Big Blue Pedaler

This was such a blast! My kickball team and I rented the whole bike, so it was nice to control the music and where we stopped. Our captain was so much fun and she would have us do games while riding. We did our ride at 8:30 which was a perfect time. Able to get dinner and then it got cooler throughout our ride because the sun was going down. Once we finished we were able to walk to other bars and keep the party going. Highly recommend booking them for outings!

Went for a birthday peddle bike and we absolutely LOVED IT!!! The people working on the bike made the ride even more fun with their drinking games. You were able to bring your own drinks and play your own music on the bike. We are definitely going back for another ride!!

We celebrated my friends birthday by renting out the entire bike. We thought 2 hours was kinda short for how much we paid but it was a whole lot of fun and seemed much longer. We were able to bring our own cooler and drink whatever we wanted. Had a great time .

I made a reservation for a whole pedal wagon for my best friend's bachelorette party. They were very kind and helpful in setting up the Rez and answering questions. Lloyd, our guide for the ride, was super chill, nice, fun and was great at picking spots for us to go. I was initially skeptical about doing a pedal wagon but everyone had a great time. You don't have to pedal much if you don't want to because there's also a motor. The whole party - from age 26 to 56 - loved the experience!

Big Blue is such an awesome local Lexington business! I've booked multiple times, for birthday and for themed rides around St. Patrick's Day! The vibe on the pedaler is electric and the drivers are a huge bonus to the experience. You can play your own music, bring your own booze and get wild all while exploring downtown Lex. I love that this small business supports other local, small businesses in the city!! I would HIGHLY recommend Big Blue for any celebration. ALSO if you have a smaller party and choose not to rent the entire pedaler, this would be SUCH a fun way to meet new people!!!

We had a tour scheduled for 12 people from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday night. It was a birthday celebration with family and friends. All of us arrived early and had signed our wavers, ready to go! After over a half an hour of waiting in the parking lot we were told to meet in, multiple phone calls, emails, messages with 0 response, the building remained closed and no one showed up to take us on our tour. Multiple members of our group called throughout the week prior to confirm details so we know they were very much aware of our tour. There has been NO communication from Big Blue Pedaler aside from an automated email notifying the booking has been cancelled and refund initiated (12 hours later). No apology, no excuse, no explanation. They made no effort to right their wrong. I love supporting small businesses and we are a very understanding group of people who would have understood if a reasonable explanation was provided and any kind of apology was made. I'm super disappointed and I won't ever try to do this through BBP again.

We showed up 20 minutes early, as requested by Big Blue and saw no one nor was there a sign on the business. After 30 minutes of waiting we still did not hear from anyone. Finally after 40 minutes of waiting, we were told the driver is 15 minutes out. We cancelled and they did give a refund which was a plus as we had a day of events scheduled.

Thank you so much for such a great time celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday. It was so fun, and even the grandparents got to ride along on the back bench seat! We will be back for sure!!!

We booked the entire bike for my 30th birthday party. We originally intended to do a bar crawl but everyone was having so much fun just cruising around town that we didn't end up stopping anywhere. We brought drinks and cake for the ride. Our driver, Chris, was great too. Highly recommend!!
