Bardstown City Taxi

I typically don't leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service that we received today, that I wanted to take a moment to give praise to a great business. Our drivers name was Renee, and she was informative about the area, and was willing to offer suggestions for things to do. She arrived promptly she was a Responsible driver, and her vehicle was clean. If I am ever in the Bardstown city area in the future, I would not hesitate to call for the Bardstown city taxi service.

Really nice and friendly. Donna took us to several tasting appointments. It was easy and we could book pick up times in advance so we didn't need to wait around too long. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Thank you, Donna!

Drink responsibly, Bourbon Trailers. Bookmark this company. If you think that you won't ever need it, you're possibly irresponsible. Apparently this is one of two Bardstown taxi companies. At the ten dollar flat rate, this one can't be beat. Yep, that's right. If you're within the city limits, it's a flat rate $10 fee. We were in town and had dinner reservations. I knew that we wanted to try some of the bourbons offered that night, so we found this taxi company and called them up. The gentleman that arrived was nice and informative. He was quick to pick us back up, even at a different spot. On the ride back he mentioned that he was the owner... I wish I would've caught his name. Thanks Mr. Owner for getting us safely to and from a fun night in the heart of bourbon land.

Called several taxi services around the area, definitely enjoyed the hospitality of this company. Our group traveled from the airport to the Hampton Inn of Bardstown for Derby. They also took us back to the airport for a low price. Very affordable rates. Great prices and awesome service. I will use this company again next year or anytime I come to visit the Bourbon capital of the world!

Our driver Mr. Shows was possibly the nicest driver we've had in years. Highly recommend the prompt service we received!!

I called this company because I needed a ride from Limestone Branch to the Hampton Inn Lebanon. Even though I walked there from my hotel, when picking a barrel, Limestone requires a driver back. So, I called this company. For some reason they thought I wanted to go to the Hampton Inn nearer Bardstown. I did not. if they were confused about this, they should have asked me as I know I said the Hampton Inn nearby. They charged me $70 for a 3/4 mile ride. I would suggest nobody ever use this company. They did not even try to lower the rate slightly due to the confusion. Very poor and frankly ridiculous.

Traveled to Bardstown for my Gran's memorial service. Not realizing car rental places at the airport closed earlier than my flight Bardstown Taxi saved us a night in the airport! Donna was fantastic and accommodated us through it all--even a 3.5 hour delay putting us in Louisville at 3 am. Driver Joe was there to meet us and made a heck of a travel day end on a great note! Definitely recommend, a thousand times over!

Great service! I couldn't have found a better taxi company. Donna was very helpful in getting my 18 year old nephew from Leitchfield KY, to Louisville airport to fly home to Hawaii. She was very nice and kind. Arrived to pick him up on time and get him to the airport safe and sound. She even took the time to text me and let me know my nephew had been dropped off at the airport. We had a wonderful service from this company. Used them throughout our whole stay in Bardstown once we discovered Lyft and Uber were not available. It is a family-owned and operated company. "Loopy", the owner, was pleasant and friendly, his daughter Donna was the same and patient, Diane answering the phones was friendly. The vehicles were clean. It definitely had that small-town feel. Grateful they were available for all our driving needs.
