Fine Vietnamese food at strip mall in Shoreline! Awesome variety of protein options on the menu (pork belly, meatballs, sausage, etc.)Ordered:-Shredded Chicken Banh Mih ($6.95)-Gyoza and Egg Rolls ($9.95)-Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli Bowl ($14.50)Great presentation and portions. All around wish the protein to carb ratio was a big better. Maybe will try some other items next time. Staff is friendly, food is prepared quickly, clean interior with plenty of seating.

I got some shrimp spring rolls and pork egg roll vermicelli. The egg rolls were crispy and marinated pork great flavor. Pork was a little fatty so I might try a different protein next time. All the vegetables were super fresh. So good! Fast delivery.

This is my go-to spot for Pho in Shoreline. I'm here way too often. It's almost like home. Pho Ha is directly across the street, but I perfer Le's. Pho Ha has better eggrolls, but Le's has them beat on everything else. My regulars here are the combo pho or wonton egg noodle soup. Both so soothing on our many cold and cloudy days. Also, DON'T SLEEP ON THE CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS. They are frying chicken up in here! I always order these. You can get 5 or 10 pieces. The chicken is perfectly fried and juicy on the inside. Some times I just order these alone and take them home so I can drench them in hot sauce. Items that I don't recommend are the fried shrimp. It was soggy and gross. I don't get the eggrolls here because they put potato in them as a filler. And lastly, the pad thai was not very good and I strongly suggest you stay away from that. Their pad thai shows that they are not a Thai restaurant. What is supposed to be tamarind sauce taste more like overly sweet ketchup and they also use pho noodles, which is not the correct noodle for the dish. The staff are pretty cool and alot of times you will see the owner, Le working alongside his team. I really like that. It's a clean spot located in a strip mall right off 99, right next door to the PhilAm store. Plenty of parking. Give this place a shot. You won't regret it!

I dine in and take out here frequently and I have never had a bad experience. Their Pho broth is tasty! And their service is ALWAYS friendly. I even ordered for take out 10mins before close and they were nothing but friendly. They are on the more expensive side, but I will continue to support this small family owned business.

Very solid restaurant, Pho was fresh and loaded with the extra vegetables that I ordered. Pork fresh rolls were awesome! Love to see the totally white bean sprouts and bright green fresh basil, usually an indicator of the rest of a Pho meal. I definitely be back when in the area and craving Pho.

People on ND recommended this place as it had "raving" reviews, so we (my mother and I) decided to try it.The ambiance of the place was clean; a weird seating arrangement though and music was annoying--cover songs with a weird EDM beat. Annoying. It was kind of cold but it didn't make our experience less enjoyable. We were hungry! The menu had a large selection from Pho to Bahn Mi sandwiches. My biggest "minor" concern was "how do you mess up an order when there are only two parties in the restaurant?" The server gave the second party--a group of men--mine and my mothers' order, and then after one of the men pointed out the servers mistake, the woman took it back and then brought it to our table NOT APOLOGIZING to us for her mistake BUT APOLOGIZED to the men. (Um hello?!) Kind of rubbed me the wrong way! Be more observant!

Updated menu!!! The menu prices aren't the same as the ones listed on yelp or google due to an issue with contacting the previous owner but the ones listed in this image are the correct prices!

Takeout review only: We've ordered pho takeout from Le's quite a few times and it's delicious! The broth is savory and flavorful and everything feels super fresh. We usually need to reheat the broth by the time we arrive at home, but that's not a big deal at all! One of these days we will pop in for the full experience but if you're looking for delish Pho to take home, definitely recommend!
