Cafe Shiraz

In Clifton, a neighborhood flooded with coffee shops, Café Shiraz stands out.I visited the small coffee shop on Brownsboro Road today for the first time, and among a loaded menu full of lots of food and drinks, there were a couple real standouts that will have me coming back. First: the Turkish coffee. This was served traditionally (as best I can tell), in beautiful servingware with a coffee pot, small mug and cup of water to drink to cleanse the palate.My friend's tea was served in a tea press which I liked as well.Cafe Shiraz also boasted a well stocked case of pastries. I enjoyed a pastry stuffed with chorizo.Cafe Shiraz had many indoor tables. It was a perfect place to chat.Such a great coffee spot all the way around.

Very comfortable spot to have a coffee a d pastry a d Conti Plate the day ahead. We stoped in for a cappuccino but noticed they serve Turkish coffee something I look forward to trying next time, we tried the almond croissant which is always a plus at a coffee shop and the baklava, which was wonderful.Atmosphäre: very inviting very comfortable seating and extraordinarily clean. Service: very inviting very polite.

Wonderful addition to Clifton! Their menu has a large variety to choose from.Had the steak sandwich, which was wonderful along with a glass of wine. Finished with a brownie that was delicious. Look forward to visiting again!

Such a cute little coffee shop with gorgeous middle eastern decorations! The service was very friendly and helpful (opening the door for us when we had a large stroller), and the coffee was incredible. The best part is that they have homemade deserts. The macaroons are some of the best I've had in the states.

The service, coffee and food were all impeccable! We tried the Turkish coffee, cheese empanada, and the apple cinnamon streusel. Everything was so delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The shop was quiet and cozy, however we were the only ones there at the time. Definitely recommend!

Loved this place. Breakfast platter was so tasty, with delicious cheese, walnuts, olives, cream, honey, ect. loved the saffron tea and Iranian traditional saffron ice cream (with plenty of pistachios). Their pastry and Turkish coffee were also great too. They had high quality, generous portion. Atmosphere was so calming and relaxing. owner was so friendly, welcoming, and nice. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent fold and coffee. Had the break wrap. The wrap was so nice and soft. The food was delicious. Coffee was great also.

Fresh food and bakery items are served in addition to their excellent selection of tea, coffee and now wine and beer!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Louisville! Coffee and food are very good and service is excellent. The barista, Lauren, was very nice and friendly. I for sure will come back:)
