Pepperoni Pizza - Overall enjoyed it but needed a crispier crust and a little less sauce personally. Not quite Ny style but close.

This place has lots of charm. We started with mozzarella sticks (yummy). My wife started with the Ceaser salad with ranch. She also choose a slice of pepperoni pizza. Yes they sale it by slice. While I went with the gluten free pizza with sausage bacon and onions. This is a Military friendly location.

Terrible customer service, poor management, and subpar food. My mother and I sat down to order eggplant parmesan- out of stock. Disappointing. Our waiter scrambled to apologize and promised a discount. Fine. We order a slice of pizza which arrived unreasonably late and cold. Bruschetta was next with no balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze... out of stock as well? More apologies, another promise of a discount. At this point, just bring us a couple canolis. You wouldn't believe it. Out of stock! Yet again... we were given half assed apologies and the promise of a discount. After explaining how disappointed we were and the fact that I drove 2 hours to eat here with my mother, you would think the manager would appear to mend the situation. I couldn't be so lucky. We settled on a microscopic slice of strawberry cheesecake (with a cherry on top? Probably just out of strawberries too) and we got our bill with... you guessed it... no discount- "they wouldn't let me." Absolutely mind blowing how poorly this establishment is operating.

We decided to eat lunch here after hiking. We sat in their lovely outdoor area. We split a 16-inch pizza between the four of us, making it half veggie and half sausage and pepperoni. We also ordered mozzarella sticks served with marinara sauce. The mozzarella sticks were served right away and were hot and delicious. The pizza took a while, which was okay, but the crust was soggy and not edible when we finally got it. The veggie side had no flavor. It was the worst pizza we've ever eaten. Maybe their other food was good, but the pizza was not.

Stopped here heading home from Ohio. We were craving pizza big time because we didn't get a chance to have pizza in Ohio. Brooklyn Bros. has 3 different crust styles to choose from. We chose the Brooklyn bridge Pizza which has pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. All pizzas are 16" in size, but they do offer 1/2 pizzas too. The pizza was good, but it seems the crust is kind of tough to chew. Next time I will try a different style pizza. The Greek salad we split was very good.

If you want awesome Pizza and great service, check out Brooklyn Brothers Pizza! We stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon and I was amazed at how quickly they got our large party seated and our hot pizzas to the table! Service was great and the food was simply insanely good. Might just be my specific tastes, but I would rank the Pizza among the BEST I've ever had! Try the Kentucky pizza and thank me later. My wife felt like it was a bit spicy for her but it was simply perfect for me! We also had the Brooklyn Bridge Pizza and an everything meat pizza. All were well above average and I can't wait to get back again to try some of their other food! Our party gobbled everything up so quickly that unfortunately I didn't get any pics...

We've been going to Brooklyn Brothers for several years. On our last visit we noticed that several of our favorite entrees had disappeared from the menu. When we asked our waiter about it he told us that the menus had "gotten too heavy". Really?! I asked if he had ever been to a Cheesecake Factory. I don't know if he was joking or not, nevertheless we did notice the change.

Brooklyn brothers pizzeria is a very diverse pizza joint located off the 65 expressway exit in Corbin Kentucky not too far away from the Cumberland area of the state. My family and I was headed back home to Lousiville from a Gatlinburg getaway looking to grab some lunch. We were kinda tired and wanted to get home fast so we originally pulled off to go through the Taco Bell drive thru that sits at the bottom of the hill of this establishment. We pulled in and our 8 week old disgusted started to cry as it was feeding time for her too. So we decided "let's dine in". Before we walked into the Taco Bell I looked up and was like "if we are going inside then let's get some pizza. That place up there is a place I've never been and has a cool name so it may be good". That was ended up being a great audible called. This place was great. We all agreed it was our favorite spot we dined over our whole out of town getaway. You walk in and the place is paying homage to Brooklyn New York all over with fun and cool decor. The workers here have fun shirts that read "legalize marinara". So a fun laid back vibe for sure. Out service here was great. Our waitress was very sweet and efficient. They also do something super cool and creative for the kids while they wait for the food. They give them uncooked pizza dough to play with like you would playdough. My kids loved it and had a blast with it. Very cool and fits in with the pizza theme too. We did start with an appetizer of the Garlic cheese knots. They were phenomenal. They came in quantities of 6 or 12 and we decided hesitantly on 12. Was a wise choice because they disappeared quick. Very nice flavor and tasty cheese as well. A great start to our meal! For our entrees we decided to get the best of both worlds. My two all time favorite pizza styles are New York and Genuine Chicago deep dish. This place had both. So we went with a large cheese New York style and a large pepperoni Chicago deep dish style. The New York came out first because as people familiar with Chicago deep dish know it takes a good 40-45 min to cook correctly (which are on the spot waitress did point out). The New York had an amazing flavor and taste. Very good! Very large slices in true New York style. The Chicago pizza was also phenomenal. Very good taste. Not quite up to par with the Chicago deep dish giants of lou malanatis or giodanos but still very good. The lower crust was a bit thin for my liking. But the rest they nailed. So which style was better? New York or Chicago? An age old battle of pizza lovers. Normally I'm team Chicago all day. I love New York style but something about a Chicago deep dish does it for me. That said this place being called "Brooklyn brothers" makes sense because in This instance I preferred the New York style. However, you can't go wrong with either. We had some leftovers obviously so when I got back home to Lousiville I had a great lunch the next day. Overall awesome place. Loved everything about it. The setup, vibe, menu and food. If any decision makers are reading this and you want to expand your franchise If you decide to expand. Then come here to Lousiville and you will have a big cheerleader in me. A very pleasant and unexpected dining pleasure that happened by chance. But we are glad it did.

Great food, place was packed on a Sunday after Church. Service was good seeing they were under staffed due to servers calling in. I got the Nona Pizza, it looks heavy, but it's light and crispy. Quality ingredients.
