"One of Louisville's finer restaurants, this place will be a great dinner for folks. All the meat entrees were a finer quality beef selections. The sides and desserts all were excellent. Maybe a (4) dollar sign level of pricing. But at least you won't be disappointed in what comes to the table."
"Food, ambience, and service are second to none! The 9 Oz filet is outstanding, seared with a proprietary blend of rub spices. The side dishes are also top notch!"

"Bar Vetti is my treat-yo-self restaurant. I love to order the Cacio e Pepe with a nice wine. Date night, girls night, Brunch, Bar Vetti does it all. Menu rotates lots of exciting, fresh, innovative dishes.Staff is always attentive and prompt. Kitchen is efficient and crafts beautiful meals. Highly recommend to all my friends (and now all of Yelp!)."
"Yes yes yes! The perfect lunch spot, especially for a larger party in the area for bridal shopping Everything is made from scratch, locally sourced or grown. The waitress we had was very knowledgeable about the menu and had such great energy! Everyone was so pleased with their meal. All food came out hot & fresh!"
"This was an amazing find by pure accident. Food is ohhh my gosh good and adult beverages are sure to impress. Kids, as well as adults will love this place. Ambiance is so welcoming. Service is by far one of my best experiences anywhere. Highly recommend. Pricey, but worth it"
"Ordered the charcuterie board through a 3rd party for a quick evening bite to go with a nice bottle of wine. Very delicious and everything was fresh."
"One of my go to places to impress out-of-towners. The Irish Meatloaf is unforgettable. Walt is the man!"

Just go. After a day of bourbon distilleries, I figured I had earned a steak. Went to JR; sat at the bar as I wasn't dressed in any snazzy attire (and had zero problem.) The service at the bar was probably the best bar service I've ever received. Multiple people checked on me while I was seated, the food came quick, and the team behind the bar made great suggestions. These guys even came over to me to say that the bread service would be delayed.... That's next level folks. I had the burger and fries and it was solid. Reasonable prices and a solid number of options. I'll be back without question.

Tony's is one of the best restaurants in Lexington. It's located on Main Street right across from Rupp Arena. You can have a romantic date, a group dinner, or solid conversation with strangers at the bar. This was only my third trip to Tony's even though I lived in Lexington for six years. The prices always intimidated me, but every time I've gone, it's worth every penny. I had two Old Fashioneds, one with Basil Hayden and the other with Woodford. Both were fantastic. The bread is a perfect way to soak in the alcohol and prepare for a delicious meal. I didn't order any appetizers myself, but tried a few PEI mussels, which were pretty darn good. The biggest surprise of the night for me was the Seared Ahi Tuna Tartare. One of my friends ordered it and when I tried it, I was blown away! I'm getting that next time. The Sir Barton steak was the perfect size and a nice medium rare. The Mac and cheese was great as always. The truffle wedges were solid too, but I was too full by the time I reached that plate. For the prices, you get very generous portions. If you go with somebody, I highly recommend splitting dishes. That will go a long way. Final shoutout to our server. He had a lot of orders and checks to keep track of, and he got to us before glasses were empty and was pretty attentive for a busy night.

I had such a great experience at bar Vetti. Everybody was happy to be at work. Very welcoming as we opted to sit at the bar. The bartenders made drink suggestions to us. We were feeling the Christmas spirit and ordered from the Holiday drink menu. I got the "Bye Buddy, I hope you find your dad" and my friend had the "Angels with Filthy souls". It tasted so yummy tho. I did take pics of our drinks. We only had drinks but I'm definitely coming back for dinner.

The copper and oak burger was one of the most delicious burgers I've had in some time. Two medium locally farm and pasture raised beef patties cooked to perfection, no ketchup needed! A great place for bourbon and brew alike. Right in old Danville in a very nicely restored 1870's building and the ambiance is perfect saddled with great service!

