Ordered a hot BBQ Roast Beef sub and this is what I got.
Salad I received full of iceberg lettuce and sliced green peppers.

I ordered a mixed wrap platter for a party from Lena's and it was just as It looked amazingly delicious, Lena's food is the best
Charred boneless chicken wings. How can they package something for delivery that is so clearly garbage?

Ordered an italian sub with everything on it, including hots. What I got was a single layer or thinly sliced mortadella (3 slices total across the sub roll), 2 slices of provolone, tomatoes, sliced onion, pickle and hots. The veggies were fresh but where's the meat?!

I was driving through Waltham on a late Saturday afternoon. I had never been to Lena's. The person who helped was nice. I ordered the chicken margarita sub (grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, fresh basil and olive oil). It was very good. I ate there. There are only three tables but the place was clean and comfortable.

My son and I are originally from Waltham but moved to NC 12 years ago. We wanted some amazing pizza and a steak special and Lena's delivered the goods! Awesome flavor, cooked perfect. The steak sub was to die for. Highly recommended!

We have ordered from here a few times but had a very disappointing experience today. I ordered a Hot BBQ Roast Beef sub. I also preferred it toasted with peppers, onions and provolone cheese. When the order arrived, the sub had no sauce whatsoever, was cold and not toasted. My wife also a ordered a meatball sub, with a request to be toasted. Her sub was soggy, untoasted and without any cheese. The meatballs also had an off flavor. Neither of us finished our meals. I can be pretty forgiving of quality issues, but it's very hard to recommend a place if they go 0 for 2 on just getting you the item you order.

If you order something don't expect it to come as the menu has described it. Order a caprese salad supposed to be mixed greens and instead I got a bunch of iceberg lettuce with a little bit of mixed greens green peppers. They might as well have just taken a garden salad and thrown on a couple slices of mozzarella. Will never order from them again don't recommend them to anybody this wasn't the only item in my order that was messed up but this is by far the most disappointing!

Whatever we order at Lena's is good. Their dinners are always good size. My husband likes the shrimp and haddock mostly. I like everything. Like home made. Never disappoints

Don't order from here. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on a toasted bun and I received dry chopped mean on a bun.... With NOTHING else. Last time a checked there was supposed to be other stuff on it. I'm disappointed and still hungry. Like other reviewers said, I wish I could give a 0.
