"Kameron with a K easily the best service my team and I have ever received at a restaurant. We were on a tight schedule and told him, he got us in and out of there by the exact time we asked him. The food was good, the wine was great we only wish we had more time for dessert! Kameron was very nice and fast, he was also extremely patient and understanding. He was fantastic!"
"Went here for a work event recently. The food was incredible and the service was stellar. I will be coming back here again!"

"This is my favorite place to eat in Lexington! It is casual, comfortable, and consistently delicious! You order at the counter and are given a buzzer. When your food is ready, you pick them up from a window. Servers will not check on you at your table and that's ok! They do appreciate you cleaning up your dishes after you eat. I'm telling you, it's all so good! My chicken piccata was loaded with flavor! I can't wait to go back!"
"MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE. Pizza is always hot and good. Service is always lovely and the ambiance is very family oriented. MUST TRY"
"Bar Vetti is my treat-yo-self restaurant. I love to order the Cacio e Pepe with a nice wine. Date night, girls night, Brunch, Bar Vetti does it all. Menu rotates lots of exciting, fresh, innovative dishes.Staff is always attentive and prompt. Kitchen is efficient and crafts beautiful meals. Highly recommend to all my friends (and now all of Yelp!)."
"I visited Pizza Lupo for the first time on my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. We made a reservation online through Resy, and I'm glad we did--it was surprisingly busy for a Monday night! I started with the Chinotto Old Fashioned. Though I was initially hesitant, it turned out to be a refreshing twist on the classic cocktail--highly recommend giving it a try. For the main course, we couldn't pass up their wood-fired sourdough pizza. We went with the classic Margherita, and it was excellent--perfectly balanced flavors and a delightful crust. To finish, we split some hazelnut gelato, which was the perfect end-of-meal treat--light, creamy, and delicious. The space itself is beautiful and quaint, with a cozy atmosphere. Parking is limited with a small lot, but the friendly staff and inviting environment make it worth the visit. Overall, a fantastic spot for a special night out!"
"I can't believe I never knew about Ciao!An adorable little spot on Payne Street, offering delicious Mediterranean Italian fare in a rustic, comfy setting. Our waitress, Grace, was lovely. Attentive, friendly, and helpful. The service was beyond reproach, from seating to table clearing to REALLY FAST food delivery, I didn't have a single complaint. The food was delicious. We got the chips and dip appetizer: warm bread, meats and a cheesy dip. House bread with oil for dipping is standard, which was great because we had a lot of extra dip to scoop up! For entrees, we got the gnocchi alla vodka and the warm brussels sprouts salad. DELICIOUSThe wine list is carefully curated, and the drink menu is massive and fun. As full as we were, we knew we had to end the evening with cannoli, so we packed up some of each entree to take home. The espresso martini was a lovely accompaniment. We will be back, now that we know it's there!"
"Stopped here for early dinner while passing through town. We all had pasta of various types and salads. All the food was delicious. Of course, the star of the meal was the breadstick! Service was fast and attentive and the ambiance was lively. Would return to try the great looking pizza."
"Loved this place. Fun spot with a cozy video fire right at the hostess stand. The food was great and we had fantastic service."
"Bring your appetite as the portions are generous. You get to view potential desserts as you pass the bakery on the way to your table. We were part of a group of 5 couples. Our server was Liz. She was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive but not intrusive. My Vitello Scallopini with piccata sauce was 3 pieces of lightly breaded veal cutlets cooked to perfection. The piccata sauce featured capers and a zesty lemon after taste. It was served over a bed of spaghetti. We had Italian sausage and peppers as an appetizer that was delicious and used the fresh bread to enjoy the savory "gravy" on every plate. Perfect for eating half and having a take home meal the next day."
"Finally tried brunch at Sarino's after numerous dinner visits and couldn't believed I hadn't reviewed it.The house made focaccia and oil side is my favorite appetizer, the salmon is and you can't go wrong with any of the house made pastas with generous portions. For brunch with tried the Benedict, breakfast pizza and a cannoli for desert. The pizza was delicious and well sized. The eggs Benedict was smaller but very good and a bit spicy. And the cannoli- as good as it looks."
"I hate to be basic like this, but some friends and I went out to have what ended up being a "girl dinner" recently. Ya know what, scratch that, I will proudly admit that "girl dinner" -- a dinner mostly composed of several appetizers -- may be my new favorite thing. And Martini Italian Bistro was a great place for this. We ordered several: baked goat cheese, spinach al forno and bruschetta plus the caprese salad (definitely shareable) and a margherita pizza. These came out quick, and our waiter was a help recommending what we should order. My favorite was the spinach al forno and caprese. I could eat those any day. We also got cocktails (of course). I got a cocktail with berries and bourbon in it. Would definitely recommend. It also helped that we were easily able to get a table.Martini Italian Bistro is a solid dining option in the Paddock Shops."

