Best place in Winchester to take your pet! My dog Jax has gone there for years & I wouldn't take him anywhere else! Everyone in there is nice, polite & amazing. They do excellent baths, nail trims, teeth brushing, paw spa etc etc. Lots of services for affordable price. They've even snapped his pic on the holidays he goes. Highly recommend. My dogs fav place! Jax is a nervous chihuahua but he never minds going here.

worst customer service I've ever experience! rude and condescending. The owner is entitled! picked my dog up and when I got home, I noticed she was cut on the soft spot on the top of her leg and it was deep. They never mentioned it. Called to ask what happened and they pretty much said it wasn't their problem. Never go there
