If you want AMAZING service and a great personality, ask to sit in Paul's section. He is definitely one of the top 3 servers we have ever had. We had an intimate spot in the dining room with candle lit table for a birthday dinner. Service was impeccable. The smell of truffle butter was heavenly! They have a decent wine list by-the-glass, as well as fill wine list by the bottle. I had a red and a white and enjoyed both.We ordered the French baguette (yum!), shrimp cocktail (4 jumbo shrimp), Cesar salad, filets, mushrooms and the twice baked potato. The filets were cooked perfectly and were not overly seasoned. The mushrooms were delightful with just the right amount of herbs. We didn't care for the twice baked potato as it tasted too chivey or onion-y, but that's just personal taste. In all fairness, Paul did recommend a different side but I was set on the twice baked! We also received a small dessert for my boyfriends birthday. The place is lively, and you have to walk through the Lobby Bar to enter. What a surprise that was. We stopped and had an after-dinner drink here as well. Definitely will be back to Le Ame in the future!

We are beyond disappointed with our recent experience at Le Ame. We had a reservation at 7:45 for a big birthday dinner for a family member, and what should have been a joyous occasion turned into a frustrating and embarrassing ordeal. Despite having a reservation, we were forced to wait over 45 minutes to never be seated, while other customers were prioritized ahead of us.To make matters worse, the hostess showed an absolute lack of professionalism by laughing at us during our wait, which only added insult to injury. This behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful, especially when we were trying to celebrate a special occasion. When we brought the situation to the attention of the general manager, Michael Elortegui, we expected a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Unfortunately, his handling of the situation was severely lacking. Rather than addressing our concerns, he continued to prioritize other customers, continued to say 3-5 minutes only for another 10 minutes to pass after another 10 minutes to pass up until 45 minutes after our previously booked reservation time -- leaving us feeling neglected and unvalued. This experience was a significant letdown, and it's clear that customer service is not a priority at Le Ame. We won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here if they value their time and want to be treated with respect.

Made a reservation for my boyfriend's birthday. Vibe of the whole place is perfect - dark and moody and oh so French. We checked in with the hostess and were immediately shown our table. It was a Tuesday evening so not super busy. We got to the table and I asked if we could move the table long-wise so my boyfriend and I could sit together - of course, she said or I can move you to a bigger table. We opted for the bigger table and it was perfect. We did sit a bit when waiting for our first drinks but then realized our waiter had the sommelier come over to our table so no big deal. The sommelier gave us a birthday wine tasting... I opted for the Sancerre and my boyfriend had Sequoia Cabernet. We ordered the Truffled Brie Baguette and Duck Spring Rolls to start. OK this brie bread is everything - so good. The spring rolls were served just how I like with lettuce and mint - the dipping sauce was a tiny bit too sweet and not pungent enough I thought but these were also really good!I couldn't decide between The American Burger and the Wagyu Bolognese - our waiter suggested the burger. So I ordered The American Burger and my boyfriend had the Filet Mignon with peppercorn sauce and Creamed Corn. This was a really good burger and will order it again for sure. The filet (cooked perfectly) and creamed corn also really yummy. I then had a glass of the Brut Rose and our waiter brought out a profiterole with ice cream and fudge with a little happy birthday chocolate on top for my boyfriend - he even lit a candle. It was the sweetest! The complementary desert was yummy - he ate it all. After, I had the BEST espresso martini in the lobby bar. So good. All in all very good, vibe was nice, we will definitely be back. I'm definitely coming back to try the King Crab Bucatini - it sounded so good.

Le Âme Parisian Steakhouse was an absolute surprise. Not knowing what to expect, I was delighted to find that this place serves authentic French fare and takes it seriously. The food was excellent, extremely fresh, and cooked with a lot of attention to detail, arriving exactly as I ordered it. While they don't indulge in wild, crazy culinary experiments, what they do, they do exceptionally well. The ambiance was another pleasant surprise. The setting is very romantic, dark, and dreamy, creating a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's perfect for a special night out. From the wait staff to management, the service was top-notch, especially compared to other dining options in the Phoenix area. This place comes highly recommended to me, and I will certainly be coming back to try other items on the menu. Hope to see you there!

