We found this place on To Good To Go. For anyone that doesn't know, restaurants, bakeries, etc. can register on this app to sell their food/drinks at a discounted price at the end of the day (a win win- the restaurants get to reduce their food waste, and I get to try new places around Cincinnati!). We got two drinks and thought that both were a good size and exceptional-tasting. Because we ordered with To Good To Go, we didn't get to pick our flavors, but the woman at the counter was extremely knowledgeable and mixed a lot of different types of tea and add-ins. She was very attentive and asked about some of my preferences and desired sweetness. 5 stars for the drinks, and 5 stars for the service!

We visited this store with Too Good To Go, and must say it was a great experience! The store is cozy with its own quirks strewn throughout. We didn't get to choose our flavors, but they were delicious -- mango tea with tapioca pearls. The tapioca texture was great, chewy but soft. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!

This was such an interesting find! Small establishment downtown. Great service from young adorable ladies suggesting flavors and customizing my boba drinks. They have nice selection of desserts and savory appetizer such as buns and dimsum. Definitely a place to check out if u need a boba fix.

There's an unpleasant odor like paint thinner when walking in however the place looks quaint. The menu looks nice when you walk in but then they are sold out of everything we asked for. The employees are nice enough you can tell it's a family run business - the owner gave my money back due to not having enough waffle batter however she still gave me a waffle in a bag so I could try ! I'm glad she did as it was delicious! I'd go back just for that alone . I can't wait to go back and I hope they have some of the other menu items like soup dumplings and dim sum. My friend got rice balls with tuna inside she said we're delicious she got 2 and bought 2 more to go ! Both of our teas were so flavorful. Work on not being out of the things on the menu and otherwise this small place will be a hit among boba and tea lovers alike. ! I ordered a bubble waffle and a bubble tea along with my friend who ordered a drink and 2 tuna rolls.

Came by on a cold quiet Monday after a long workday. They had just opened up shop for 1 month. The store was empty and I was greeted by a pleasant/cheerful cashier. There was a odd industrial aroma walking into the store that was neither pleasant nor foul. An electic assortment of furniture was laid out for guests to lounge. The owner is a Hong Kong native so surely the boba tea had to be exceptional, or so I thought.I decided on 1/2 sugar Hong style milk tea with boba. The drink was prepared luke warm in a store-themed container. The tapioca was the most indeed very flavorful boba I could tell it was fresh. However, some of the balls were tad bit firm and they did stick together in the cup making it difficult to sip through the straw. Boba is supposed to have a super soft and chewy texture and compliment the drink it sits, this was not the case. The actual drink itself was flat, lacked flavor or was masked by a prominant black tea note. There was no detectable creaminess or silkiness from the milk.Overall, despite the wonderful service/cashier, the ambiance, decor and drink leaves much to be desired if this place hopes to be the defacto boba spot for the local youth in Cincinnati.

Service was great. Very helpful and patient cashier/owner of the shop. I do think the prices for bakery items/dim sum are a bit overly priced. The slices of cake showed $12 and the roll slices $6. I wish they came in bit sizes since you don't always want that large a piece of something sweet. I tried the taro bun and it was very soft and a great bite sized dim sum option. I got the Hong Kong style Milk Tea and wanted it hot but ended up getting a cold one. Not sure if she just had not heard me say hot but I didn't want to make a big deal as it was still delicious. It was just cold out so was looking for a warm drink to have and chat with a friend. She said the Hong Long tea is very special and from Hong Kong. It's a black tea and I love black teas with milk so choose that. I love milk tea and teas so will want to check out other things on the menu. They have an extensive breakfast menu too which I will have to try sometime. Not sure how long it would take to get considering it's a small cafe and there was just 1 person working, but will have to give it a shot for brunch sometime. If they start paying the bakery items with pictures online for online ordering I think it come to do pick up orders more often.

I wrote this review not to be harsh but it was exactly as I stated, the place smelled horribly ( a sewage smell) I would work on this because its very unappealing. And although she states they don't allow customers to use the bathroom she allowed me to use the bathroom there was no soap or toilet paper, it was very unclean. I had to grab a napkin outside. The bathroom is located right next to the arcade game that is hanging on the wall, so yes, I was a real customer. I stated that the customer service was good because the girl was friendly, so not all is bad. But for the Boba it is not good. It's definitely not authentic and has a weird after taste. I am only re-writing this because she flagged it to say that it wasn't a real review months later. It's OK I understand not good business because you don't agree but everyone has their own opinion; also looks like Im not the only one who feels this way. Theres always room for improvement!
