Angela's On the River

My partner and I stopped in for dinner here this evening, it was such a great experience. It was a little near closing time and they treated us as if they had no intentions on closing soon. Food was great, the rolls were amazing. Our server was super sweet. The owner checked on us multiple times and was sweet enough to give us both a hug thanking us for coming. I love locally owned restaurants and you should definitely give Angela's on the River a try

My first time at Angela's for dinner except one time for a wedding reception. Neither time I wasn't impressed by the food or service. Staff friendly but I don't see going back anytime soon.

Angela is so kind! Food and service great!! Picking up food for my 90 year old mother and I. I'm moms caregiver. Angela gave me a glass and a half of wine free of charge while I waited for my to go order. Classy!!!

I travel for a living and have lived here me whole life but this was my families first time here and I'm telling you the best food I have had in many years. The staff is great and the owner was wonderful she came to our table and talked to us and our son twice she also brought him suckers at the end of our dinner. In you are looking for a great place to with a good view this is the place also 2 adult and kid dinner with salads,apps and desert under $55 Cajun Chicken Pasta is what I had.

Pretty view, great service, and yummy food. I ordered a lobster stuffed whitefish with a house salad. The house salad wasn't my cup of tea, but the main was delicious!! My mom ordered the Cajun pasta and the serving size was huge. She loved it although it didn't look like she made a dent in it. Very rich, well made sauce. Prices are very fair.

Our first visit was memorable. The food was phenomenal, and the service was on point. I wholeheartedly recommend Angelas.

Mediocrity on the River would be a better name for the restaurant. Offering a river view and being located in a historic building doesn't make up for the poor-quality ingredients.

We had salisburysteak the other night it was like no other Salisbury Steak I have ever had! Please either put it on your menu or offer it more as a special! I enjoyed it so much the potatoes and gravy were delicious along with the mushrooms! You can always count on a great meal from Angela! She is a great person with great cooking skills! Sue Robinson
