Great for large gatherings and catering! Staff was well-prepared for our event and very accommodating. Service was excellent! The waitress made sure we were comfortable and turned on the fans right at the beginning. It was so nice on a hot summer evening!Good selection of pizzas and pastas, salads and desserts. Happy hour discounts on drinks and pizzas. Personally I liked the santa fe chicken pasta and tortellinis more than the pizza. The pizza dough has a hint of sweetness, and wasn't for me but maybe that's your jam!They have a large covered outdoor patio that can accommodate 30 people easily. I would choose this place again for large parties :)

Leucadias pizza is a great place to get pizza. We ordered catering from here and they were very accommodating and kind to whatever we needed. We ordered several pies and got a bbq chicken pizza, a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza with olives. Both of these pizzas were great! The crust was good and the toppings were spaced well throughout. I would recommend this place if you are in the mood for some pizza! Picking up the food was simple and the restaurant was really nice. It was clean well kept.

My first visit to Leucadia was pleasant as the staff was very nice. I ordered the Pear-Gorgonzola-Arugula pizza which sounds great but the presentation/taste needs work.The Pear & Gorgonzola tasted good, not great, but the topping was mushy...there was no clear distinction between the individual toppings. There was a lot of Gorgonzola which means I couldn't taste the other toppings such as the onions and dates. Looking at the pizza wasn't good, it didn't look appealing. Some of the pears were hard. I got the Cauliflower crust which was hard and unappealing.The best place that has cauliflower crust is Powerhaus Wholesome Pizza and I'd recommend you try it.

Leucadia Pizza is always on point! I've taken advantage of ordering ahead online so I can pick up food on my lunch break. The personal pizzas are perfectly sized for one person. If you're looking to have leftovers for later, I recommend getting the next size up. In addition to pizza, salads, sub sandwiches, calzones, appetizers and desserts are available!The only dessert I've tried is the tiramisu, which is good. It isn't too espresso forward (which I wish it was since I love coffee), it's more custard forward, but still has that traditional tiramisu/coffee flavor. Up next to try is their sub sandwiches because they look bomb online!

I go to this place to pick up lunch at times. They never fail me except once it was the wrong order but I called and he said he would refund my money which was great, honest mistake. I still will be going back for the eggplant parmesan so good and their chicken Thai pasta is the bomb! When I make a phone order they are pretty fast.

I recently had a TON of leucadia in a short period of time, and I've tried what feels like half the pizza menu at this local favorite pizza spot. Honestly my rating should be closer to a 3.5; I think that while I didn't enjoy every pie, overall I liked the crust and topping combos here.I first ordered catering from here for a meeting. Ordering online was an incredibly simple process and pickup was quick and on-time. I like the homey decor and giant lawn chair outside the restaurant. You can track your order on the website and I appreciated the transparency. I ordered the cheese, supreme (combo), Hawaiian, rosemary potato chicken, Santa Fe chicken, and spinach eggplant, all in the largest size. This was more than enough food for everyone and it was very well-received. The Hawaiian, rosemary chicken potato, and combo pizzas were especially popular. I love that the crust isn't too thin and that it's got a nice chew, without being too bready. I do wish the toppings extended a little further up on some of the pizzas. The only pizza I wasn't really a fan of was the eggplant spinach. It felt dry, and I'm not sure there was sauce, only a bed of ricotta (I think) on the crust. The eggplant was also bland and tough. Ordering all those pizzas for catering gave me a $10 reward credit for my next order, and I redeemed it a few days later on another rosemary potato chicken pizza. I got it one size smaller than the pizzas I got for the meeting, and was a bit disappointed by how far the crust extended vs the toppings. I also felt this pizza was drier than the one I got for the meeting. Nonetheless the potato slices were tender and the pizza was flavorful. I also got a slice of carrot cake, which was pricy and just alright. I might try their chocolate cake or tiramisu in the future, as those look good. I like Leucadia way more than regents so it will probably be my go to pizza place in La jolla from now on. However I will probably stick to the combo and Hawaiian pizzas. I think overall, and this is personal preference, I would enjoy the pizzas here more if they had more sauce and were less dry. The crusts are great though!

I am a fan of a good pizza (portion and taste). I don't mind the price as long as it checks the two previous boxes I just mentioned. With that said, Leucadia pizzeria is a hit or miss for me. When they miss, they leave a large portion of their pizza just crust and the chicken wings full of small shards of bones. Disappointing sometimes.
