I've reviewed this place before but had to come back again. I've now eaten at or taken out from Asiana over 20+ times in the 6 months I've lived here. The food truly is delicious and so perfectly fresh. We've now tried the pad thai in beef, shrimp, and chicken- all incredible. We've also tried the yellow curry, Panang curry, ginger chicken, and the hot & sour soup and it's all been to die for. I don't think they make anything bad. Secondly, the service is incredible. I knew it was good from the few times I've went to eat in but yesterday I was so grateful when they accommodated a to go order in the last 30 minutes before closing. I called and asked if it would be okay and said that if they had already cleaned up I could come back another time and they said they could do one last order. It was very sweet and meant the world to me because my family was visiting me for the first time and I really wanted them to try my go-to-place. We picked up the order to go and my family loved it just as much as I did.Best Thai Food in Cincinnati! Highly recommend

Certain changes have made the new Asiana a frank disappointment. They fail to pick up the phone on a regular basis and force one to use the online system. In the two times I have used the online system, my order was forgotten. While I could be okay with this, there is a greedy "service" fee associated with using the online system. In other words, charge me more money, be less personal, and make errors. If you mess up, firstly, make it right somehow. Both times I am just handed my food without an apology. Otherwise the menu has not changed, and admittedly the food is still nice. The Ambiance has improved. Bottom line, if you want to charge your patrons more, make sure you have your ducks in a row and make sure thing are improved upon.

Heard about this establishment all over Facebook, so I decided to come here for lunch! I came here for the sushi vs the Thai food.. so this is my review base on the sushi.Sushi was good, but nothing amazing. I ordered their yellow tail sashimi and that was tasty - good quality! Salmon tempura roll was one of the rolls I ordered and I thought that just tasted okay - nothing too special.. I was hoping the salmon would have been a bit more fatty. Last roll I had was the eel roll and that was good. We spontaneously ordered their mango sticky rice for dessert and that was good, but I've had better. The sticky rice was REALLY sweet.. maybe just too sweet for me and the mango was okay.. but I understand because we are clearly not in mango season.Lastly the service was okay - nothing special. Our server.. seemed a little sloppy with kind of a... 'whatever' vibe. She was nice, but she didn't seem professional if you know what I mean. ANYWAY.. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would come back here and actually try their Thai food next time.

We live in West Chester and every time we go to Rookwood, we drive by this place on our way home saying "we need to try Asiana". We finally did, and now it will be our go to place if we are in the area. Parking is a pain because the lot behind is very small. If you pull in and it's full, you have to do a six point turn to get out. We parked across the street in the plaza parking lot.The place is tiny, but we were able to get seated at 1:30pm with no wait. Service was prompt considering there was only one lady working the tables. We ordered the Crab Rangoon because I read it was the best around. It definitely is! There are six in an order and they are served with a fantastic sauce. I ordered the lunch special with Thai Spicy Chicken and spicy tuna roll. I ordered a 3/10 spice level. My dish was so hot I could only eat a few bites. For a 3/10, I was shocked how hot it was. My wife got the lunch portion of the Pad See-Ew also at 3/10, and her dish was not at all as hot as mine. Both were very good and fresh, and the portion size for the money was great! Next time I will just order a 0/10 and spice the dish up on my own. The Mayflower Roll with Hamachi and tuna was fantastic and had a significant amount of both Hamachi and Tuna. This will be our go-to Thai place from now on - most likely for carryout. Highly recommend.

We were so excited to come here with friends and brought a bottle of wine to share as there is a $0 corkage fee! We ordered enough sushi to share a sushi boat together where it did not take very long to get! We enjoyed the food and the staff was very nice. I am planning to return back and would recommend this as a great sushi and Thai restaurant to go to.

I was in town for business and saw this little spot just down from my hotel. It's a tiny little dinning room but it seems to do the trick. My server was super shy. He quickly let me know he was new. Having said that, he did a nice job. I wasn't expecting a fine dining experience. As long as my food came out in a timely manner and he checked on me from time to time, I'd be fine. I was hungry so I ordered a few things to sample and try. My first item was the Thai Spring Rolls. They came out quickly. Two crispy, flavorful bites! Things were off to a good start. Next up was the Shrimp Tempura Roll and Eel Nigiri. The sushi rolls and pieces are super small compared to most places I've eaten. While it was ok, I would not say this is the best sushi I have ever had. My expectations were pretty high after reading some of the other reviews. To hear some people talk, this sushi should have knocked my socks off. I would label it as a little below average. I base this on the tiny size and average taste. To be honest, I'm not from Cincinnati so maybe this is the best place to get sushi in the city. I'd be surprised if it is. The main dish was the chicken panang curry. Level 7 heat. This dish took forever to come out. I couldn't understand why? It was me and one other couple in the entire restaurant so it wasn't because they were busy. I kept sitting and hoping this would be worth the wait. Once the dish arrived it was nicely presented. It only took one bite of the smooth, rich curry to realize this was going to be good. Panang curry is one of those dishes I have learned to make very well so I have some big expectation for this dish. I feel it was spot on! I highly recommend this dish. One point of observation. Two of the employees sat at the sushi bar and talked during my entire dining experience. They acted like a romantic couple. I mention it because it was a distraction. To see my server rubbing her leg and then going in the back to bring out my food was a little off putting. I would recommend keeping the place professional. Leave the work romance out of the customers view. Overall, my experience was positive. I wouldn't come back here for the sushi but I wouldn't hesitate to comeback for the other Thai dishes.I downgraded my rating based on the owners response to my review. Rather than take accountability for my experience, he chose to provide me an excuse. He didn't even seem concerned about the issues I voiced. This is not a restaurant I would return to based on his lack of appropriate response.

The three of us lived in Hyde Park or Pleasant Ridge for decades, driving often by Asiana and never stopping. Last night, that changed, and we will all be stopping again, frequently! The sushi is fresh and world class and the housemade rice noodles are as good as Greg, the owner with his wife, promised. Even though they were busy, they were happy to prepare this vegetarian's Massamun curry without fish sauce. Everything we ordered was delectable and we loved that Greg took time to stop at our table, tell their story and offer recommendations from their sizable, well-priced Thai and sushi menu. The dining room is small, but the tables turned pretty quickly and they clearly do a big carry out business. One thing to note: it's BYOB, although our server cheerfully provided glasses and an opener. Wine Merchant is at the end of the block with a great selection, including a dry riesling that paired well with our meal.

Asiana in Hyde Park boasts some of the best Thai food you can get in Cincinnati. For appetizers, the spring rolls and coconut shrimp were a great way to start. We got the Khao Soi and Panang Curry both of which were rich, fresh, spicy, and extremely flavorful. On top of that the Thai Tea was sweet, creamy, and refreshing. The generous portions left us stuffed and we will be back to try other items!

Ate here with my husband and daughter the night before flying home to Texas. Incredible experience all around. Had delicious food and the service was above and beyond. Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to please us. Best Crab Rangoon was the best I ever tasted. My daughter was thrilled to get a hug from one of the waitresses, she got two balloons and another special gift before leaving. So sweet. Love the family owned vibe here. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We need more places like this in the world. Your kindness and overall customer service was touching.