It took me years to get to Pat's Steak House and ot was worth the wait. There were 4 of us and we were seated immediately upon arrival for our 7 pm reservation. Out server was super efficient, helpful and kind. He answered our questions about the menu and provided suggestions. My hubby and i split the lady filet, it was a 8-9 ounce cut and more than enough meat for the two of us and cooked to prefection. Medium rare. It was extremely tender, juicy and had a wonderful flavor. It came with two sides and we opted for a baked potato and green beans. The potato was so good, not sure how they cooked it but it was excellent and the sour cream made it even better. We added a house salad and they split that into seperate bowls in the kitchen. Meals came with fresh rolls amd butter which were also very good. For dessert we had a piece of caramel apple pie that was served with ice cream and whipped cream. It too was excellent. The resturant is old school, lots of nooks and crannies and we had fun walking around exploring after dinner. Very homey and welcoming. Highly recommend

The overwhelming hospitality and delicious culinary experience of 21 cannot be described with words. From the moment we walked in the door last night, we were treated like cherished guests and old friends. The ambiance was warm, welcoming and refined. Our food was delicious. I highly recommend the filet, scallops, seared tuna and espresso martini. Thank you for such a memorable and special dining experience.

"Stupendous, the best meal I've enjoyed, in the most sophisticated atmosphere, in the Tri-State. Not to be missed."
"I've eaten at 211 Clover Lane twice, and as I firmly believe in second chances, waited until after the second dining experience to write a review. My first impression is still valid. 211 Clover Lane is... fine. The front of house staff are pleasant enough. The servers are adequate. The food is okay. Neither experience wowed me. And this would be more acceptable, except the ambience and prices suggest one should embark on a dining experience at 211 Clover Lane with higher expectations. The fried green tomatoes lacked flavor ($13). The 211 house salad was at its core a handful of greens with an uninspired vinaigrette ($12). There was no vegan option for the main course, however after much hemming and hawing the server agreed to ask chef if they could create one, which they did - pasta topped with tomatoes and basil ($28). The pasta taste and texture suggested box over house-made, and although the kitchen was liberal with black pepper, there were no other flavors that stood out.In regards to service, our water glasses were often empty, and it took quite a while to receive the check, despite the restaurant being less than half occupied. I wish I had better things to say, but sometimes even second chances don't work out the way we hope."
"The B.A. Colonial is in the historic Colonial Gardens building, but it is well updated and modern. The menu is full of classic American items but it's all pretty good! Service is also good. There's a great patio too. Andddd there's a venue space upstairs!Additionally, B.A. does all sorts of cool stuff. Just this week, they're going a fundraiser with decor their customers painted for Derby, and if you took in a ticket from Churchill Downs yesterday, you could get a free old fashioned. They are super involved in the community and doing lots of engaging things, which makes it a five star for me!"
"Had a lovely dinner with friends at the Cellar Door. The food, drinks, and ambiance were great and our server, Lauren, was fantastic."
"A Californian visiting relatives in Hurricane, I was looking for a place that had a good selection of local craft beers on tap, plus a varied enough menu to satisfy everyone in our group.Fairways is the place! I got six sampler glasses of six different locally-brewed IPAs which were terrific. (See photo.)The food menu is huge, covering a variety of styles. I got Mahi Mahi tacos, my sister got the BBQ burger, my daughter got penne pasta and everything was great. The service was flawless. The place is a bit hidden, you actually park at the gas station in front. My one quibble is that this the first place I've ever ordered a flight, over five different States, where the beers weren't labelled. It's craft-beer flight etiquette to do this so that the craft beer lover knows what beers he's drinking."
"It is very convenient to the Marshall campus and caters to that business. It is the best of the close to campus restaurants we have tried. Good selection of basic food. Pretty plain ambiance. Food was good and reasonably priced though not spectacular. Lots of choices. Service was solid. I would go back."
"If you want a fancier cocktail Gertie's is a perfect place. It was located behind the front store. I also think they have a speakeasy. I ordered a whiskey sour and enjoyed it. I really wish they have egg whites or even a substitute to elevate it. Bar was very nice and had a good variety of liquor."
"Have been here a few times. Tonight she Had enchiladas suiza I tried the octopus tacos. Here problem. They need a menu make over. And more help. Menu is ridiculous it's pages and pages. Some has been great some not. These taco were not octopus was microwaved to thaw before grilling making them tough like no chew tough. I also had a crab and shrimp enchilada. Crab was full prob was it's not real and two shrimp. Lack of help but that's everywhere right now."
"Very neat place to meet friends for drinks and snacks! The selection of "plates" offers maybe one or two that would serve well as an entree, but most are best served to share- though you will still get your fill!!! Love the uniqueness of the experience. Fun cocktails too!"
