Heather M. "As many times as my friend and I had eaten at Imps (aka Impellizzeri's) across the street, it was finally time to pay a visit here. My friend had been here before but, I hadn't. Even though we were full from Imps, I still wanted to get a Kizito Cookie and what a perfect day to go on small business Saturday. So as we proceeded to walk over, going in we are the only customers in the store, it is smaller than what I expected. It's mostly a bakery with some Hand made African craft items. My friend and I spent a little time in there while speaking to Ms. Kizito herself and apparently knew her and her son personally. I was thinking of which cookie I wanted and the decision wasn't an easy one either. I went with the chocolate chip and my friend went with black and white. Cookies are reasonably priced here for the size. Will definitely be back, Ms. Kizito and her other employee were warm and welcoming. Cookies from here are definitely the perfect desserts after a filling meal from Imps on a weekend."

While I love fresh flowers, they're transient. In the course of a brief conversation, Dwayne was busily pulling together dried ingredients as we spoke to create a wonderful piece that was perfect for my table. He's amiable, talented, and quick with an idea to help with your interior design. Check out House's interesting and ever changing inventory."

They sell well crafted beautiful furniture! So many items such as kitchen tables, mirrors, clocks, bird feeders, rocking chairs and much more. The outdoor seats, tables and rockers are also nice! Some of my favorite bakery items include cream horns, cream filled donuts with chocolate icing, apple fritters and much more! They sell tons of donuts, cakes, pies and cookies. The grocery store sells the best homemade cheese balls. You can typically sample at least one. There's also, candy, spices and so much more. There is a deli and soft serve ice cream. On this trip, I ordered a ham sandwhich with spicy cheese, jalapeno mustard, lettuce, tomato, onions and homemade pickles on white bread. This sandwich was so big it was hard to even hold it lol. I ate half and took the rest home. We got lucky and found seating out front in the shade. There is nothing I don't love about Miller's! I highly suggest you check them out."

There are several tables set up where you can settle down to create. They also offer fundraising events and classes. Heather P. "This cute, jam packed boutique is location in the Palomar shopping center/strip mall. It's just a few doors down from Wild Eggs, so after my Saturday brunch stop, I decided to swing in here and see what all of the five star hype is about. I totally agree! Five stars it is. From the outside and from the first impression after walking in, you would think that it was a Christmas decor store, so if you're looking for Christmas themed stuff, this is your place. After I explored a bit further into the shop, I recognized some other name brand favorites, like Simply Southern and Lilly Pulitzer. The Lilly stuff, including planners, cups and wristlets were all 40%, so if you're looking for a Christmas gift for the Lilly lover in your life, this is your place too. Looking for something monogrammed, well.... they have a lot to choose from."

I've never heard of it didn't know what was going on I said what's a bug's ear and how much is all this going to cost me. Walked into the store one day before Christmas to buy some gifts with my wife I just kind of walk around and look at this holy moly prices on this stuff is ridiculous. All these arts and crafts and shirts and all these other little things. That's what she does. It's a nice little store if you want to buy some gifts for family members or some decorations me personally I'm not going to buy anything at this store because I don't shop that much and I'm not into all these nick-nacks and whatever. However my wife really likes it and I think a lot of females like it it's pretty crowded and they have some cute things I must say. Just not my style but I'm sure there's a lot of people out there that would like these things so I'm going to give it a four out of five because it's locally-owned it's a small business I think it's good to support small businesses like this Andy towns a pretty cool little city and I would recommend that if you like little knick-knacks and little decorations this place is probably for you"

Olivia B. "Erm...Prices here are 'boutique' - level, for sure, which is fine, it's meant as a frou-frou boutique, no matter how it's presented as low key and country, in an outdated low visibility building in a somehow simultaneously 'high traffic' and problematic to pull in for a quick walk through-type location. They stock a fair variety of Luminara-style pillar candles with various finishes, heavy emphasis on country colors and the faux-drippy/antiqued variety. In all bluntness, that is the only reason I've found to visit a few times since they started stocking them, since I have a bit of trouble with 'primitives' as available (as they were always previously categorized). Not 'reproduction primitives,' not 'primitive-style,' despite pseudo-country (don't get me wrong, it's hardcore country-styled) deco made in Asia (pretty much exclusively what I've found to be) stocked here. Anyway - if you need a gift basket on the fly (or in advance, I've just never been in that position), especially for a local woman 'of a certain age,' or for a church-sheeple oriented event, they'll get the job done well and without a lot of fuss."

I found out last month that World Market was opening in Lexington. Upon hearing that, I just had to come here as soon as I could. Fortunately, I had a doctor appointment in Lexington the day before they had their Grand Opening and was able to stop in to poke around and pick up a few goodies. It was such a delight to walk through these doors. This location is clean, spacious, and pleasing to walk around. World Market offers tiny shopping carts with seats for kids which was the perfect size for browsing with my toddler. And since it was around opening day, there were many people available to help me.I swooned over the macrame plant holders, the woven rugs and baskets, the international foods & treats, the simple and affordable kitchenware, coffee mugs, candles, the Christmas decor (unlike anywhere else), the nostalgic toys, the throw pillows, the quirky gifts, and more. It's kind of an eclectic store -- with a mix of international and fun. When it comes to gifts, you can probably find something for everyone here. They also have dining tables, chairs, couches, lamps, and other such furniture and decor for homes. Think mid-century modern. These are all a bit on the pricier side. (Not everything is in store - you can look online and get a better idea of these offerings.) If my entire home could be decorated with World Market, that would be amazing. We left with about $60 worth of gifts, marzipan, ornaments, and other trinkets for the holidays. I wasn't even planning to spend any money. Oops. I'll have to space out my visits so my credit cards don't rack up too much debt..."

Me and my second oldest daughter stopped in here the other day to browse for possible Christmas presents. While we didn't purchase anything it was a fun place to browse. Slightly cluttered but that's ok as it means they just have a large inventory of options. Pricing wise I'd say they are on the high end a tad for our liking. I'm able to find likewise items in louisville or online a tad bit cheaper. However they are located in an extremely popular small town/touristy shopping area so I understand the slight increases. It was beautiful and the natural light from the windows made it a inviting. I also purchased a cup of coffee that they are now offering. They offered different cream options and sugars and flavoring. If I lived in the area, this would be a dangerous shop for me as it has everything I love...When you walk in you feel like you are in a designer jungle. Gorgeous plants and pottery all around you. So much green, so relaxing, I could live in this store. The array of plants, flowerpots, ceramics, gifts and all that is plant related is simply amazing. I so enjoyed just roaming through the store and discovering all the wonderful things in here. There is a workshop area in the back and apparently I arrived just at the end of a terrarium workshop and as the participants were leaving I got a glance at their results, all of which were awesome. Looks like there were oodles of different materials to choose from at that event. I am officially jealous. I tried hard to resist since I truly have no room for any additional plants in my home... alas I walked out with the cutest little succulent you have ever seen... surely I can find space for it somewhere.
