Great fresh, made to order food! Staff is awesome friendly, love it! The dining room is very nice to visit for a delicious meal. All fast-food restaurants are horrible fake food chemicals. Go Bamboo House

This neighborhood gem has been in business for 15 years. Owned and managed by John & Helen Chao, assisted by their twins, Sophia &Winston, they put out some outstanding Asian grub, along with Sushi. Dine in, carry out or use Uber Eats and Door Dash. The Cincinnati Sushi Roll is our favorite! Delicious sushi and the NICEST owners! Everything is always fresh and tasty, the service is always quick. I used to stop in all the time when I lived closer to the restaurant and found myself right down the street today while pet sitting. Stopped in for a pickup order and all these years later they remembered me and made me feel so welcome again!! Really gave me warm fuzzies and reminded me that I need to make the trip out of my way more often. Thanks Bamboo House!!!

Not even sure how to rate this. Called ahead and ordered, when I got there I noticed the total was higher than I thought because instead of veggie tempura appetizer she put in the meal. The credit card machine was having issues and they asked if they could write down my card number and enter it later; I politely declined and then had to drive to an ATM. One of the employees had her car parked in front of the restaurant and a dog sitting inside. I saw her come out and give it water when I was coming back from the ATM. Overall very odd experience; food wasn't great so probably won't go back.

WORST asian cuisine I have had in all of OH. I came here for the sushi that I was told was good... man was I disappointed. The salmon had zero flavor while it was supposedly "smoked", spicy tuna roll was SO fishy and tasted real bad. Which sucks because the bill of just sushi is completely over priced. A high end sit down sushi restaurant, MR SUSHI (downtown one), charges half off prices for higher quality sushi. I also got fried rice that was odd in flavor and orange chicken which was not good either.Plus, the woman/cashier was RUDE. She shoed us out of the restaurant while we were just double checking everything was in the bag. $66 for what? Terrible experience. Will not recommend nor will return.

Love this place! Was brought here by a friend and loved it. The food was phenomenal, presentation was on point, and the atmosphere was exactly what you'd expect from the classic Asian restaurant at home. The servers and staff were well mannered and the service was amazing.

I ordered combination chicken shrimp fried rice and general tso they charged me $29 and included no shrimp I called to complain they told me to come pick up 4 pieces of shrimp I was a fan but there getting greedy don't go here unless you want your order shorted the women working is the ring leader smh hope the guy cooking knows his wife or sister is ruining the reputation bamboo house had what a shame
