"Everything was delicious. I liked the beef the most. All his toppings were great. I was happy to find this location, because there doesn't seem to be a lot of hot options in Louisville"
"Brand new to town, ordered a hamburger with mayo, onion, tomatoes, pickles and mustard. the toppings were done nicely and no complaints but the actual patties are in my honest opinion overcooked and there was little flavor of beef left over the charred surface. I went with the fries on the side, and they were just okay as well, I have had fresh cut fries before and these weren't as good. Also they have a Coke machine where you choose the flavors, and I got straight Coca Cola, and it didn't taste anything like Coca Cola, personally was disappointed paying $17+ and would have been so much happier getting a burger at bacon burger at Applebee's for $9.99 and got better fries included and a true tasting fountain Cola... If I return it will be only to try a milk shake."

"New Place just opened in Burnside, KY. They offer breakfast all day and night. They also have a drive-thru available. I had the Ribeye Breakfast, which consisted of 2 eggs with an option of home fries or hashbrowns with Biscuit, and it was great. My wife had the Pork Chop breakfast, which was the same as the ribeye, except they offered a pork chop in place of the ribeye. A hole in the wall small business. But Good Southern food. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant overall looks very clean. The staff are welcoming, and the service is excellent."
"Drove by on a rainy night in the mood for ice cream. I got a strawberry cheesecake mixer for myself and chocolate sundae for my mom . Both were really good and the employees were friendly."
"I love coming here! The servers/bartenders are always so friendly, and the food is so good! The space is so cool, and they have lots of game options to keep yourself busy. They also do a ton of really cool community charity and themed events. Will keep coming back for years to come."
"Love Crazy Dogs! You can choose from every hot dog topping and combination imaginable, yummy fries and sides, and more! Food is always hot and freshly prepared. Service is friendly, and they always make you feel welcome and appreciated! Dining room is super clean and comfy! Great place all the way around! Our favorite is the Chillicothe Dog!P.S. The only thing that would make the dogs even better is a warm, toasted bun!!"
"Solid, local, fast food. Their food is high quality and reliably good. I would venture to say it's the best burger in Huntington."
"Unbelievable little roadside stand in Marmet, WV just south and west of Charleston off I-64 & I-77. Don't ask how we found it.Everything is great...it's exactly what one would expect from this type of place. The Yellow Slaw they put on the hot dogs is excellent. We had dogs, onion rings (home made and too die for) and the sweet corn fritters which may sound strange but wait until you try one."
"Overhang Tavern is the best place to grab a bite in the Natural Bridge State Park area. It's family owned and operated with some of the best homemade food I've ever had. They have cute and comfortable indoor/outdoor seating, and occasionally host a fish fry and roast during the warmer months (check out their facebook to stay updated). With a wide variety of foods and desserts, they truly have something for everyone. This place is awesome and if you haven't been, you're definitely missing out!"
"This fun, cash only frozen treat experience only runs a few months out of the year. If you are in Louisville and craving a Dole Whip then this is your spot. The team consists typically of a few high schoolers serving up sweet treats. The location is small and popular so come prepared to stand in line for a while there will be plenty of fur babies available to enjoy while you wait."
"Delicious and the best French fries/onion rings as well not greasy. The ice-cream and fried pie was the perfect finish for our lunch. Service was top notch too. This is a great place to hang out with your friends/family and share some delicious food."
"Mama Dees Coney Island was delicious! I'm not too keen on trying new restaurants but the food here was great and fresh! First time I went, I had the steak pita and I ate off of it twice because it was so big! The next time I went, I had the double bacon cheeseburger which was delicious also! Not to mention they have kool-aid which was not too sweet and not too tart. I would have posted a picture of my burger but I ate it before I could lol. Definitely a great restaurant to visit. Also, the cashier is great. Pretty sure that she's one of the owners but she's awesome!"

Best hot dogs and chili in Louisville. I always use poppyseeds on my buns now! The owner is the absolute sweetest.