Love the ambiance in this establishment, very suiting for an Italian restaurant!I visited with another adult and we both enjoyed the experience.Robert was our waiter and he was extremely helpful in assisting me to find what I could order, as I have many food sensitivities. They do offer a wide variety of gluten-free options, however, if you also have a dairy sensitivity as I do, you might find it challenging to find something you can consume.I opted for the hamburger, with the patty, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Alongside I had an order of fries (which are gluten-free and dairy-free). The chef chopped up the tomato and lettuce for me and I made a hamburger salad out of my entree. The hamburger is pricey but the quality of the beef made it well worth the cost, one of the best hamburgers I have truly ever had. The fries are real potatoes, and were cooked to perfection. The other adult order the bruschetta, and it was a triumph! Not only in appearance but in taste. They loved it!When I want to experience the ambiance and a fabulous burger and fries, I will definitely return. The only reason this did not receive five stars is because of the lack of dairy-free items available. So if you can eat dairy, what are you waiting for, give it a try!

Took my son on our annual valentines dinner this past weekend and it was so fun! He loves Italian and was excited to upgrade from Olive Garden haha It is beautiful inside! The ambience is really cool. We got the Chicken Parmesan and Bolognese and both were delicious. He chose chocolate cake for dessert, it was very rich but he loved it. Our server Gavin did a great job and we had such a relaxed dinner! Would definitely return.

Y'all been sleeping on this!!!Before tonight we had never even heard about Pasta Garage, so we figured we'd give it a shot. Did not disappoint!!The stuffed gnocchi was decadent and luxurious in the Pesto Alfredo with crispy pancetta and mushrooms. And the ability to build your own bowl from the noodle up means the flavor potential is endless. The venue is cool - lots of great art and a chill vibe. Its low price point makes it popular with the undergrads, so if you can tolerate obnoxious hormonal YA's talking loudly about their exploits (so gross) then dining in is cozy! Tho I'm pretty sure it'll be take out for us next time lol

Better than Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's.I've always played it safe with Papa John's or Domino's, but Old School NY Pizza has them beat. Best pizza I have ever had. Just heard of them this year and have had them 7 times or so since then. Have tried a different pizza types every time I've gone and they're consistently amazing.

I had such a great experience at bar Vetti. Everybody was happy to be at work. Very welcoming as we opted to sit at the bar. The bartenders made drink suggestions to us. We were feeling the Christmas spirit and ordered from the Holiday drink menu. I got the "Bye Buddy, I hope you find your dad" and my friend had the "Angels with Filthy souls". It tasted so yummy tho. I did take pics of our drinks. We only had drinks but I'm definitely coming back for dinner.

STING LIKE A BEE PIZZA. It is a MUST order. The hot honey is NOT hot - this is something EVERYONE at your table will love!! Lupo is one of the best pizza joints in Louisville and it is not up for debate. If I could eat here every single night I would. The service is chatty, fun and fantastic. Outdoor you can enjoy tucked away tables and inside you're surrounded in the most delicious scents and artwork. Pizza Lupo is one to beat. They are phenomenal.

