Let's Go Espresso

My fiance and I stopped by this little coffee-hut on our way home from a cabin trip in Index, WA. I started to notice these coffee huts were really popular during the drive out and was determined to stop at one. The barista was super-nice and managed to whip up two Americanos pretty quickly. So that was really nice! However, the actual Americanos tasted like hot water. The ratio was just off... I got cream and sugar in mine and it helped a little somehow. But I tried my fiance's black Americano and it was baaaaad. Maybe this is more of a place for flavored, sugary coffee drinks. But it was really fun to stop by one of these coffee huts finally.

Super sweet barista and yummy hot chocolate. My son was a fan of the hot chocolate. He loved it. We stopped on our way out of town for a cup of coffee. The service was quick and the drinks were good. We'd come back.

I would give 5 stars but I'm not ONLY because I feel that the new management made some not so great changes but overall GREAT stand. Lovely laddies and double stamp Tuesday is awesome. The baristas that are there now are social without being fake about it which is refreshing. And they seem to know what I want more than I know what I want haha. Overall would recommend to anyone.

AMAZING drive-thru coffee and snack shop with tons of options, locally owned. The staff was super friendly, bomb coffee and they have gluten-free and vegan pastries too, so yummy. MUST-GO place!!!

We love how quick the employees are here! Fitting for the name! Happy we stopped here. We saw reviews for the woodshed on the long waits and will returning to let's go!

I really love this stand. Friendly staff and delicious coffee. Muffin tops and cake pops. Frappuccinos with soft serve mix, yes please! Bubblegum flavor, ahem, sign me up.. it's fun to be 12 again, those flavors are nostalgic! No really, don't miss out! Let's go!

We stopped here on our way to Leavenworth and got a caramel latte and a chai, plus a cranberry orange muffin top. The service was fast and wonderful, and the drinks were absolutely delish! Both were hot, the size was just right and they didn't taste overly sugary. The muffin top was a brand called "Seattle's Favorite." My husband sometimes gets them at work and eats them. They're a nice snack but if you're sensitive to sugar I'd go with something else! I highly recommend this place!

I don't mind going here however I think they can work on their drink menu. Compared to others in the area, they could learn from those around them with drink recipes. I have not tried them again in some time but I love the service they provide and the fact they also sell firewood!!! It has saved us during the winter.

We visited Index from CA for our honeymoon, and I loved their blended mocha frappe here so much I got it 3 times in the one week we were here. There's blended stuff back home but this was truly one of the best I've ever had. Not to mention the sweet staff, we'll miss you guys!!
