I received a gorgeous basket of goodies this afternoon from my friends. (I had surgery recently) The basket I received from Touch of Elegance Florist is just beautiful. It's a large basket/bucket full of cookies, crackers, cute little jars of jam, box of chocolates, fresh fruit, cheese spread and two kinds of tea! It was put together really well and so fun to open and see all the goodies! I'll remember them when I need to order something for my friends in the future!!

Shelly at A Touch of Elegance jumped right on my last minute request with a great attitude! Super friendly and helpful! Conveniently located in Middletown near the Cheddar Box Cafe and very cute inside! They also have grab and go flowers.

Horrible horrible service and bouquet. My children bought a $75 arrangement and I got something in the line of a $30 bouquet. Look for another florist if you want something worth paying for.

I called the week before Mother's Day and gave them a $125-150 budget to deliver flowers to my mom. I called from California and was assured it would get delivered by Saturday evening because they would be closed on Sunday. I checked in with my mom Saturday evening and they had not been delivered so by now the surprise was ruined. I called back and was assured she was one of the last deliveries and not to worry. Well they never got delivered. Left messages Sunday and Monday and finally got a hold of someone on Tuesday - they NEVER called me back. She said she would investigate and call me back but never did. I called back Wednesday and finally got refunded and NEVER got an explanation or any apology whatsoever. Go with Nanz & Kraft

I would give no stars if I could. The previous owners were wonderful. Provided flowers for my mother and husband's funerals. Flowers for my dad's funeral did not arrive. I called and was told they were on the way. My funeral director called a different florist who went two beautiful arrangements exactly the way we asked. They honored my WWII veteran father perfectly. Only one arrangement arrived finally from A Touch of Elegance and it was poor quality AND two hours late! The second arrangement never arrived. In spite of contacting them and sending a picture, they refuse to call back or refund any of my money. I am disgusted!! I will never recommend them again or use them!

If you're wondering why your Touch of Elegance premium floral arrangement came wilted and then fully rotted after one day, it's because they're selling you Kroger flowers at an inflated, premium price. Every day upper management would have an employee go and buy low quality, wilting flowers from Kroger and then they'd sell them for premium floral prices. Many experienced floral designers quit after management started this practice because they were uncomfortable with the huge up-sale on such cheap and gross flowers. Working in the office I spent most of my days apologizing to and being yelled at by understandably upset customers who'd purchased expensive arrangements and received wilted and disgusting Kroger flowers that rotted after a day. The staff at the shop was great, kind, focused, professional, and hardworking but unfortunately their great work is cancelled out by upper management's greed, unprofessionalism, and idiocy. Just go to Kroger, it's the exact same thing.

We spent good money to send a flower arrangement to a friend's dying mother in the hospital. Received confirmation and guarantee of delivery. When we found out the order wasn't delivered, we called and were told "I wasn't working yesterday" by the person who took the call. They offered to upgrade the bouquet or add some chocolates, and said they wouldn't get around to delivering until the next day. We declined the chocolates because she's a bedridden diabetic. When they finally delivered the flowers, several tips were wilted and they sent chocolates instead of a nice bouquet. We've spent quite a bit of money here in the past, but will be finding another florist for future orders

Horrible business. They canceled my flowers 3 days before my wedding without telling me or calling me. I found out by calling the designer who I worked with and her telling me she was no longer with the company because her paychecks bounced, they don't pay their vendors, and have horrible customer service. What I was told. After going to the store to get some information on what was going on because after I called several times with no return calls the owner Raylene Browne got very nasty with me when all I asked is what is going on. She never ordered my flowers. She never gave me any explanation as to why I wasn't called when my designer left to discuss my event with whoever else was taking over, no apologies, no how can I make it right. Nothing. She then called the police on me when I kept asking for answers and how she was going to fix this. Do NOT do business with this place. She finally gave me my deposit back but we will see if that clears.

Disappointed is an understatement. paid $90 for an arrangement that looks like I made it myself in a $10 vase. first and last experience with this florist! Would love to post a picture of just how bad it looks- posted to their Facebook though.
