Very rude customer service at checkout.Dont play lottery there as machines don't work properly and will rip you off.Better to spend your money elsewhere.

It needs cleaned up, a remodel would really do it good. Aside from that they always mark their fuel up higher and today done me with how rude the lady working was. kindness goes a long ways when you're rude and just hateful to a female customer wanting to be waited on is bad. It could have been because I disturbed your flirting with a man I guess her boyfriend

I previously worked at this establishment, I was let go due to not being enough up to speed to keep up with how much traffic comes through this store. I had no hostility whatsoever, it was a fair judgement, they get a ton of business. However, today I get a phone call from my mother telling me to call Melissa, a Co-Owner, that she's been told that I am to no longer shop there. I called Melissa and asked her why this decision was made. She informed me that she was looking through records and saw how much they were paying me in Unemployment due to being FIRED. She has decided that I am no longer welcome in their store due to this expense. I shop(ped) down there nearly everyday. I go just a mile of two down my road and get my mother a Fountain Pepsi and get me a A&W Cream Soda. I often purchase their fresh food such as cheeseburgers and pizza. You can imagine how shocked and hurt I am after being told that I am no longer welcome on the premises in large part because I had previously worked for them. I am going to leave this review in every website about Big Hill Food Mart that I can possibly find. I cannot believe that this decision was made, I am helping my mother take care of seven Foster Children, I have been actively searching for another job, a part time one, where I would be employed again. However, taking care of seven children is extremely time consuming, my mom often sends me down to Big Hill to get a bag of ice, or lunchmeat, or her everyday Pepsi. So thanks, Now I have to go into town to get a fountain drink. I do so sincerely hope that you are proud of yourselves.
