Level Up Burgers

First time in, and I wanted something quick in the area and found level up. We had a party of 5 and the food didn't take too long. Chicken tenders were crispy, and the fries didn't disappoint. I'm definitely going back again. Oh, and the milkshakes are amazing.

Under new management/ownership.....Was told that they kept the patties and the sauce from the previous owners but everything else is the same, Looked on Yelp seen Level Up burgers and decided to give them a try.... Upon entering and asking I realized it was Herfys.... However I will give them credit the video game concept they thought up is pretty cool, you can play old video games while you wait/eat...... with any new establishment there will be growing pains....I personally think the patties are lacking seasoning, just a matter of opinion... give em a try...

This business replaced herfy burgers at lake wood town center. The menu still maintains some of the favorite items that herfy had. I loved the Cajun Burger from Herfy's so I tried that as a comparison between the two. The burger was prepared well, it's not as good as the one herfy burgers did but still a good burger. Fries served with a side of fry sauce were great. The service was friendly and prompt, they don't have a sign up above the restaurant yet but the door has a logo on it and the inside is decorated with video game themed art work. Over all I'm sad to see herfy burger go but this spot is still a good place for lunch. I ordered a small fry, a burger, and a bottle of water which came to about 16$ with tip

Very satisfying burger for the price! I got the California Burger and Onion Rings. Easy to order in the yelp app (processed thru Grubhub) and it was hot and ready for pickup when I arrived.Burger: Not smooshed. Good size. Tons of avocado which I LOVE. Bacon was buried in there somewhere but doesn't overpower the rest of the ingredients. Veggies not wilted. It's a yellow bun! I have been hard pressed to find a place that still uses yellow buns. Onion rings: battered and fried amazing flavor bombs. I especially appreciate that the onion itself breaks when you bite into the ring, vs those where one bite pulls out the whole onion and you're left with breading. Comes with fry sauce, yum!

Was taken by surprise that this new business took over a staple burger joint I grew up with:( But I'll say the burger was rather tasty, fries DEFINITELY needed deep fried longer, miss the crinkle fries HERFY'S had.

Came here about a month ago. This was the first time I came to the restaurant since the name change. After reviewing the menu, I noticed they had a Greek Burger. I asked the waitress if it was popular/good. She said it was very popular and if I was a fan of Greek flavors, I'd enjoy it. So I ordered it. As I waited, I was excited to see they had a unique video game system that had 100+ games available to play. The restaurant was decked out with classic video game decorations. I got my burger which was very hot, and fresh. I took the first bite and thankfully I had the wrapping below the burger because it was extremely juicy and a little messy. Overall, it was very reminiscent to a gyro. I'd order it again when I go back.

Highly recommend staff is amazing friendly and helpful food and portions are fantastic. We will be back.

We got two burgers and chicken sandwich, all came out quick and hot. I personally had the spicy Chicken sandwich which lives up to its name has a really nice spicy kick with good quality chicken in the paty. Fry sauce is also some of the best I've ever had. Don't be afraid to play some Mario while you're waiting aswell!

Service was absolutely fabulous. The ambience was fun and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend. A little pricey, but what isn't. I feel their food is about the same price as Burger King. Maybe even a little less for better quality of food I will be going back.

I don't even know where to start. I'm sorry, but this was bad. Like... Gordon Ramsey comes into your restaurant to see what the heck is going on bad. Fries INCREDIBLY over seasoned. I tried one on the way home and it was so so so so over seasoned, I couldn't believe it. I had to cleanse my mouth of the taste. Burger was so underwhelming. The patty looked like it came from a Costco package AT BEST. Cheap bun. Nothing original about the food. Service was great, the theme of the place was cool, but the food was so bad. Sorry guys.
