I love this place and the people!!! I've never had acupuncture before, so I can't compare them to anyone else... but I can't imagine it being any better. I'm thankful to them for helping me through a tough time as I battle PTSD. Thankful that the VA covers the cost. But if they didn't and I had the $, I'd still be going. Blue Lotus is amazing!!

I am absolutely in love with this place. I suffer from severe seasonal depression, and this has helped tremendously. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Ramon Careaga is the -second- best acupuncturist I've ever seen or used. The first was a 25th generation practitioner from China, so he's in great company. His attention to detail, his willingness to go a little bit further to really find the source of the problem, and his follow-through are outstanding. He has done more to reduce my dependency on pain killers for spinal arthritis than 4+ years of dealing with VA orthopedists. Fawn (whose last name escapes me) is also exceedingly competent and detail-minded, but with acupuncture and massage.I can't say enough about them, and carry their business cards with me to pass on to others.

New location and Ribbon cutting, and Chinese New year's celebration today. These are the BEST practitioners in Lexington! I Highly suggest you try Accupuncture as a treatment for General health and Chronic problems. Going here once a month is an investment in keeping yourself healthy and functional. I have been to other practices that didn't even scratch the surface of coming close to the efficacy of this group. The Blue Lotus Accupuncturists are top quality! They are very good at assessment and planning with treatment in a holistic way. I love the new location. It has an awesome energy being very peaceful and serene. Sifu Ramon got straight to my issues during the interview/exam and nailed it. I started feeling better shortly after needle placement. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.

I had never tried acupuncture before visiting Blue Lotus. The staff is incredibly welcoming and made my first experience wonderful! I've been going frequently and have really noticed my body responding to the treatment. They take such a wholistic approach and always make me feel educated about the treatment I'm receiving. The family will run Blue Lotus are some of the most excellent of people. They worked with me to secure a positive and healing massage for my Mom as a Mother's Day gift. Even though I wasn't in the state to speak with them in person, they took time to get to know me, what kind of services I was interested in, and offered to help make my Mother's Day gift extra special. As for their services, my mom was initially hesitant, but after her first visit was singing the praises of Blue Lotus. She'd never felt better, healthier, or more in touch with herself than after her acupuncture treatment. 5 stars from her, and 5 stars from me!

Shifu Ramon is truly outstanding. His knowledge is vast, and no matter what you see him about, he cares and will take time with you, going above and beyond the call of duty as a healer, counselor, and teacher. He will help you to heal on all levels, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. It is rare to find a healer who is also a spiritual teacher. I have experienced much healing, and am learning so much, and all is very practical. I've been to several practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, and Shifu Ramon is the best. Highest possible recommendation!
