Arnold's Pub

Back in the late 1970's and early '80's, there was a TV show called Happy Days. The two most prominent settings in the show was either the Cunningham home or Arnold's. In each one of those environments, there were central themes of peace, conversations, fellowship and of course love. Let's be honest though at the restaurant there was an occasional argument in Fonz's office. Apart from that, Arnold's Pub is all of the former. The drinks are a bargain. I think Arnold would let you drink for free but his dogs won't let him. This is a great place to watch sports if you wish or go to the enclosed back patio and have a quiet conversation or play some of the boardgames that Arnold's provides. When I talked with Arnold, he really wants to have live music shows. Truth be told musicians should be banging on the door to play this venue because there's lots of space for concerts and yet, can still serve as an intimate setting for quieter performances. (Hint. Bands and musicians the address in bio)To wrap this up I going to quote the very smart Christopher Hitchens:"I boldly assert, in fact I think I know, that a lot of friendships and connections absolutely depend upon a sort of shared language, or slang. Not necessarily designed to exclude others, these can establish a certain comity and even after a long absence, re-establish it in a second." Arnold's Pub is the place for that but please, don't hit the jukebox.

Love this place!! A nice new local pub with the sweetest bartender Mitch! They also got some local bands...you should totally check out Rusty Knuckles when they play!

Great Place to day drink and Friday evening music! The bartender is very attentive (Mitch!) and always brings you a drink when you need it!! We will be back!!!

It's a cute well done little bar. Nice out doors area, very affordable. It's still looking for it's customers tho. Currently here at 9:30pm on a Friday night and there's 4 people here counting me and my girlfriend. We'd probably come back just as a cheap drink to get out for a minute or a pit stop to other places.
