Very professional staff. It lies on a very secluded ranch. Our horse riding guide today great job corralling and managing a group of nine on horses through the woods for hour ride. It was a fun trail and not just a boring loop like most horse riding places are. Reserved online the day before and was well worth the price. They also care about safety and the staff are obviously well trained including the horses. We were so glad that we did not go to Jesse James action park!

We did the "1 hour" horseback trail ride. While we where waiting for our guide to start the ride, a 5 year old boy was running around with a full size crow bar hitting things. None of the workers seemed phased by this and no one took the crow bar from him. Eventually an older lady came and dragged the child away kicking and screaming while yelling I'll beat your a$$. The actual trail ride started 30 mins late and still managed to finish on time, so the 1 hour ride was really 30 mins. Our guide was terrible, didn't help the people who were having trouble with their horses, and added nothing to the ride. The location was still beautiful and the horses seemed well taken care of, but the rest left so much to be desired. Very disappointing.

We (my parents, my partner, and I) recently kayaked on the Green River during a trip to Mammoth Cave National Park. I would definitely call Adventures of Mammoth Cave a no-frills spot, but for about $60/person, you can't beat their services. The staff was really helpful in getting us set up and getting our kayaks in the water at the put-in. I wish it would have been more obvious that a start time does NOT mean your van is leaving at that time, and it was then at least 20 minutes of very bumpy roads to get to the put-in. It took about 3 hours for us to kayak the river, but then we did have to wait probably 30 minutes to be picked up since there was a group already waiting. Overall, I'd recommend this outfitter but it would have been helpful to have clearer info on the timeline.

We took on the ropes course as a team building exercise. I wasn't sure what to expect but, from the ground, it looked challenging. What I really didn't expect was how awesome all the staff was in our interactions. Never made anyone in our team feel bad for being slow or struggling. Everyone was encouraging and helpful. Fun and challenging day! Thank you to the whole crew at Adventures of Mammoth Cave.

Staff was rude. Told me "if it makes you feel better this obstacle course hasn't been inspected in over 10 years".

I made the decision to go zip lining with some family members. A few of us scared of heights and it Definitely wasn't nothing to be scared about. The harness definitely has you lol. 10/10 recommend the staff there was very safe and helped break the ice! Jackson was a great tour guide! They recommend not to take phones unless you have a good deep pocket that'll hold it!

Horrible Horseback Riding Experience! Do. Not.Do.It. Not safe for children or adults for that matter. My youngest daughter was thrown off the horse, exactly like other reviewers have mentioned. No care from the business at all.

Please *do not* go horseback riding here. We try to make the best of things whenever we can, but the horses here have no business being ridden. A 5 year old (not my child) and 8 year old (my child) were in our group, and at one point or another every single one of the horses on our tour group took off into a full gallop, including the ones carrying the young (very inexperienced) children. It's literally a miracle they did not fall off. I was kicked off my horse when it went into a full gallop, and I only remember falling, hitting my head, blacking out, and coming to very dizzy. I was offered nothing. I ASKED for nothing, but I literally wasn't even offered so much as an ice pack during this experience (no first aid, no Advil, no refund, literally nothing). During the fall my prescription sunglasses fell off and I was still in shock at the time I got back in the horse to get back to Adventures of Mammoth Cave starting point and didn't realize they had fallen off until we were almost back. We asked 3 different people at 3 different times to let us know if my sunglasses were ever found and never got a response, until the 4th try 48 hours later (glasses were never found, if they were even looked for). The zip lining was fun (and safe) though!
