Butterbees American Grille

ANGEL, our waitress, made the great burger even better. she had a great personality and was on top of drink refills, and she was very attentive. I must say i was pleasantly surprise when we received our food, quanity was decent and the burger was cooked perfectly. i had the mushroom burger plus lettuce and tomatoes. It was very juicy and large enough to be filling. my companion had the "butterbeast," which had 3 burger patties. In addition to looking delicious, she said it had a great taste. The frys the burger came with were more than we could eat. The restaurant was nicely decorated, booth seats were comfortable, and the noise level was a little loud as there were many toddlers and infants.Now, to an issue, which overall did not affect my rating because the food and service made up for. I have included in my review a picture of what we found to be the manager as we were leaving. This so-called manager walked around the restaurant with "RBF" She never smiled, never came to the table, and had strong words to one of the other servers loud enough for us to hear her chew out the server for talking to the customer to long. Well, Miss manager, you need to go, and upper management needs to address your bad attitude, as you made me feel uncomfortable with you walking around. If you keep her, you will continue to have staffing problems.

Came here for a date night dinner. Service: We came in and immediately was seated by the host. Our server was quick and polite. Staff: All the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home. Our waitress was so polite and friendly it was an amazing experience. Drinks: We ordered a Long Island Ice Tea, Electric Lemonade, and an old fashioned. All the drink were amazing and tasted great! They were all made correctly and I couldn't have asked for a better mixologist than the one who made our drinks. Food: We ordered the pickle sticks for our appetizer. They were fried to absolute perfection and the seasoning on the breading was amazing! We ordered for dinner a medium chopped steak with jack cheddar cheese sautéed mushrooms and onions woth two sides of a sweet potato  and coleslaw we also ordered  a half rack ribs with two sides that were a loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. The chopped steak has beautiful grill marks, had a great smoky flavor but the steak was cooked medium-well not medium and it was extremely dry.  The sweet potato was great  and the coleslaw was the best coleslaw I have ever had! The half rack of ribs were fall off the bone tender cooked to absolute perfection and the flavor was to die for. The potato was cooked and topped very nicely and tasted great and the broccoli was so tender it was so good. I highly recommend eating here. Overall Experience: We will definitely be coming here again. I highly recommend this place for everyone to try!

Second visit to Butterbees yesterday, both visits were wakes after funerals. First visit was over a year prior. First visit I had a bowl of chili, not great, however good. Visit yesterday I ordered the black and Blue burger with sweet potato. Was brought to table with waffle fries. Decided wasn't worth the time to return the meal since it was a wake. First bite into the burger, the taste was off. I attributed it to inexpensive blue cheese. Second bite wasn't better. After the fourth bite,decided something was not good. Finished the fries and coffee, which the coffee was good.I ate half the burger and half the fries.Spent the night and next day with IBS...I should have stopped after the first bite.

Good food, fast service. Always nice and clean. A great place to watch sports and meet with friends.

Good sports environment. Delicious affordable food. I have never seen staff so busy all the time getting work done without direction. Training g and culture is obviouslyPork chop tender and tasty. Broccoli steamed perfectly. I will return to try the ribs they look delicious goi g to other tables.

My husband & I share the grilled tilapia sandwich. It's wonderful & feeds both of us adequately.

Ordered 2 Southwest Fried Chicken Wraps for carry out. Arrived early and waited, they looked busy. Brought the food home and was immediately disappointed. The food was cold as if it had made much earlier than our order, the chicken was overcooked and very dry. Rather than chunks of chicken it was tiny bites. There smaller rock hard pieces I'm assuming was once chicken. Maybe there cleaned there deep fryer and used the lefts for our good. This isn't the first time we got crappy food...never get the carry out.

Customer service and food is always above expectations. I look forward to my next visit.
