Our first stop the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, and what a GREAT trailhead! Smaller distillery, but it did not disappoint. The tour and tasting are well worth the price and the time. The will teach you what makes their whiskey unique, and they will walk you through their pot still process (one of few distillers left who actually use a pot still). It is a beautiful campus to boot. Recommend you book a tour that allows you time to enjoy the bar outside and the gift shop inside. We booked out tour close to dinner and did not allow ourselves enough time to hang out. They have an awesome bar, and they offer some unique cocktail creations that really bring out the flavor of their whiskey and bourbon. Take the time to get the history of the tasting room and the main building. If the "honey couple" is outside by the bar, go ask for a tasting. Amazing! This gets a MUST DO all around, and it won't kill your entire day. Last recommendation... buy their bourbon maple syrup. BEST barrel-aged syrup I have ever had (oh my)! Cheers to you whiskey and bourbon lovers. Whiskey and Bourbon are the presidential ticket I am voting for this year!

My first stop on the Tennessee whiskey trail and I loved it! Our bartender was so fun and friendly. We did a flight and tried the frozen drink of the day, which seemed weird to get a frozen whiskey drink, but it was so good! We'll come back when in town again!

As someone who does not like whiskey, I was very shocked by how good their cocktails were. I tried one that featured their white whiskey... 10/10. We ended up leaving with a bottle. Cute little gift shop with all things whiskey. Multiple areas of seating. Bartender was fabulous and honest with her recommendations. Can't wait to visit again!

What a gorgeous day driving out to Leiper's Fork & visiting the distillery. We didn't get in time for a tour, but still did a flight tasting, had two cocktails, & experienced the live music. Will be returning and enjoyed the vibe. Service was prompt despite the busy Saturday quantity of people.

This place was pretty cool. We came at the end of the day close to the end of business hours. Their bar was still open so we got to try some of the whiskey cocktails and they were both spectacular. Heavy pours and a nice complimentary taste of the whiskey will definitely.bring us back. We bought a bottle of one of the whiskeys to take home. The Venue is mostly outdoor with nice wide open space for seating and hanging out with friend and family. Will come back with some friends next time and maybe do a tour

A relatively new stop on the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, Leiper's Fork Distillery has been open for about 8 years. It's a lovely locale about 25 minutes away from downtown Franklin. With charming wooden architecture, including an antique wood tasting room relocated to the site, it's picturesque, with the requisite gift shop and tasting tours but also an outdoor bar area and multiple fire pits where they host events and where you can roll up with a picnic lunch and enjoy the scenery. Tours last 50 minutes, including their visiting production facility and the tasting. Can't do a full tasting and tour but want to sample the whiskey? They offer self-guided flights.
