Air-time Inflatables

We rented an inflatable and a face painter for my grand daughter's birthday party.The inflatable was great.However, the face painter was EXTREMELY unqualified! Honestly, any of the children in attendance could have done as well!I called afterwards to express my displeasure and the management was NOT helpful.I was informed that $150 was the "going rate" for a face painter. Management REFUSED to refund even a portion of the fee. My complaint was NOT about the price - my complaint was about the QUALITY of the service!DO NOT use the face painting service here...there are others in town that actually do a lovely job!

I absolutely do not recommend this business to anyone. I visited their website in search of a dunk tank for a fundraising event I was hosting. I wanted to receive a quote that was not only accurate to the dunk tank but also the delivery charge. So I entered the date and address of the event. I also signed a contracted that stated if I wanted to secure this date I needed to pay a 25% deposit at the time of reservation. Being that I ONLY WANTED AN ACCURATE QUOTE I NEVER PAID SAID DEPOSIT. So, imagine my surprise on the day of the event when they show up and start setting up. When I explained to the delivery man that I had never paid a deposit and did not want to purchase this rental, his response was "oh I don't know" and proceeded to set up. Once they returned again I explained once again that I had paid nothing to secure this rental and once again I got an "okay". After MONTHS I had heard nothing from the company, and had assumed they caught their error. But no, I received a text from an employee, who did not admit their was some type of error on their part or at the very least acknowledge a miscommunication. Instead I was threatened with legal battle, over a contract I never broke, because I never paid a deposit securing the rental. I strongly recommend not using this company to any all people looking for an event rental. And under no circumstances ask for a quote, apparently it means you're reserving the equipment regardless if you put a deposit down or not. I wish there was less than one star to rate them truly.

We rented a bouncy house for our sons' birthday party and Air-time Inflatables did a wonderful job. The product we rented was exactly as described and they gave us clear and simple instructions. We also had a little problem on our end with the pick-up and they went out of their way to make sure everything worked out for us. Above and beyond, really great customer service. And the kids loved the bounce :)

Just had our children's party there. The "hostesses" were rude, most especially the one that was pregnant. We were extremely rushed to move out of the party room, and rushed to vacate the building so they could close. Upon booking it was communicated I was the "last party of the day", so we could "take a little extra time" in the party room. This was from the older lady, whom I presume is part of the ownership team. Sadly not only did this NOT happen, my children could not open gifts as we were told he HAD to move. Not only were my husband and I pretty put out with the aggressiveness and rudeness of the one pregnant hostess, but NUMEROUS (adult) guests complained about the rudeness of the lady and the unbelievable rushed style they made everyone attend to. For the $250 we spend the ONLY part I would say was worth it was the aired inflatables that kids of all ages enjoyed, however for the same price I can go to Legacy Gymnastics and get the same thing, where pizza IS INCLUDED and the ladies assisting with the party had etiquette, manners and were gracious hostesses while maintaining a schedule. It is extremely safe to say that not ONE PERSON IN THE 30+ people that attended will ever use this place and we WILL NOT BE BACK, which is sad given the concept and location is good, but your staff can ruin a business, which they did.
