Bulleit Distilling Co Visitor Experience

Another great distillery tour at Bulleit! This place is highly technologically advanced in its production lines. The different models seen on the tour really help your understanding of bourbon processing etc. But the kicker on this tour is the test tasting session: They have you try the bourbon first; then try the bourbon after sniffing a little snifter (before and after) drinking the bourbon. Gee, is it crazy how it changes the taste of the bourbons - based on the different types of snifters they have you use! You'll love it and the experience!

One of the best tasting experiences I've had around the world. We came in and were immediately greeted. The lady was super nice and helped us decide which tasting fit our timetable best.Love love love the ambiance inside, I would love to come back and do a tour when I have more time. My friend and I did a flight and whoooooo def needed some water with it because the Bulleit is def strong, but tasty. Love how they included chocolate with our tasting flight as well, it was a perfect pairing. I'll for sure be back again, it was a wonderful time.

This was a stop on the whim for cocktails only. The space is gorgeous. Bartender was very friendly and made fantastic drinks. She actually grows the herbs in the back of the distillery. They have a very nice retro looking front sitting area for the fireplace and outdoor seating in the back great views of the countryside.Even though we didn't do a tour we had a great time.

Only came for a drink. Nice facility good bourbon, good service. Can come have a drink and play corn hole or hang out on the patio.

I am not at huge bulleit fan, because I'm not a high rye fan, but they have a wonderful tour, gift shop and bar. I really liked how they explained about the different types of yeasts.If you want to sign some barrels in the visitors area bring your own marker.

The facility was impeccable with a southwest flare. Chloe was our guide for our experience she was hospitable and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we didnt make it on a tour but we did a Unlocking the senses tasting that was innovative. With different smells it changed the taste of bourbons.

This was our first stop for my friend's bachelorette bourbon tour. I'm not really a bourbon drinker, but I still had fun!This was honestly maybe my least favorite of the three tours I went on (behind Woodford Reserve and Angel's Envy), but it was a positive experience overall that I'd recommend if you're interested in bourbon or really any kind of alcohol production.Our guide was Brittany. Her tour speeches felt a little canned/unnatural but she was pleasant and funny and clearly very knowledgeable as none of our tour's questions tripped her up at all.For this tour, we got to board a bus and see a little bit of the grounds, see some of the production, and learn about Bulleit's sustainability measures. That last part was unique and I appreciated it.Our tasting consisted of four pours. This tour had little "scent clouds" in small metal tins that we were coached to shake-sniff-sip-sniff. It changed the taste of the bourbon in unique and pleasant ways. I'd never done that before and it was fun. After that, it was on to the clean and attractive gift shop and out to take group pictures. The grounds were pretty and so was the inside so it was easy to get cute photos. Again, since I'm not really a bourbon drinker, it all tasted more or less the same to me. But I had a good time and would definitely encourage anyone with an interest in this kind of thing to check it out.

The Bulleit staff was GREAT! The facility was beautiful and Chloe did an excellent job in our Senses tasting!