I love the fact that when you walk to the door, you immediately are welcomed with a smile. I also like the fact that they ask questions when you tell them that you would like a burger with no bun they would like to know if it's an allergy or preference. My food is always so good. I've never had any complaints on the food. Now the soda machine that's a different thing. I don't like those big machines with multi flavors because of the fact that I'm diabetic there's times where it doesn't taste right and it makes me feel a little uneasy so I can never get a drink, but I'd still go back for the burger every time I do feel bad for the workers there because they only have one bathroom for a females one bathroom for males and a few times when I have gone, the bathrooms have been flooded and dirty, but the dining room itself is always very clean. Thank you guys for being amazing.

Serving sizes, in today's economy it seems the cost has gone through the roof where the portions have shrunk.

Nice bar downtown, prices were decently cheap but there was a good amount of negatives. The pretzels were burnt and the music just seemed way too loud. It was good music but I couldn't even hear the person next to me. Still a good time we had with old friends from high school. And they had cards which was always nice lol

What a great discovery. I had no idea there was anything like this in the area. I almost didn't stop by this little hole-in-the-wall place today, but I'm so glad that I did. The outside has that old, dilapidated look, then you walk in and everything is very clean and well-maintained. For those of you who know of Tony Packo's in Toledo, you may like the food here even more. There are a LOT more interesting choices and variety here than what Tony Packo's offers. A person could eat here a hundred times and still not have tried every interesting possibility. Lots of fun. Very good pleasure food, very good service, interesting and enjoyable setting.

This place is great! Pull up, the come out to your car, pay when your food is brought out. Fast and friendly service, and had that old drive in dinner type feel. It is an Huntington, WV staple that opened in 1939. I had their famous Midway hot dog with onion, mustard, and sauce on the bottom of the bun. They also have those classic crispy crinkle fries, cheeseburgers, & homemade milkshakes.Don't let the sketchiness of the neighborhood or the outside dumpy, run-down appearance fool you. This place is a treasure and they have an amazing sauce and have served up some of the best hot dogs around.

Great little spot right off the interstate! We had delicious hotdogs with yellow slaw, chili and onions and fried pickles. The menu has a lot to offer besides hotdogs for just a walk up little shack. Super friendly people working too. Would recommend this to anyone wanting something different than chain restaurants. If you get the chance stop in and help support a small business!

