Zero-Cold Appliance Repair

The technician was great, had an option of times and days to choose from and was thorough when testing my washing machine. Given time to decide whether to repair or if i want to replace the unit. The diagnostic fee was as mentioned in the Yelp chat. If I choose to repair the machine the diagnostic fee will be waived. I appreciate the time spent checking over my washing unit, if i decide to fix it I will be calling them back. Thank you.

Nick was very responsive and I will use him for future repairs for all my appliances. He kept open lines of communication and provided me with updates throughout the entire process. Great service!My fridge went out last week (it stopped cooling and all my food spoiled within a matter of hours). Nick was able to get me a quote and install a new condenser fan within a few days. I reached out on 6/14 and the new part was installed by 6/17.There was a diagnostic fee of $75. Price of diagnostic is waived if a repair is needed.The price for a new condenser far was $175.20, plus labor and it included coil maintenance.Thank you Nick for being so responsive and getting the job done so quickly. You are very professional and I appreciate your honestly.

I had a great experience with Zero-Cold. My refrigerator randomly turned off and they responded to my inquiry within minutes. Within two hours they were packing up after solving the issue. The coils needed to be cleaned to help keep the compressor cooler. I'm so glad that it was taken care of so quickly for an affordable price. The service was excellent and the technician was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Zero-Cold.

Only gave a 2 because they were quick to reply. Feel like they overcharge a lot. They quoted me almost 600 dollars for a part but it was only 230. Also the guy was very odd.

Great service... they had to come twice since they didn't have the part the first time... Day 1, a guy showed up and spent a few HOURS trying to figure it out... asked my husband a ton of questions, sampled out a few different solutions... the next day Vladimir came and double checked the issue and completed the job in less than an hour... expect it to take a bit, but they did arrive on time and the communication was great... Receptionist answers the call every time, and there's a text message reminder service. 5 stars overall... just remember these things can take some time so grab some takeout lol.

It's always a bummer when you gotta call a service tech when anything goes wrong in your home... BUT, Nick at 4CAGO was responsive, helpful and honest! Since my appliances were for a rental property, I asked if it'd be worth it to pay for a diagnostic rather than just buy a used set online. Nick said.. a used set would probably be cheaper! Even though I didn't hire him to do the job, I would definitely recommend him and am holding his contact just in case there's a next time!Thanks Nick!!

I had to change my appointment time and they accommodated me. The technician Viktor was very knowledgeable about my refrigerator and took no time in reprogramming it. He also clean out 4 years worth of dirt from the coolant coil. He was very polite and even took his shoes off before coming into the house when he saw that I was Asian. Will call them again if I need help!

Our 5 year old GE Fridge wasn't cooling and ice was building up. We reached out to Zero-Cold due to reviews and decided to use them due to quick response and available appointment time. UPDATE:We're just over 2 months since the repair and my fridge is acting up again. Even though I was not under warranty they offered to come out and take a look at the issue and fix it again. They were again quick to respond and very accommodating.