Dinner for 4 Made a reservation They were a little behind say 30 min We had drinks in the bar area while we waited Definitely gave off great gatsby vibes inside with the decor and dim lighting Lovely atmosphere Very lovely and kind hostess staff and apologetic for the wait We ordered steak frites - salmon - the short rib dish and a steak with asparagus - oysters and the Brie bread It was all delicious The service was a bit slow but I attribute that to the overall busyness of the restaurant Our waiter was very nice We would definitely return It's a really fun place to be overall

Just had the most fantastic family lunch! The staff at the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and our server Ariz went above and beyond. She even explained the entire menu in both English and Spanish for my aunt. We kicked off with the delicious onion dip, then indulged in the Chilled Shrimp Louie salad, King salmon, and ricotta ravioli for our mains. For desserts - the profiteroles were amazing. The service was top-notch, and our drinks, the Phoenix 75 and a glass of Prosecco, were both refreshing and tasty. Such a great experience!

We had lunch here recently and the food was good. So was the service and the ambiance. It's busy and bustling at lunch. I have two suggestions:1. Use a steak knife that doesn't slide off the plate when it balances it on the edge of the plate. This kept happening and it was very frustrating and messy. 2. Check the glassware. One guest at our table was served water in a glass with a chip on the rim where one would place one's lips.

There are not many places in PHX that have an ambiance like Le Ame and the Global Ambassador. Phoenicians are known for always looking for the new hot spot in town, flocking from one trendy restaurant to the next, but I'd argue Le Ame is timeless and will unequivocally be a staple in the valley for years to come. Our evening started with a home run. The tuna carpaccio, in my opinion, is the best thing I've had at Le Ame (two meals). Light, delicate, fresh, this dish had it all. We also tried the French onion soup. I found it to be a little on the salty side, but my lady disagreed and loved it, so clearly subjective. For my main course I ordered a filet, it was perfectly cooked, medium rare, and had a 5 star flavour. The truffle butter was a nice addition as well. For our sides, we shared the sweet potato and Brussel sprouts (which was technically an app). The sweet potato was another highlight of the night. The hot honey and pomegranates in the sweet potato dish enhanced its natural sweetness x 10. An amazing side that I'd order again. I found the brussel sprouts to be decent, but it definitely got overshadowed by the sweet potato's. Profiteroles for dessert. The perfect amount for 2. My review would be incomplete without giving a shoutout to the entire team at Le Ame. They truly went above and beyond and created a memorable night. Gilbert, our server was awesome- funny, personable, attentive. He was great. Thank you again Le Ame. See you soon.

It was a beautiful brunch this morning with good friends, great service, and incredible food! I made reservations for 6, and we were seated in a booth near the kitchen. The entire space was decorated amazingly chic; intimate and romantic! Our service was thorough and gave fantastic recommendations for our brunch. We started with the Pancrepe, which he split amongst our table, even cutting a small slice for my little one. That was amazing! I would not share again because I am selfish. Our table ordered various dishes: bagel and lox, croque madam (house specialty, as it should be!), French omelet, quiche florentine, French ham benedict, and a chocolate croissant. There were resounding MMMs and OOhs so it's safe to say our friends enjoyed their dishes. My husband and I really loved the quiche florentine - the crust was flakey and buttery. His benedict was perfectly poached and the hollandaise was rich! I also loved the chocolate had so much chocolate inside! I loved it and should have ordered my cappuccino with it.We had an amazing dining experience, and we hope to visit again!Merci, Le Ame!

Le Ame Parisian SteakhouseOffers outside dining along with private rooms.Onion Dip with chips was recommended by our waiter, skip the dip, save your $16 and go to Safeway for the chip and dip and save $10+ or choose another appetizer. Come on people there is just not a single special thing about this.20 oz Bone in Ribeye 28 day dry aged was tasty, but the thing that stood out about this was the fabulous button mushrooms. Cut of beefwas very nice. Loup de Mer Branzino Lemon Supreme, Brown Butter Sauce was a winner delicious fish just cooked and prepared very well. Highly recommended entree. Grilled Asparagus was a great compliment to the main entree Button Mushrooms was one of the best mushrooms that i could remember Highly recommend this side.Chris was our waiter, he was very good e except recommending the chip and dip
