I went to the florist's website, picked out a plant to be delivered to the funeral home the following day, and received a receipt via email confirming all of the above. The next evening I went to visitation at the funeral home, and my plant was nowhere to be found, and the funeral was scheduled the next morning. I tried to call the number on the receipt, and not surprisingly given the hour, the shop was already closed. So, I called the next morning, the day of the funeral, and was told they never received my order. I explained that I received a receipt and offered to give the woman the order number, but she wasn't interested. She said if I ordered them online, I needed to contact the party I ordered them from, and I said that's what I was doing - I ordered them through THEIR website. She again said they didn't have anything, so I read the order number to her, anyway & it didn't matter. While I had her on the phone I pulled up my bank acct., and fortunately, it didn't show anything pending, nor did it show that the transaction had completed (yes, there was plenty funds to pay) but yet I received a receipt via email confirming the date of the order, the date and location of delivery, and the amount of the transaction. Still, "We don't have anything." Apparently there is a glitch with their website, and I get that can happen, but it left me without anything being sent to the funeral home for my friend of 40+ years. At the very least, she could have offered to redo the transaction & send the plant to the family's home, but this woman was more interested in simply saying, "we didn't get it" and seemed completely disinterested in making things right to a customer who had no reason to believe the order did not work (again, received a receipt from THEIR website). This place was a let down, the woman came across as too lazy to help & no understanding of customer service. Lesson learned.

I received flower for my Birthday from my son in TN and I took a pic and sent to him. He was very happy that it looked just like the pic on the Web site. Flower seem to be very fresh. Thanks for the nice delivery.

So I am not one to write reviews but I was so angered by my treatment at this florist that I felt I had to write this one First, I must say, I like to support local businesses and do so even when it costs a bit more because I think it is important for them to exist. I walked into this florist to pick up a corsage as my son is going to a school dance this evening. There was one customer in front of me and the woman working behind the counter assured me she would be right with me and I replied, "Thank You, no worries" or something to that effect. I walked a few feet to the back of the store and there was another employee putting together various bouquets. Just making small talk, I said "You are the artist who puts these all together?" She snapped back at me, "I am not an artist, what can I do for you?" I was a bit stunned and just said, "I am picking up flowers." She snapped at me again, "...did you pay for them already", I said "yes". She then yelled across the store to her co-worker "..Did you get this man's flowers". The other woman replied, "I am waiting on this customer." I was embarrassed at this point as I am sure it looked like I was trying to avoid having to wait in line and said, "I am waiting in line, it is not a problem." She ignored me, went to the front of the store to a second register and said, "What is your name?" I said, it is likely under my wife's name and then she raised her voice and said, "NO, what is your name, I need to put down who picked them up." Now I was embarrassed and angry. When she went to the back to get the flowers, I said to the other woman working there, "I am sorry, I was just waiting in line." She replied, "We have a system." I said "Yeah, I am getting that." to which she said "You didn't do anything wrong." I came home and told my wife this story and we agreed we will not be going back. I understand people have bad days but when you are in the business of selling things that people can do without and can get cheaper at any local grocery store, you should at least be kind and show some appreciation to your customers. By the way, this was the first time we tried this florist and it will be the last.
