Laz's Tacos

Pulled up super hopefully because this place had good reviews. Came right at 11a when they opened and a line of 5 more people joined me to get their lunch. Service was good and fast, ordered two carnitas tacos and a shrimp taco.Carnitas meat was this gray color I've never had before, wasn't seasoned and very Americanized with tomato's and cabbage on top, I couldn't eat the second one. The shrimp taco was the star of the show, 4 shrimp that paired well with the slaw and mild salsa..the only reason they got 3 stars because personally I would not return.

The taste was just meh. If you have tasted Xochi which is just next door then you know what I'm talking about.

Because I'm unable to come back again since I'm from out of town, I'll go ahead with 4 stars instead of 3 since I was in the middle. The service was very quick and nice and the location was easy to get to in the gas station. The food itself I feel mixed about. I got the carne asada burrito and my husband got the steak quesadilla. Both of them had a similar meat quality which was very fatty with a lot of gristle. To be fair, it's a good truck and I should have just ordered chicken, but I love asada so much I had to try it. Since it was like that I ended up mainly eating a veggie burrito since I took most of the meat out. That being said, the flavor was very good and the size for the price was also good. I really loved their sauces, which had a nice kick. I just wish that the meat that we had was better quality.

Love the asada fries!! I'll sometimes get them with carnitas instead of asada, and they're delicious that way as well!

We came here for a post hike late lunch/dinner. We originally went next door but that place only had tacos, was pricey for the quantity and had a 30-35 minute wait. We are really happy we ended up leaving and coming here instead! We ordered a taco plate and a chicken quesadilla. The food was tasty and the portions were just right. We liked the mild sauce more than the hot sauce - we thought the hot sauce wasn't complex enough (it was just hot, not much else). The service was friendly and we had a beeper to wait for our food which was ready relatively quickly. The service was also good! We'll be back when we're in the area.

I would say they are an ok food truck. The food quality is fine for the price. I am surprised they don't have tripe and any taco Tuesday deals.

I am always up for some good tacos and lazes tacos really brought their A game. I had the Carnitas, Carne Asada, and chicken tacos with rice and beans. Everything exceeded my expectations with a great delicious taste and the semi crunchy corn tortillas were a nice touch. Next Seattle trip I will make sure to stop by and try some of their other plates. They did have a nice set up with benches and artificial turf on the side of the truck.

I've been here many times, and every time the food and service it's excellent. The shrimp tacos are my favorite. I highly recommend eating here

Hands down one of THE BEST taco trucks I have visited. Quick service but we also went post lunch rush. Lengua burrito was excellent with the spicy red sauce. I tried the cauliflower tacos just to try something different - so crispy yet light- super yummy with extra lime and with the green sauce. Very cute outdoor eating area- you wouldnt even notice you were in the Chevron's backyard

Disappointed in the tacos feel like they can use a better tortilla when u get them they are hard and cold. Also needs better quality meat. Rice crunchy and not soft..they actually might be using jasmine rice which u don't in Mexican rice.