"I have never been here before but every time I pass the building, I don't really think I've seen it busy in here before. Had I not been craving a burger, I don't believe I would have stepped in. The burger itself was extremely greasy on top and the burger looked smashed as if someone leaned on it. Burgers aren't pretty foods though so I wasn't expecting a master piece. The fries were just ok. When I tried to eat my burger, it just fell apart from the soggy bun to the poorly constructed sandwich components. I enjoyed the flavor though I could only fit in pieces of the deconstructed burger so it wasn't cohesive. I can say that I prefer Five Guys but the staff here at Home Run are so much nicer. It is convenient since it is close to campus but I'd have to be in a mood to visit again."
"Did someone say "pickle fries"? Yes, they did! Tangy and sour with a wonderful fried coating. Chicken fries were what we came for, and they were good, hit the spot. No hot fudge cake sundae for me as they were sold out. I'll be back, those pepper Jack bites are waiting"
"Very quick service and friendly employees. The onion rings and strawberry milkshake were good."
"Ok, I'm not someone that traditionally eats hotdogs, but this place is incredible. They have an thoughtful and delicious menu of hot dogs and their pulled pork is good as well. They also do daily specials including additional hotdogs or even tacos. I'll say it again, this place is awesome. If you're in the Rough River area and especially if you're near Nicks or Axtel/Laurel Branch/ Northfork area, you owe it to yourself to drop in. My favorite is the Jefe, but I've not had them all."
"I think they need new management. They need a better menu. 12 different kinds of hot dogs, only 1 hamburger choice, and it's a bad one. They also need to ad sloppy Joe's and bbq's. Don't advertise frozen onion rings to sound like homemade. Change the grease in the fryers more often. Get better French fries. Offer soft-serve, not just hand-dipped. So much potential there, but they aren't using it. The service is too slow. We waited 15 minutes for the 'slider' burgers and fries after we got the ice cream cones and soft drink. I doubt we'll be back."
"This new Skyline is perfect for a quick bite to eat when you are craving Cincinnati Chili south of Lexington. We stopped by on a recent road trip, and the location was easy to get to from the interstate and the staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered the typical 4 way with onions and it was delicious! The location is rather large and really nice and clean."
"You have to go! I was visiting my cousin in Ashland and after lunch we decided to go get an ice cream. She suggested Crisps because of the tangerine twist they had. It was so good! We got smalls which was a good choice because they give you so much! They have benches outside for you to sit on while eating but they do not offer any indoor seating. I was very satisfied with my dessert and am happy my cousin recommended it!"
"Search on YouTube for "SNL DA BEARS" - then you'll understand this place better. Walking into this restaurant as a Southerner might leave you speaking like the SNL characters, although I still don't understand why Mike Ditka is viewed as a god in Cook County. This place will make you want to take a road trip to 1060 W Addison St in Chicago. South of Wrigley is Lexington's closest option for Chicago-style food. If you haven't tried a Chicago-style hot dog, experience this life-altering experience here. I also recommend the Reubens, pub fries, and the "Fat Randy." Their merch is reasonably priced as well!South of Wrigley brings authentic Chicago food to Lexington, just like Blue Door BBQ brought authentic Texas-style BBQ to Lexington. 10/10 would recommend."
"Absolutely amazing vanilla malt milkshake. Small, cozy, charming atmosphere and music. One waitress who was very busy!"
"The absolute best BBQ I've ever had! The pork is really tender. The fries are homemade fresh as ordered. Generous portions and very reasonable prices. Plenty of parking for a downtown business. I will be back soon for sure."
"New Business to Richmond Area. It just opened 2 months ago. The best two features are the affordable prices and the fact that they offer free delivery for orders over $7.00. The business is owned by a personable couple. The reason for the low review is that it took awhile to get our order when we were the only ones there. Additionally, they have limited condiment selections for the Hot Dogs. Only options at the moment are ketchup, mustard and relish. I kind of wanted onions and that was not offered. They did have Turkey Dogs which are rare in most Hot Dog places I have visited. The Hot Dog tasted fine and the bun was fresh. The ambiance needs some work. Maybe some old photos of EKU or Post cards of Hot Dog places around the US or something that added some spice to the carryout area. All you see is the chips and the mop sink. I always like to see how the small business attempts to stand out and create their own presence in the community. They have just opened and I hope they work on that feature. The business is hard to find there is no sign out in front. We almost left until we looked in the window and saw the chips and figured we were in the right place. I wish these folks well. Perhaps I will come back and see if they have worked out the new business kinks."
