Amazing people and prices! 10 stars! When they heard my Bully needed a Achilles repair they sent me to the best place!!

We had a rescue collie we brought her for vet services. They were affordable and very helpful in her care. We had heart worm testing, all shots, and fecal testing. We appreciate them fitting her into the office today. Thank you for the compassionate care!

I love this place!!! I'm am very protective over my cat as she is pretty skittish around new places. the vet and vet techs here are so sweet and so gentle with her, even when she is acting out. the wait is never very long and the prices are great. i could not recommend this place enough.

The name says it all! I cannot say enough nice things about this place, but I'll give it a go. My dogs were due for their annual vaccinations and one had an eye infection. I was able to schedule an appointment for both dogs three days later after work--a huge plus for me. Upon entry, I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk and my dogs were weighed. The vet tech quickly greeted us and took us back to a large exam room. She explained the various exams and procedures available as well as preventative medications (heartworm and flea/tick prevention). After discussing the various procedures, the vet tech printed a price list for me to review and the potential to opt out of anything (let's be honest; vet bills can be rather pricy, especially for multiple pets). She took each dog back one at a time for vaccinations. Then, the vet arrived to discuss my dogs' health. She was very helpful and friendly. This location is very clean and spacious. Please note: it's now located on Pasadena. I highly recommend this affordable veterinary clinic for your pets needs!

This is a great affordable vet with great staff!! My only complaint is that they play Christian music, you are forced to listen to it while you sit and wait. I don't think a vet office should be shoving religion down their customers throat. Other than that I love this place!!! Would recommend!!

I had to put my cat Little's to sleep a while back, it was 7 or 8 years ago. The euthanization was done so carefully and it was so easy. And I just know that they know what they're doing. And now I've got a sick cat and I'm going to have to do the same thing with her and it's killing me thank you

This should not be allowed to be named as such. They gouge you on vaccine prices and re-administer vaccines that have just been done.

I called today to make an appointment and they told me to bring in my cat for a walk-in. I showed up at 4:25 (website says they are open until 6 - no caveats on that time listed). The woman up front tells me that if they see me after 5:00, it will be an extra $75. I tell her that no one told me that AND they don't have it listed on their website. Despite that I decide to get in the room to be seen and hope for the best. The tech comes in a few minutes later at around 4:35 and says "well, it's 4:40 so you're going to pay an emergency fee." I said "she just told me 5:00, now you're saying 4:40, and it isn't even 4:40 yet." She said it didn't matter and I said "fine, we're leaving." I asked the woman at the front desk and she said "well, the vet must think they can't see you until after 5:00."Pretty much the worst business practice I've seen in a long time, and it feels fairly ironic for a company with the word "Afford" in their name. We'll be switching vets immediately.

Terrible experience. Refused to let me accompany my pet into the clinic. He was totally stressed by me not being with him. Never again doing business with them even if I pay more at other vets!
