Visiting WV to see my brother. Decided to order in pizza because everyone had been driving all day. Called to order pizza and was greeted by the rudest, awful speaking person ever. Very unprofessional. Was told it would be 45 minutes. Ended up being about an hour and a half. The food is the only saving grace for Bellissimo. Probably some of the best pizza we've ever had. Soft crust. Fresh ingredients. The fried pickle spears were to die for. I would have given this place 5 stars. But the rude lady that answers the phone needs training on how to properly speak to paying customers.

I ordered their SMALL calzone and cheesesticks. It was around 20 bucks. They offer small and large. The small was HUGE!!! I can't imagine how big the large is. The only downside is that there is a 15 buck minimum for online orders. Hence, why I had to order cheesesticks. I ended up giving part of my calzone to my son because it was just so big, I couldn't eat it all. The staff was extremely friendly. They are located in Belle, right outside of Charleston. My advice is to save your appetite if you order from there because the portions are so big. We will be back!

Bellissimo's definitely has good food. Today was my first time eating in the restaurant before we always had to-go orders. For the hour or so we were there, they were busy with take out orders. I realized why, the music was so loud that you felt like you were at the actual concert. Then except for the guys preparing the food it was pretty much help yourself. Plates, plastic ware, napkins, drinks etc were all help yourself. The tables and chairs could have been washed off. Again really good food but best to have it to-go.

First time eating at Bellissimo. Ordered takeout as we were staying very close by. It was Sunday and about 45 min before closing. Only ordered a Greek salad, chef salad and the pepperoni roll. My wife said the Greek salad was very good. My chef salad was ok. The lettuce was sort of shredded rather than chopped and it had too much mozzarella cheese for my taste. The hit was the pepperoni roll. Crust was great-crispy without being greasy. The roll was filled with cheese and pepperoni not to much sauce. Just excellent. Bellissimo is a nice neighborhood place. Worth a try.
