Le Bon Patisserie

The cake look good for appearance so i give 2 star. But when i cut this cake, its was wet inside and i realize that cake was old. It couldn't even cut the pieces perfectly when the inside of the center part of the cake crumbled. Every piece of cake is missing the middle part of the cake looks so bad Even more undeniable when I try it, really horrible. I very rarely give a bad review, but for the money you spent buying it and getting a stale cake back, it's unsatisfactory.

We've been here a handful of times now - it's hard not to everyone we need to go to H Mart! Everything we've tried has been good! I absolutely love their sandwich bread, it really does make the best sandwiches! I don't think I have a favorite pastry yet but my husbands favorite is a strawberry cream one that is pretty dang good. While everything is delicious, a lot of it tastes really similar so it's hard to say which one I like the most. There are some really pretty cakes in the case in the front and while we've never tried them, I bet they're wonderful so I hope to try one soon. The prices really are pretty decent as well. Usually around $3 per item with some being more of course. Absolutely love the workers here too, they're so nice!

I've been to Le Bon many times, each time trying something new. I want to support them enough to keep trying. Unfortunately, I haven't liked any item enough to buy the same thing repeatedly. Know what I mean?This time I did find something I like A LOT - the Nunetine, which is a glazed puff pastry. I've eaten inexpensive packaged versions (terrible!) and I've eaten similar ones from other local bakeries. This version might be my favorite. Plenty of almonds, just a hit of sweetness, very flaky pieces of pastries. In fact, I was surfing while I was eating and absentmindedly ate the entire bag. Oops. I called it lunch...The other item I bought is a slice of matcha roll cake. It's green, that's about as matcha as it gets. This was a disappointment.Well, I'm sure they still have more things worth trying. Its location is very convenient, inside the H-Mart plaza, so I'll still be back.

To put it short the quality had gone WAY down. I used to always buy cakes from here for every occasion in my family because they are not super sweet but tasty. However, the last few times I have gotten cakes they have been very dry. I gave them a couple of chances before posting a review.I am a baker so I know how the sponge of a cake should take. The cake layers are thin and dry. For $39 I expect a better cake. I feel like a cake from the grocery store would have been better. It seemed like they used more whipped frosting than before to try to hide the thin layers and dryness of the cake but it did not work. I used to recommend this place to everyone but I cannot anymore. We will not use this bakery in the future. A definite waste of money and the birthday person was disappointed and I was embarrassed.

I usually stop here whenever I go to H-Mart. Love their pastries, especially the different types of cream buns. Not super sweet but really delish. The staffs are friendly. Service has always been great. The price is a little higher comparatively. But once in a while it's ok I guess.

Tried some pastries from this bakery/patisserie as a part of purchases from Uwajimaya in the ID. Have had them before when visiting H-Mart in Lynnwood. Good quality. I like them better than most packaged yet "fresh" bakery items in town. We got some cake, a cream bun, and a chocolate croissant. All good tasting and reasonably priced. Always fun to pick and choose different delicious items in their cute little cellophane bags.

Bakery that has a variety of items. I've tried a few things but nothing really stands out. Most recently, the roll cakes were a bit disappointing. Many "average" items mixed with a few that I would preferably never get again.Bit pricey and there are nice 85 Degrees Bakeries around these days which run a hard bargain for the taste. Because of that, Le Bon pales in comparison.Roll Cakes were really dry and one of the worst I've had. Could have been an outlier as I never get the roll cakes here, but every other roll cake I've had has been much better. Wouldn't risk trying again. Matcha Roll Cake was very basic, looked to be food dyed green as there was no matcha flavor whatsoever. Melon Pan seemed like an interesting choice. It's sweet bread with some cookie crumble crust. Fluffy on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. I usually have my go-to as a Bolo Bao (pineapple bun) and this almost reminded me of that.Honestly though, the cakes look pretty solid. Never tried them, but would be something I'd opt for in the future and could change my opinion.

I bought Christmas fruit cake that was in display and since they were only selling 2 different holiday cakes and it's filled with that in display I assume gotta be fresh. but I was wrong..paid $49 for 8inch that is super dry inside and bread crumbles..and what fruits..every slice no fruit except tiny amount in middle section. if you don't know how to bake cake right don't sell it. now you're losing a customer.

Very shady business practices. They added a 15% automatic gratuity without informing us. The only thing the woman did was ring us up. She didn't even say hi. Every employee here have been super unfriendly and prices are whack compared to the quality. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Got a fresh cream cake, it's too dry. They have expensive cakes but not worth the price.