Had an overall good experience here. The staff were attentive. We were seated quickly. The environment was very casual and seemed to be a good place for families. We ordered drinks which were fine. We had the meatball appetizer which was good. My husband and I ordered 2 entrees to share. The Gnocchi alla vodka and the Short Rib Ravioli. The gnocchi was good. The ravioli was so bad we each ate one bite before deciding we would just share the gnocchi. The sauce was flavorless as well as the filling. Our waiter did ask if we wanted something else to take home since we did not like one of the entrees but we declined.

Love a Lexington classic! Perfect for a big group after move in. Got multiple deep dish pizzas and the whole group left stuffed. Want to go back and try the pasta but the crust on the pizza was amazing!

"The food I received was great. One of the very best gluten-free pizza that I have had anywhere. Additionally, delivery to the hospital was very convenient. Great food and service."
"I feel like sometimes coals doesn't get the credit it deserves or it gets overlooked (guilty!), but dang every time I come here I am not disappointed. I am a big fan of a pizza crust done right, and Coals crust always hits the mark. They're always perfectly cooked, service is great, and there's a variety of excellent pizza options whether you're a classic pepperoni toppings kind of person or feeling slightly adventurous. We came here for pizza week and I'm so glad we did, because it reminded me I need to come here more! I got the St Matthews pizza - SO good!! Also, my friend is celiac and they have gluten free crust options, which is MEGA bonus points in my book! Not enough restaurants are prepared to accommodate for celiac disease, so we love to see the inclusive menu options!"
"See previous reviews...Somehow my photos did not post initially. I've been twice & the food is phenomenal. Service could be better, but nothing that would make me not return. All guests that I've treated here, are very pleased with their experiences!!"
"The food was alright. I didn't think it was that out of this world. Service was also about the same. I came here Bc someone did a really yummy video of their visit here on Instagram and I definitely didn't get that same vibe. We would consider trying it again. The kids portion was a big serving which was good if you got hungry or older kids. No kids size cups which was a little annoying. We parked in the back lot, no issues, there is also street parking. Price was reasonable. Maybe a bit over for the taste."
"Very solid Italian option. It's similar to a number of other spots along Frankfort. Calamari appetizer met expectations - lightly breaded, flavorful dipping sauce. Sampled a variety of pasta dishes and entrees. The risotto with shrimp was delicious, but noticed that the risotto was a tad undercooked. Gnochi was spicy, so be mindful, but was a pleasant departure from more common dishes. Carbonara special was a bit underwhelming - more like alfredo than carbonara. The service was a highlight - good wine recommendations, attentive but not overbearing. The ambiance is a bit old school, but it can get a tad noisy as the restaurant fills. All in all, a good option locally that is pretty consistent and enjoyable."
"Love the food! Wonderful staff! A nice ambiance! And easy access to park and walk in and be seated all in a short amount of time!"
"The pizza here is top tier for Louisville. I also had the wings which were good and a salad which was excellent. Staff was friendly and service was efficient."
"PapaLeno's simply can't be beat. Food is delicious. It's obvious by the crowds that in the restaurant. Even if it's a bit of a wait, it's so worth it!!"
"Coals is the most delicious craft pizza I've had anywhere. The crust is cooked just right with a nice browning to it and they have a wide variety of creative choices to choose from. The house salad with balsamic dressing almost always accompanying's my pizza. Check them out, I don't think you'll be disappointed."
"The BEST pizza I have had in a long long time. The wings are very generous with the sauce and mostly flats (the superior wing in my opinion). Flavorful ingredients and very affordable."
"Have yet to try for a sit down dinner, but the sandwiches are out of this world. Great coffee and drinks. Very euro vibe. Bright and fresh."
