It's been almost 1 full year since their last visit. They have a completely different menu now and better service! However, I felt that I did not receive a good value for what I ordered.I got the Josie burrito and it was absolutely delicious and large in size. I paid $12 for this before tip. It did not come with any sides or drink. I don't believe this burrito alone was worth $12 and I'm certain I received a better value almost a year ago during their last visit.I'm keeping my original rating as the food was delicious with fast, friendly service. I'm not sure if I would order from here again unless the menu changes.

Just recently had Left Coast Burrito at the Surprise food truck Festival. I ordered the "Josie Burrito" and it was the right choice! It's basically a "California burrito". It had carne asada, pico de gallo, fries, guac, crema, and cheese inside. Once I added the provided hot sauce...Boom! Flavor explosion! Loved the burrito and recommended it to my cousin and his friend. They both went and ordered the "Josie" and both raved about it. Now, I'm not saying it's the best burrito I've ever had but I would definitely put it in the top 10. I'm a Cali boy and have been living in Az for ten years, needless to say I'm a Mexican food expert at this point! Lol Left Coast also had other burritos that sounded great but I only have one stomach so I can't tell you much about them yet. I did notice a vegan option for my health conscious folks ;) If you come across this food truck definitely give them a try! Don't forget the hot sauce...its a must!

I was driving north on Power and saw a bunch of food trucks in a lot so I turned around and walked over. Power Food Park had a socially distanced event. All the trucks sounded great but I read the Left Coast Burrito board and the Hello Me Fly, I believe is what it was called, was what I was vibin. The employees wore masks, gloves and nice folk. I took it home and ate it. I took one bite and it was that quintessential moment when you know you made the right choice. Fatty burrito. Make sure to tip!At one point, I saw the owner running after a family with their food in hand because he saw she had her hands full with her kids. Team work!I'd turn around again if I saw Left Coast Burrito.

I found myself wandering around First Friday when a hunger came upon my belly by night. I looked left, looked right... Aside from french fries and sorbetto, nothing vegan of sustenance was in sight. Just when I was about to give up, at the end of the dark tunnel of famish, a white light! I barely glanced at the menu board outside of the Left Coast Burrito food truck, but the word "vegan" screamed out! The Aidric is a burrito made with vegan hash, salsa verde, rice, avocado, and black beans. It was a hearty and nice sized burrito. $9. The flavor was good and it had a surprising amount of kick (aka spice). The lady (owner?) said she named this burrito after her son because he loves animals. Awww! Thank you, Left Coast Burrito, for offering this tasty vegan burrito as an option. You saved the day!

Supported the Arizona Roller Derby fundraiser yesterday and Left Coast Burrito truck provided the food afterwards! Delicious! Very friendly folks and the Josie was a big burrito that was excellent. Wife has the Fajita Burrito which was outstanding as well and large enough to save half for the next day! Will always stand in line for this great food by engaging personable people! A+

I normally order chicken burritos instead of carne asada, but they put french fries in it and I was sold. They don't skimp on the meat, and the tortillas and salsa are great, too. Me likey the Left Coast food truck.

I ordered The Davito, which is a shrimp burro w rice, purple cabbage, pico and cerrano lime cream/salsa. It was okay.I waited a while which was understandable for cooking the shrimp. So I appreciated that, but there was no flavor aside from it being grilled. The pics on here are more of a spanish rice, unfortunately what was in my burrito was white rice, also had no flavor. The additional ingredients were on one side of the burrito and the shrimp and rice on the other. It was like I had to bite on one side and then the other in order to experience the flavors together. The pico was a bit soggy, BUT its a food truck and I imagine these types of things are prepared in advance. The only thing that bothered me enough to take away stars is that my burrito fell apart 3/4 of the way through, due to the juices from the pico.Suggestions, salsa bottles outside of the truck and a little more friendly at the window. Id probably eat here again though. Peace.

First time trying Left Coast Burrito outside of ADC for food truck Fridays. I had the Times New Ramen and OMG! So in love. The pork belly was the best I have ever had anywhere. Most the time it is never cooked properly and very chewy but this was the complete opposite, it was tender and "sticky" (if you know, you know what I am talking about). The burrito came with a little side of broth, which I unfortunately didn't discover how delicious and necessary it was for the burrito's flavor profile till the end of my meal. Duly noted for next time (which JUST so happens to be TODAY!!! Can't wait!)***UPDATE: I am not sure what happened but the burrito I got today (times new ramen) was NOT the same as last time. It was not as big as the last time, it did NOT contain pork belly, it was more like fatty, dried out pulled pork prices. I am extremely disappointed!!! I will never be back! $11 bucks out the window.

When at a festival, a burrito is the most efficient way to eat multiple sources of nutrition all together in one bite! Highly recommend the Mcfly! And the Josie! I can't wait to try them all. My favorite festival food truck!
