Laterus Winery

I'm not a big Rosé fan, but their Rosé was excellent. Also enjoyed the Hallows, their GSM blend. First time visiting, but will definitely stop their again when in town.

My friend and I had a great experience here on a weekend afternoon. Very nice space inside, and the staff are great too. The tasting is very reasonable price wise, and they give a great presentation. We had 2 whites, 1 rosé and 2 reds. All of them were very unique. The Wonderlust white, their Viognier and 100% Syrah were my faves. The prices of their wines are very reasonable too. They also gave us a sample of their mulled wine which was absolutely delicious. Plenty parking in this great little wine area! Look forward to returning!

During our wine tasting adventure in the Maltby area, we discovered LATERUS Winery, which turned out to be a great spot for red wines in a friendly and chill atmosphere. Located in an area with other tasting rooms around, it was an easy and convenient stop for wine tasting. For our group on a Saturday, we were able to be seated immediately. The place was pretty busy with other patrons, but service was attentive throughout our time here. The friendly employee came by to tell us about the wines, as each of us did a tasting. We tried five different wines, but the menu has a lot of other different wines to choose from for purchase. Of all the wines we tried, I really enjoyed the Megalith, which was a cabernet sauvignon-dominant blend from the Red Mountain region. My friends and I ended up taking home a bottle of this. If you like more bold, savory red wines, I would recommend trying this one. I also wanted to their 100% cab sauv from Red Mountain, but they were sold out. Good to know for next time! Glad to have discovered this winery while in the Maltby area, as this was my first time learning about LATERUS. However, this won't be my last. LATERUS offers fantastic, red wines in a laidback setting, with friendly staff and dogs welcomed! Can't complain about that.

The wonderlust summer white was fantastic! Stopped by their winery for a tasting flight after trying the wonderlust white at sip Kirkland. Ended up buying two bottles so got the tasting flight free of charge! The outdoor patio seating is lovely. And the owner was very kind.

I had the fortune to stop in at this winery on Friday and was very pleased with the quality of the wine and the pricing was very good I met with the owner Tyler who was very personable and very knowledgeable about wine at his young age. I highly recommend you try their wineS Especially the whites we will return again in the near future.