"Neat little place, tucked away in scenic Paintsville, KY. I had a business meeting early this morning in Paintsville, and the lady I was meeting with suggested we check out the spot, since she wanted to show me a little bit of Paintsville's finest.Hidden away in a strip center, if you blink you will miss it. However, follow your nose and you will smell delightful aromas of their hot lunches being prepared (apparently, they have a booming lunch crowd). I saw a sign advertising that their lunch special for today was going to be meatloaf with mashed potatoes, veg, and bread, for $5.99 (um, hello childhood favorite!). It smelled delicious, and if it hadn't been only 10 AM, I would totally have ordered it.It is a small shop, but TOA has a good variety of Amish bakery goods, cheeses, cold cuts, noodles, canned produce, jars of jellies, butters, and honey, handmade candies, soaps, snacks, seasonings and cooking mixes. I was only supposed to be looking around, but I couldn't resist plucking a bunch of items out that I knew my family would love. I ended up purchasing a loaf of wheat bread (so fragrant, I could smell it through the plastic bag), licorice twists, fruit candy, chocolate-covered peanuts, a big jar of honey with the comb, two kinds of beef jerky, and a package of dried cilantro. Yikes, but the total price only came to $30 (crazy reasonable), and I do like supporting small locally-owned mom-and-pops.My only regret is that I did not buy one of their peanut butter sheet cakes, or a pound of that fresh Amish butter..."
"Yummy food! Great shakes! Lakers is a drive in experience that only a true Hardin County local can appreciate. Next time your hungry for a burger and shake take the scenic route to Lakers Drive In and tell them Hardin Local sent you."
"Cute place. Ice cream was good. The portions were large. They must have trouble with people behaving because I've never seen so many signs telling me not to do so many different things in such a small place. Pro tip..If yall plan to have an ice cream joint, directly across from a play ground, you're going to need to have some kid proof furniture and decor or you'll just drive yourself crazy."
"Absolutely delicious milkshakes and ice cream! And one of the few drive-ins that are still around in the Tri state. I highly recommend them!"
"steamed hot dogs and great value floats and friendly service didnt have to get down came rught to the car now thats customer service"
"Good, thick milkshakes. Hot dogs, fries and subs like you'd expect. Hamburgers? Just say no. Seating outside."
"My dad spent a good part of his childhood in Huntington. I remember once when I was much younger than I am now, on a weekend trip we went to Stewarts for hot dogs while on a trip to Huntington. That had to be more decades back than I care to remember/admit to. I have vague remembrances of that visit, but mostly the color orange and that it was one killer dog.Fast forward several/many decades to a few weeks ago when my wife and I decided to get out of Louisville for a weekend. At about a 3 hour drive, Huntington is well within the "weekend away" category. I haven't been there since I was in Jr. High School (still several/many decades ago) and it'd be a chance to get in touch with my Dad's childhood. As we were looking into places to go my very first thought/recommendation/requirement was Stewart's. That's the only thing I *wanted* to have on the list. Wifey was, like, "What's Stewarts?" I was, like, "You know how much we love Tony Packo's?"Wifey was, like 'Yea, but that's way too long of a drive."I was, like, "Don't worry, you'll love it just as much.".And so it was we made our way to Stewarts for lunch. When we pulled into the parking lot my memory said "YES! This is it!". Given the amount of time that had passed since my last visit I thought I remembered it being much larger, but *BAM* there was the orange that I associated w/Stewart's.We parked on the back side and it wasn't long before our server came up to take our orders. I am not a fan of eating in the car and while they've got some outdoor seating up front, sometimes you have to go for the whole experience.I had a couple jalapeño dogs and fries, my wife a couple regular dogs and onion rings. And that root beer. MAN is that stuff good! I loved EVERY bite, and having been so long since I'd eaten here made it even better. Our server did a great job of taking care of us and helping us select the merchandise we wanted to order. I couldn't go to Stewart's and NOT get a baseball cap for my Dad, and I also had to get a tee-shirt. Stewarts must be doing right, since it's been around since my dad was a kid. It's not fancy. It's not trendy. It's simple food based on ages-old recipes that doesn't over-complicate things. If we get back to Huntington this will absolutely be one of the first stops."
"This place had the flurry before the blizzard came along, And when you need a good Burger and a milkshake Or pepper poppers, And chicken strips, This is a place for you. Locally owned For as long as I can remember. If it's pretty out Grab a seat at a picnic table and enjoy the sunshine!"
"Solid lunch spot. It's cheap, it's delicious, and the people are super nice. Just keep in mind that it's hot dogs and not fancy cuisine and you'll walk away full and happy."
"Great slaw dogs and good bbq sandwich. Huntington is the hot dog capitol of the US and this is a must visit place. The slaw dog here is the best of the best..."
"Amazing service and a great variety of hot dogs. The chicken hot dogs are juicy and flavorful. I love the outdoor seating, as well."
"Ok, we weren't sure about the dogs because of the reviews. But this place is great! We are a family who likes hot dogs. We ordered the chili , cheese, and onion dogs. The bread was soft, chili was tasty, and dogs were deliciously made. The crinkle fries were hot and tasty. The funnel cake fries were so yummy! Seriously a great hot dog stop! I highly reccomend this place."
