Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream

Dirty. Lots of employees working but the tables are filthy and so are the floors.Totally out of many flavors including vanilla ice cream. Who runs out of vanilla? Go somewhere else....like Sonic!

Was craving ice cream after a few bourbon tours, walked in to be yelled at. They are not allowing customers in doors still because of "Covid". Given their fear of Covid, one would think they would be protecting themselves against it.... Nope not one wearing a mask. I refuse to support a business that believes the only way to protect themselves is to limit customers from entering a building. Upon reading other reviews they are likely going to end up closing due to #1 being rude to customers and #2 old crystallized ice cream

Just ok. Lobby is closed in the evening, so you order thru a walk up window. Ice cream felt a like it had crystallized. Not the same quality as BR used to be.

Still masking. Still hard to hear and touching masks and then product. Still not allowing people indoors and yelling at them even though they have no signage prohibiting it. It's been 3 years. Used to be friendly and welcoming. The town is amazing and gentrifying rapidly. Hopefully this place is reclaimed as part of the process.

I was craving some BR ice cream and walked up to this spot. The older lady that came to the window was not at all friendly. No smile and I felt that she was put off by another customer. It's not like it was busy either. No other drive thru or walk ups. Maybe she was having a bad day. I love the ice cream but her customer service on a Wednesday afternoon was poor. My review was based on the store employee and not the ice cream.

In town for Bourbon but needed a late night after dinner treat! Thanks for staying open 'later'. Our pistachio & butter pecan waffle cone and Turtle Cappucino Blast were perfection. Served on 8/28/20

Great ice cream, good quality. However, they are breaking basic health codes. I work at a bakery back in Missouri, and one of our main rules is to wear gloves. Clean gloves. At this store they do not wear gloves. That's about the only thing that bothered me besides the small space. I'd recommend expanding the store.

It's Baskin Robbins! If you've been to one, you've been to them all. The Robbins in Bardstown is small, which isn't a problem, except there's never anywhere to sit. Can any other restaurant get by with that? The restroom is pretty messy and the floors always look like they need a good mopping. There's a drive thru window too for when you want ice cream, but don't want to get out of the car and walk 20 feet to get it. Overall, meh. Although if they offered "baseball nut" flavor all year long, I'd consider upping the rating a bit. ;)

The one star is because the ice cream was good. Other than that terrible place. We were looking at the flavors before ordering and some ladies walked in (didn't know at the time that they worked here as well) crying and saying to get out because they were closing and f*** the owner and this and that. Another one spoke up and said she would serve us our ice cream before they closed. It was terrible service and extremely unprofessional no matter the circumstances. After we paid and walked out a few other people were turned away at the door and told they were closed for the day. It was 3:30 in the afternoon. Terrible experience and would recommend going somewhere else for ice cream.

The hours say open until 10. We were there a little before 9. 3 employees inside. Door locked. As we stood there one girl walked to door and switched sign to closed. Sorry they couldn't just dip ice cream for 6 people. Their loss.