"Brooklyn brothers pizzeria is a very diverse pizza joint located off the 65 expressway exit in Corbin Kentucky not too far away from the Cumberland area of the state. My family and I was headed back home to Lousiville from a Gatlinburg getaway looking to grab some lunch. We were kinda tired and wanted to get home fast so we originally pulled off to go through the Taco Bell drive thru that sits at the bottom of the hill of this establishment. We pulled in and our 8 week old disgusted started to cry as it was feeding time for her too. So we decided "let's dine in". Before we walked into the Taco Bell I looked up and was like "if we are going inside then let's get some pizza. That place up there is a place I've never been and has a cool name so it may be good". That was ended up being a great audible called. This place was great. We all agreed it was our favorite spot we dined over our whole out of town getaway. You walk in and the place is paying homage to Brooklyn New York all over with fun and cool decor. The workers here have fun shirts that read "legalize marinara". So a fun laid back vibe for sure. Out service here was great. Our waitress was very sweet and efficient. They also do something super cool and creative for the kids while they wait for the food. They give them uncooked pizza dough to play with like you would playdough. My kids loved it and had a blast with it. Very cool and fits in with the pizza theme too. We did start with an appetizer of the Garlic cheese knots. They were phenomenal. They came in quantities of 6 or 12 and we decided hesitantly on 12. Was a wise choice because they disappeared quick. Very nice flavor and tasty cheese as well. A great start to our meal! For our entrees we decided to get the best of both worlds. My two all time favorite pizza styles are New York and Genuine Chicago deep dish. This place had both. So we went with a large cheese New York style and a large pepperoni Chicago deep dish style. The New York came out first because as people familiar with Chicago deep dish know it takes a good 40-45 min to cook correctly (which are on the spot waitress did point out). The New York had an amazing flavor and taste. Very good! Very large slices in true New York style. The Chicago pizza was also phenomenal. Very good taste. Not quite up to par with the Chicago deep dish giants of lou malanatis or giodanos but still very good. The lower crust was a bit thin for my liking. But the rest they nailed. So which style was better? New York or Chicago? An age old battle of pizza lovers. Normally I'm team Chicago all day. I love New York style but something about a Chicago deep dish does it for me. That said this place being called "Brooklyn brothers" makes sense because in This instance I preferred the New York style. However, you can't go wrong with either. We had some leftovers obviously so when I got back home to Lousiville I had a great lunch the next day. Overall awesome place. Loved everything about it. The setup, vibe, menu and food. If any decision makers are reading this and you want to expand your franchise If you decide to expand. Then come here to Lousiville and you will have a big cheerleader in me. A very pleasant and unexpected dining pleasure that happened by chance. But we are glad it did."
"Came here for a belated Valentine's Day dinner with my fiancé. I recommend making a reservation as this place definitely gets packed! The service was great and the servers and hostess were very attentive. We ordered for appetizers the calamari and focaccia with whipped ricotta. Both are a must get. The calamari with banana peppers was a great touch as it cut the greasiness of the fried calamari. The focaccia was fresh and the cold ricotta was a great contrast to the warm bread! By the time our meal came out we were pretty stuffed but the pasta was also amazing! The bolognese was rich and meaty and the gnocchi Quattro formagio was creamy and delicious! Would recommend again for a date night out!"
"Had dinner with 4 friends. We all had seperate Entrees and everyone was pleased with their choice and with the server. The server was excellent"
"The place promised Italian ingredients, and the tang of the tomatoes on my pizza suggested quality. Of course, quality tomatoes exist in the U.S. (it's an American plant), but I digress. My starter salad was substantial and full of flavor, and I was thrilled that their pizza specials actually matched up to my tastes for once. They like mushrooms, calabrian chili, and kale, and I got two of the above on my Vesuvius pizza. The style of pizza was more American though, given that it was drowning in cheese rather than dotted with a few blobs of fresh mozzarella. The residential-looking space had charm, with a framed document on the wall of the family's arrival as immigrants in New York a century ago. Plenty of people were working and there was no delay in service. Prices were significantly higher than what I'd read online, perhaps a sign of the times, but I certainly ended up stuffed; dessert was a no. Other than the typical caveats that classic Italian doesn't have much for those who avoid wheat and dairy, I couldn't ask a lot more from them."
"Really good pizza, friendly service! Distinct flavor and quality from the chain places."
