The restaurant itself is cool. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. I was part of a party of five and we went to China town on a Saturday night, not realizing how busy it would be. The staff at Lee Wing Wah had us seated and took our order immediately. The drinks were good and the food was too.

We use to go to Lee Wing Wah as a family for many years. We haven't been there for awhile since they changed ownership. We decided to try it again. This place is spacious and have big tables, which was one of the draws, as we rolled 16-people deep this time around. They also have a large upstairs dining area, where you can hosts receptions, parties, etc.The food was great!! We had some shrimp/corn soup, sweet and sour pork shortribs (my favorite!), green beans, fish fillet with chives, whole chicken, and salt and pepper shrimp. All dishes were really good and my Asian family liked it a lot. Genuine authentic Cantonese guandong style approved!BATHROOM REVIEW: Located in the back the bathroom was pleasantly decent. This is Chinatown after all. Men's bathroom had one urinal and toilet, single-person sink, and a decent air hand dryer. Sit or squat? Squat.

Their menu is pretty extensive and they offer a variety of dishes. We had a party of 8 and plenty of space in their dining room to accommodate large parties. They even take reservations! Portions were large and we even had left overs. The crab rangoon was bland. Portion size and filling was on point, but just lacked flavored. The dumplings had a good amount of pork filling and the dough had a nice chewy bite. Be sure to top it with the ginger black vinegar sauce too! The steamed fish was delish with the black bean soy sauce. Our waitress even picked the bones out for us. Eggplant was in a flavorful garlic gravy. Eat it with rice and it's a comfort for me. Honey walnut shrimp was crispy and the sweet. The two dishes that stood out to me was the salted fish and chicken fried rice and garlic ribs. The rice was light and flavored just right and not salty. The garlic ribs were super meaty and finger licking good!!! All in all, the food was great, but not epic. I'd come back and try other foods on the menu though.

Always a good time with amazing food here! I've been coming to this restaurant for years and although there may have been some renovations and changes during Covid, this is an authentic restaurant with saucy and delicious foods! They have quick service and would recommend!

What's with all the negativity on the service? I find that their dishes are some of the best I've tasted. And 4 full entrees- Clams, Seafood combination noodles, Chinese vegetable, and Beef Chow Fun, including tax, only cost $78 total. It's a restaurant in Chinatown - people usually come here for good food at good prices. We were served with hot tea and water when seated, and the waitress quickly took our order (don't recall her smiling, which was fine ).We enjoyed the overall experience, and will visit again when we are in town again.

I'm not quite sure why this place doesn't have five stars as my family loves it. The staff are so friendly and accommodating when we request certain things be made vegetarian (meat withheld) and no MSG added. The portions are very large and the flavors are authentic. The price is also extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend ordering a family style meal and trying multiple things. As a vegetarian, the fried green beans and the salt and pepper tofu are a must!

My family likes to go to Lee Wing Wah due to the fact that it can accommodate our large family of 8 adults and 5 kids. We are usually seated and served right away. Portions are decent with reasonable prices. On January 3, 2024 my customer experience at this restaurant was HORRIBLE!!! My mother and I came inside to order for takeout. My mom (who is of age) needed to use the restroom right away and I told the lady (who was working the front) if my mom can use the restroom while I look at the menu and decide. Her response "only dine in and paying customers." I told her she really needs to go and her response "order first and I'll have restroom ready" like really??! I skimmed through the menu as fast as I could, gave her my order and credit card right away just so my mom can use the restroom and not her pants!!! We will never step foot in here ever again.Lee Wing Wah please learn how to treat every customer that comes into your establishment with professionalism, dignity and respect. Have a "people-first" attitude vs business.

This place is ok.Not bad.Service was pretty good.Food was decent.Nothing to brag about.Place itself is nicely decorated and they do try.Not going to knock them.If you're in the area I do recommend stopping in.I was kind of upset that they brought our food 15 minutes apart.I mean WHYYYYYY??? Why would you bring our food 15 minutes apart?? Doesnt make sense. Also, their TO GO comtainers are flimsy as hell. Why not just go with the normal white cardboard containers that most of the Chinese restaurants do?? My food was spilling out almost immediately after I left. Will say this......their portions are HUGE and food is GOOD!!! Not BYOB so don't even think about it.4 stars in a neighborhood with PLENTY of 5 STAR restaurants.

The food was delicious!!! Everything was fresh and fast. Located on the main square it is easy to be pulled into many other surrounding restaurants. But this is a definite must eat! The service was quick and server was attentive. Highly recommend.

My friends and I ordered a chicken fried rice, ginger scallion fish fillet, salt and pepper shrimp, sweet and sour tofu, and honey walnut shrimp.I really liked the bold flavors of the fried rice and salt and pepper shrimp! The walnut shrimp had a really good bite, but I wasn't a huge fan of eating sweet mayo. The fish fillet was decent too, but not my favorite. I think I would have preferred a more saucey fish.Overall, I liked eating here. We had big portions for a good price!
