Brick+Mortar Boutique and Coffeehouse

Fantastic locally owned cafe! Not only do they have delicious coffee, sweet treats, and sandwiches but they also have adorable gifts and knickknacks to browse! I got the cutest 40067 mug that I love. Plus the people who work there are so friendly. Do not miss this wonderful place!

Love this cute little shop!! I stop by anytime I'm in town! Lots of choices for food and coffee and never disappoints. I typically get the grilled cheese sandwiches but have tried many. The boutique has lots of cute local options and perfect gifts. I highly recommend anything here! The service is always great too!

There's a nice chill vibe in here. Cute boutique things for purchase. My matcha had potential. I got the blackberry which had a great flavor it was just way too sweet for my liking. Which is partially my fault. I should have asked for less flavoring. I will definitely go back to try other things.

It's adorable. Inside and outdoor seating. Great panini menu with some baked good. Loads of beverages, most coffee based. Great atmosphere for working. Always tasty and pleasant here.

Great place to stop for coffee for lunch. Very friendly staff, some great specialty drinks and good food. Love this local coffee shop.

I was recently introduced to Brick+Mortar while working a wedding, and I immediately fell in love. I was given an iced coffee that was bold, flavorful, and seriously hit the spot. I have since been to the store 3 times in the past 10 days. They serve a gluten free pumpkin chocolate chip and a coconut bread that are to die for. They're great cold, and served warm they're next level AH-MAZING. I'm excited to see what other gluten free offerings will be available as seasons change. Their drink selection is quite broad, so there really is something for everyone here. So far I've tried their current selection of seasonal hot drinks: Lumberjack, Oatmeal, Maple Bourbon, Pumpkin Pie. I'm unsure as to which flavor is my favorite. They're excellent with oat milk, I haven't purchased any gifts from the boutique, but they have a great selection. I would love for them to open another location or two! It's a great coffee shop!

It's been a hot minute since I visiting Brick + Mortar. Located in Simpsonville Brick + Mortar serves up some of the best coffees and has the biggest scones I've ever seen. And they beat those chain stores that just look pretty and taste like flour. They're actually beautiful and delicious. If you need a unique gift they have lots of goodies you can purchase. The honey lavender latte wasn't on the menu; but, I decided to go with the Dirty Chai. Yummy!!!! It went perfectly with the cranberry dark chocolate scone with vanilla drizzle that I had to take home. They're that big. Whether you're visiting the outlet mall or just passing through make a stop at Brick + Mortar. Fabulous small businesses are the best.

Coffee was good and the location is very cutesy. Service was a little slow. Tables and seating aren't overcrowded so it's a nice place to sit and have a chat or work.

There are a lot of great places to get coffee, though this happens to be my favorite , but there really is NO better place to get a matcha than B&M! I drive 20 mins out of my way every weekend to stop in for a drink! The seasonal menu items are always A MUST-TRY!