"I was very pleasantly surprised with our visit to Tuscany. Every aspect of this visit was excellent. First of all, the hostess was very polite and showed us to our seat. We were promptly greeted by our server. We ordered cheese sticks and beers. Both of those items came quickly. The cheese sticks were unique. Something about the bread. The best I can describe, it was like a really soft flatbread with cheese. We really liked them! With our entrees, we got a hot steak sandwich and also baked cheese manicotti. We each liked our meals A LOT. my husband does not love Italian food like I do. So I try to choose the Italian restaurants that have a good selection of not just pasta. My husband said he would be happy to go back and try other things. So I felt like that was a win!!! We will absolutely be back!!!"
"Seafood combo and shrimp scampi both very good. Also bread is tasty. Served with marinara sauce."
"I've never been in but we always order food through DoorDash from this place. I haven't even tried their Pizza but they have the BEST boneless wings. They always come hot and with the perfect amount of sauce. It's a late night favorite of ours to order in."
"Perso was the final stop on my restaurant hop during #louisvillerestaurantweek. I definitely know what I'm doing because this was an awesome choice. I dined alone, so I sat bellied up at the bar. My beverage of choice is wine, but Perso's cocktail menu was too interesting to pass over. I opted for the Lavender Manhattan. Either this bartender is one-of-a-kind or this drink is from another dimension. Or both. When I saw the genie floating up from the glass in a cloud of smoke, I knew this was going to be the beginning of a blissful dining experience. Perso had a special menu for Restaurant Week, and because I was teetering between the Pasta E Fagoli and the Crostino di Tonno for my first course, my bartender helped me decide. The Pasta E Fagoli was cranberry-beany and delicious, and had me wishing I had a spoon to scoop up and savor every bit of the soup that remained after I ate all the campanelle and fagoli. A small warning, though. Although it wasn't super spicy, I struggle with spiciness, which even when mild sometimes sends me into an eye-watering coughing fit. Once I get beyond it with a few sips of water though, I'm able finish it off like a respectable foodie would. For the second course, I went with the Cast Iron Baked Pasta. I doubt you can ever go wrong with baked pasta but I went all the way right with this dish. By the time I was halfway through its incredible cheesaliciousness and beginning to feel full, I had to will myself to put the fork down and allow the rest to be boxed so that I could handle the third course. It wasn't easy. My options included Ice Cream of the Day or Chef's Choice. Well, that was easy. Chef knows best. When I say my mind was blown by the tender, flaky, perfectly-flavoured fig strudel.... With the house-made mascarpone on the side?Just go and try it if you don't believe me. I enjoyed the chill atmosphere at this place as well. The food service and bar service were both attentive and pleasant. Did I already mention the Lavender Manhattan that's mixed using the handmade Tito vodka? Oh, and how that leftover baked pasta hit the next day. Whew! I will be back to see you all soon, Perso."
"I tried this place a long time ago when I first moved to Louisville. But I was at the location downtown. My mom and I ordered 2 pizzas. Service is curbside, since COVID-19.We got the margherita and the old hickory BBQ. Wow! So fresh and very delicious!I was impressed! I've had their pepperoni before which is also amazing! Local pizza shops are always a must try! Prices are a little higher than your typical franchise, but this is local and worth the price. Service was good too! I'm thankful for all these workers who are working hard despite the health crisis. They got an outdoor patio and a sizeable parking lot. Can't wait to return!"
"Perfect. Every time. One large sandwich easily feed 3 adults. The steak & cheese, and the club are our favorites."
"The Deli BestLocally-owned and run NY-style Italian deli that's been in business for over 13 years (2010) here in Bowling Green. The Good:*Friendly service*Budget-friendly prices, but we're from Cali, so take this with a grain of salt. *Outdoor dining*All four of us enjoyed our food, and there was very little complaining. *Their Italian beef was delicious, as the beef was very tender and the concomitant jus was tasty, albeit on the salty side. *Italian Lemon Cream Cake was a last-minute decision, but it was totally worth the calories. Sweet, moist, and a nice lemony kick. If you see it--get it. *Delivery available The Meh:*Potato salad was pretty good but very mustard forward, as you can tell by the color. I mean, I'd still eat it again, but I've had better. The Ugly:*Service was a bit harried during the lunch rush as they were severely understaffed for the amount of work they had. Please be patient with them as they're trying very hard.TLDR: Overall, a really nice Italian deli with some nice lunch options at reasonable prices."
