Bumble Bites

Tasty boba, beautiful space, super nice people. What more can you ask for?! We got the Hawaiian Mango Pineapple and the Blue Cloud Latte. Both has great taste and flavor. Will definitely be back!

This very hip bubble tea shop seems out of place; and the environment inside is very different than outside. One orders on a set of large screens; the touch screen wasn't the most responsive for me. I got a fruit tea with mango, lime, and mint, which was a fantastic flavor hit. They offer a range of sweetness options, and I picked the low-end one and with all the fruit it was still plenty sweet. They had a nice drink variety, though seemingly none of the limited food items they had on the menu were actually in stock.I must say that for a $7 (with tip) beverage, my thirst on a hot day was not entirely slated and I wouldn't say that drinking these is a sustainable habit, but it was a delicious treat.

Boba in Kentucky ftw! Traveling for work. Stumbled upon this place. Had a boba. Not at all different from what I've been drinking back home.

Just found this place today and couldn't wait to try it. I absolutely love boba and this place lived up to every expectation I had. The staff was receptive to questions and very nice to talk to. The orders were made in a timely manner. Lastly, the drinks were delicious. I plan to go back and try a new drink and possibly try some of the food items they offer.

Loooved the strawberry green!! It was hard to enjoy because it just disappeared so quickly! It was refreshing, fun, had the right amount of bubbles, and was not very sweet. Possibly my favorite boba!

Drink - 9/10Customer Service - 7/10Ambiance - 10/10Delicious. After moving from California to Kentucky I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find a good boba shop. I had the Peach Blossom Tea. I'm not a big milk or yogurt tea person, so I wish they had more fruit tea options like It's Boba Time. My first time there I was having issues signing up to become a member on the kiosk and the staff did not offer help even after I asked.

This is my husband and I's comfort place. The drinks are amazing, the bobaristas are consistently polite. Come here on a Saturday when there's food! The tuna and spicy crab musubi are our favorites. We don't care for the chicken karaage. Drinks can be expensive (about five dollars more than they are back at home), but it's well worth it and niche for a city like Richmond. Their seasonal flavors are always so fun! On Valentines Day, they offer you a rose for two drinks, and for Halloween, they run a contest for best costumes! The interior design in here is so pretty. Use their bathroom!

there are roaches, I even know people that found them in their drinks!!! don't buy from there, reported to health department

The reason why I put a 1 star is because they do not offer military discount. I came from out of state, and a lot of stores around here offer it except this store. Truly sad. Good brown sugar milk tea though. I just hope they add one for other military members. Have a great day

Their macaroons are so good! Best macaron I've had (pistachio flavor).I also think they're boba is of course great. This is a wonderful addition to Richmond!
