Boston's Floral Couture

I love the aesthetic of the shop, and the creativity extends into their floral work for sure! Staff is funny, engaging, and down to earth which takes off some of the edge presented at many other floral/plant retailers.I was so excited when Boston's started carrying more live plants, healthy, hard to find, and affordable! I checked off one of my wish list plants (A. forgetii) and it was ready to be potted an almost immediately popped out a new leaf!Thank you!

Andrea of Boston's Floral created a vision of the outdoors on a hike with an elegant flair for my daughter's wedding this past September 2021. Between the tent decor including the bar, farm tables and table decor, tent lighting, table linens and THE FLOWERS we were absolutely blown away! Andrea worked with us for months planning and executing nothing short of an amazing and spectacular display of being "outside under the stars" under a tent combining the elegance of Whitehall. It truly was breathtaking! I can't imagine anyone else pulling off such a stunning display of flowers for the bridal party and garden and then an elegant but rustic table and bar decor. Andrea was an absolute delight to work with, and I'd work with her again in a heartbeat! Five stars is not enough!

I received flowers from Boston's for Valentine's Day and they were gorgeous! According to my boyfriend, he explained what he was looking for as well as what I like and the florist brought it to life! I'm not a fan of red roses or red flowers in general and there were none in sight! The arrangement had all my favorite flowers and even a very unique flower/plant that I have never seen before (beehive ginger-so pretty and smells amazing!).Although I have not experienced the customer service first hand or visited the store, I loved my flowers and look forward to checking them out soon.

I'm a plant enthusiasts / rising plant hoarder - and have been to literally every local nursery - and go out of my way to visit shops like it when traveling - Boston's is hands down my favorite. All the plants are well taken care of, selection is great - and all more unique plants - and the staff is out of this world helpful and kind. It's like southern hospitality x100. I would highly recommend them whether you need an arrangement, a plant, a pot or just someone really nice to talk to :).

This place does beautiful unique flower arrangements. Some of the best I've seen. Every time I pop in the owner is preparing a beautiful creation. So, if I needed a bouquet or arrangement for that special someone or occasion, this is the place I'd go and recommend to my friends. However, my encounters with this store started due to my insatiable new hobby of house plant acquisition. The store is small, but the varieties of houseplants are such that you don't see at other stores. Some of the more "hard to find" plants can be found here. There is definitely a houseplant craze as of late, and this owner has met the challenges of variety and the familiar. You never know what she may have in store when you go. This place is definitely worth a browse. I've purchased several mid-range plants, as well as the most expensive plant I own here. All are healthy and doing well. Plus, the owner is super friendly. I've been here 4 times and I feel like we're pals.

The owner and staff gave us impeccable service and attention, our daughters wedding was beyond words, keep up the impressive work!!! Brag on them to friends!

Initial Review: "Ordering flowers to surprise / brighten someone's day is one of my favorite things to do. I googled and found this florist and was hopeful for something that would be thoughtfully composed. For direction, I referenced an image on their site, and asked for succulents w/ pale flowers. Instead, what was delivered (and late for time requested), looked like a haphazard collection of scrap flowers - wild flower weeds. If I wanted that look, I would've done it myself. A smaller, concise bouquet would've been more effective then this. My disappointment is as massive as this scary bouquet. " Updated Since Bouquet replacement: I emailed Andrea to express my confusion & disappointment, and then felt I needed to email her again to see how it all could be amended. She did acknowledge that the bouquet sent had no succulents, despite my request. Ultimately the bouquet was replaced with one that was in the ballpark of what was requested. I feel better, but I have to maintain my original review as it's an honest representation of what happened.

Andrea went above and beyond to give me the wedding of my dreams at the Henry Clay. I am so glad I brought her on board my wedding planning express!She created all of my wedding floral arrangements, my rehearsal floral arrangements, coordinated lounge furniture and prop rentals and flipped my wedding venue from ceremony to reception (among many other things). She worked with Events LLC to create a stunning one of a kind backdrop for my ceremony, and counseled me through a last minute venue change. She simplified everything for me, which was so appreciated especially in the last few months leading up to the wedding. She was so much fun to work with, and made me feel like she truly cared about me and my wedding. Her work is absolutely stunning and everything came out even better than I had hoped it would. I really cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Andrea!!!

Boston's Floral Couture and its owner, Andrea, come up with some of the most inventive floral arrangements. I first became a fan when this shop was on East Market Street in Nulu. I ventured in to buy some decorative branches and came out with some that looked like they had crystals on them. I still have them today. Since then Boston's has gone on to make a name for itself with true couture in floral form. The weddings I've seen done with Boston's have been phenomenal, and I like going into their current location, on Broadway, and browsing.Along with flowers, the shop also has handmade jewelry and other goods. And they still have my branches -- except on my recent trip I bought some branches covered in berries to make my home feel a bit more Christmas-y. Boston's is a stylish blip along an otherwise drab stretch of blocks along Broadway. And be sure to pet Andrea's standard poodle puppies. They are like fluffy teddy bears that are always eager to see a new face.

TL;DR the owner was incredibly unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend giving any amount of money to this florist. I don't often write negative reviews. For me, it takes something way out of the ordinary to warrant the negativity. But the way we were treated was terrible. I am planning a wedding, with a moderate budget for a very small wedding. I saw that their website stated they were willing to work with any budget so I left an inquiry. About two day later, the owner called. She didn't introduce herself, but instead asked us if "we are seriously interested and going to use us or are you just going to take my ideas and have someone else do it." Clearly, we just wanted consult with an idea of price. We provided venue information. In response, she gave all of her negative opinions about out choices ("that Chapel is too small. But we can put as much shit as you want in there," and the reception venue "is too dark, it won't look good"). She ranted for several minutes about how we were wrong with our choices. She did not ask us a single questions about what we would want her to do, who we are, or what our vision is. Without any knowledge of any of these things, she continued to rant about our budget not being nearly enough (5000, again, for a very small wedding). She listed off prices that in no way adds up to 5000, unless her delivery fee is $3000. At the end of her criticisms and rants, she asked us for an in person meeting to discuss further. We said no thanks. I don't care how beautiful her arrangements might be, she is horribly unprofessional and rude for an expensive investment.
