Fantastic place. It is exactly what you want when you go to a diner. I've seen a lot of places that pop up that give a diner feel but with restaurant prices and I am sick of it. This is a true diner and my rating is based on being a diner.I got the quarter pounder with cheese, fries, and a chocolate shake. There was a lot of mayo on the burger but I didn't mind, just note for when you order. The burger was full at satisfying. My husband got a double quarter pounder bacon burger and it was fantastic but almost too much. The burgers were not gourmet, but not quite a smash patty either. Something in between. The bacon was fantastic also. Not that soggy bacon a lot of places give you. It was crispy. The fries were also fantastic. SUPER flavorful and salty, just a warning. The seasoning isn't spicy but it's got flavor. The shake was fine, it was fun getting. The service was great. Very homey feel.

Very warm welcome upon arrival! Very friendly staff altogether! Very much a classic diner! Signs and everything! Nice feel! We got immediate service for drinks and brought right out and kept my tea filled. I like that it's brewed tea and not powdered mix. We shared the Chili Cheese Fries and it's a big portion! The Chili in it was nicely flavored with a good amount of spice. Could have used a little less cheese wiz and more shredded cheese. The fries stayed firm throughout and were good, if maybe a little salty.I got the Dan's Double Up Burger. It was a really decent burger! Nice CRISPY bacon and lots of it. I like the bacon crispy and this delivers. It was altogether a big portion and I had trouble finishing! We've driven by so many times and never stopped in because of the lower ratings but I'm glad we did. It's a good spot. Will definitely come back to try more menu options!

Got grilled chicken sandwiches. Chefs kiss.Seasoning on point. Fresh bun, fresh chicken, crisp lettuce. This sandwich was divine. And on nightshift. Beyond 5 star.

A glowing beacon in the night, after passing by several times, I finally decided to give Burger Girl a try. (And breathed a small sigh of relief that it got approval from my fave local when I told him the day after.) I wandered in late on a Wednesday night after driving several hours to town and just wanted something quick to eat before settling in. The guy working the counter was an absolute delight chatting with while I waited for my food to go, so much that I almost stayed for the convo. Alas, I brought my meal home and it traveled well for the short distance to my Airbnb. I got the quarter pound burger combo meal. They added mayo after I asked for it not to have mayo, but no biggie. I also wasn't a huge fan of the fry seasoning. My burger was pretty solid though. If you need a greasy diner bite, especially late at night, you'll find plenty of company here. It's cool and cozy and will fill ya up. Be sure to carpool or even rideshare if you bring the crew from the bar bc parking is limited.

Burger girl is a place I have driven by at least 100 times and have always wanted to try. I came here for brunch and got a pancake, eggs, bacon, and a side of the famous fries. Everything was okay, nothing was out of this world. The pancake lacked flavor and just tasted like box mix it came from. The bacon was okay and the eggs also just okay. The fries gave me hope, which is why I will return to try a burger, fries and a milkshake. Our server was kind and quick. The inside is pretty small so it would feel stuffed when there are a lot of people. Definitely willing to try this place again and update my review after.

What a an absolute old school gem of a place. Open 24 hours a day, this great diner was exactly what we were looking for - a traditional burger place that nailed retro vibes since day one. We choose to dine in, and ordered WAY too much food - huge problem since it was all great. We had the patty melt, some chicken fingers, biscuits and gravy (breakfast is offered all day long) a sweet tea, some fries, a coke AND and chocolate shake. The one waitress working the night we visited didn't stop moving, calling people hon, baby or something like that. Service was quick enough and we got in and out in no time - we have already recommended it to a half dozen people. Tho they are a little off the beaten path, it's worth the short drive from the highway.

I was craving a cheesesteak sandwich and was referred to Burger Girl by a friend. I was not disappointed. Good size sandwich with plenty of beef. Served with peppers and onions. Also ordered onion rings, which were cooked just right, a nice golden color. I also got an order of the seasoned fried, which were awesome! They almost didn't make it home! Definitely going back again.

Now that is what I call a delicious burger! We went to Burger Girl for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed our visit. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. My husband and I both really enjoyed the seasoned fries and the burgers. We both opted for the "Burger Boy Combo" and had zero regrets. My extremely (!) picky four year old ate his entire Burger and then asked for a second!! Believe me when I tell you that this is an extremely rare occurrence. Today he has already asked to go back to Burger Girl.

What a fun find heading through Louisville! Old school diner open 24/7 with fantastic chocolate shakes and you can sit at the counter on stools! Lots of takeout orders coming through while we there so locals must enjoy as well, always a good sign.

Reading the reviews made me nervous. I'm glad I ignored them and chose this diner for lunch with my teen son.We opted to split the Burger Boy combo. You can keep it dressed but we reduced it to cheese and lettuce only with the special sauce and mayo on the side. The combo comes with a side of fries and a drink. I added a chocolate milkshake with whipped cream. The combo had two patties so I'm happy we split the meal. I was full! The fries are nicely seasoned and we dipped those in the special sauce too.Indoor seating in two rooms plus stools at the counter. For nicer days they offer more tables outside. Parking in their lot or a nearby side street.Service was quick and friendly. The two guys there handled the crowd well and still kept our drinks refilled. Breakfast all day plus burgers, sandwiches, shakes and more. We will be back!
