full wine and liquor shop with a dive bar vibe. Quite and private. No beers on tap but beer by the drink was very reasonably priced compared to other similar establishments. Craft beer for $3 a drink is always a win in my book.Staff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.Would definitely recommend and visit again.

On an impromptu trip to Frankfort, we ended up in downtown and at this cute little cellar. Now, I was expecting a little wine shop with a few options. I walked in to a variety of wines from all over the world. And, you could also sit and have a drink at this space! Even better. There were wine and beer options. We had a beer and what was even better was hanging out with the employee working the store and chatting with her. It was so much fun. She had so many stories and recommendations for food in Frankfort. It made me want to come back on an evening where they are having a tasting to just enjoy the ambiance of this location. What a great find!

Give this place a visit. We came in at 10am after eating breakfast at a near by diner. The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the bourbon we were asking him about. The ambiance we really nice too.

We stopped by for Wine Tasting during the Summer Concert Series on Friday, August 18th and it was a fantastic experience. They had a great selection of wine that you could buy by the glass or bottle, a small menu of snacks and sandwiches, and all very reasonably priced. Stop by for happy hour and you will find nice people and lots of small town charm!

Capital Cellars is one of my favorite spots in Frankfort! The new owners are making some amazing changes and the place just keeps getting better! Great selection of wine and bourbon, with a friendly staff there to answer any questions. Definitely check this spot out if you're in the area!!

Top notch customer service. They know their products inside and out. I know I can go there and feel 100% confident in my selection. If you are a wine dummy like me - this is your place. Fantastic selection of beers, too. I know they serve food here but we have not yet had a chance to stay for a meal. Great addition to downtown Frankfort.

What a cute boutique place! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they have a excellent selection of bourbons and a few other things. They also have a nice bar to order drinks and a limited food menu. Great prices as well.

Beautiful little shop with wine, bourbon, and beer. You can shop for take home bottles. You can have drinks at the little bar. They have very nice people working that are happy to discuss any topic from the local businesses to the best bourbon deals. Love this place!

Great selection of bourbon, nice bartender, they allow tastes of many bourbons, good prices and live entertainment! I just wish they had more food than cheese/ salami stuff from cooler. Their wine selection looked good too.
