Food: Amazing. I was craving good koobideh kabob and zereshk polo and this place did not disappoint. It tasted like home cooking to me and I was so so pleased with it. Fresh, hot, juicy and long strips of meat in the entree plate was exactly what I needed. The zereshk was plentiful and gave a sweet flavor to the rice. The usual grilled tomato was also juicy.Service: Fast and friendly. They are very welcoming and are great about refilling drinks when needed. The food came out reasonably quickly and I have zero complaints about that.Ambiance: Feels like a normal, family friendly place to bring everyone or meet with a friend over a good meal. They decorated with quotes that attempt to give a pleasant and positive atmosphere. I'd honestly eat there again even if it were just a takeout window. The food was that good. Hope to be back next time I visit!

I went to Zaytoon on Novemeber 24's Thanksgiving. I was very disappointed with their food quality. Koobideh and Joojeh had the same underlying taste that felt medicine like. I don't know what they use in their marination but the taste was beyond tolerance. I asked them to change my Koobideh and asked for Barg. The Barg came with a mushy rice. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience despite paying good amount. For the bread, you have to keep asking and wait a long time for it to arrive. I believe much more could be done for the ambiance despite the levele of traffic they have. I won't go back again.

I love this place. I always bring my non-Iranian friends here to try Persian food for the first time. The owners are super welcoming and friendly and they make it a comfortable environment for everyone. Plus they have great options and a cute supermarket on the other side i've been coming here for the past 16 years and it always feels like home.

As the eldest occupant of Global West Plaza and the oldest Persian Restaurant In Las Vegas Zaytoon is more easily overlooked than many local eateries, but using the same recipes for decades the space on Durango is a breath of fresh air in a time when authenticity is often lacking.Family owned and the combination of eatery plus market, the later featuring imported goods as well as groceries, plates come from a kitchen steeped in tradition such that everything from Lavash to several styles of Baklava are made on-site daily.Muslim owned and Halal-certified, a name that translates as Olive seemingly appropriate for peaceful confines, guests can expect Kabobs served at a fair price though the real highlights come from Stews such as bold Ghormeh Sabizi and Fesenjaan that is complex but not overly sweet like many.

If you're looking for a dining experience that pairs warm hospitality with rich Middle Eastern flavors, Zaytoon is worth a visit. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Persian restaurant and was impressed by the attentive customer service. The staff consistently checked in, making sure my water glass was always full. The food was good, showcasing traditional Persian dishes that were well-prepared and flavorful. While the flavor profile isn't one I usually gravitate toward, I appreciated the quality and care put into the food. The spices, herbs, and unique combinations provided an enjoyable exploration of tastes.Zaytoon is the kind of place that makes you happy to support. Even if Persian cuisine isn't your usual choice, it's worth dining here for the great service and to broaden your palate with a taste of Middle Eastern tradition. I'm glad I had the experience and would recommend it to those looking for a good meal.

As promised in my prior review, we did return on our next vacation to Las Vegas This time we each ordered lamb soulivaki that included a choice of salad or rice, again we went 1/2 and 1/2. The food was very good as was the pricing. Though we were the last customers of the night, we never felt rushed.

The food is amazing at Zaytoon! My daughter and I were at Claw World. After playing at Claw World, we decided to grab some dinner at Zaytoon Restaurant! Zaytoon Restaurant is located at Twain/Durango inside a large shopping plaza. The restaurant also has a market space inside too that has a deli and fresh juice!Zaytoon offers a wide range of kabobs, seafood, specialty dishes like Gheimeh, sandwiches, and so much more! The service here is outstanding! When we first walked in, the team members greeted us and informed us that we could sit at any open table. When we found a table, immediately, a team member brought over waters and a menu.Since it was our first time here, it took us several minutes to review the menu. My daughter enjoyed looking at all of the pictures next to each entree! She ended up selecting the Lamb Chops with Rice! One of the team members had recommended the Chicken Soltani, which had a chicken kabob and beef kabob. While waiting for the entrees, complimentary bread was provided with butter. It was like a giant cracker with seasonings on top! It was delicious! Everything was cooked fresh. We didn't mind the wait time as it was busy inside the restaurant! We ended up waiting about 30 minutes for the entrees, but it was totally worth it!It was my daughter's first time having a lamp chops. She thought it was some of the best food that she had ever had! It was tender and juicy! I really enjoyed the chicken kabob and beef kabob. The chicken was scrumptious! It was cooked perfectly. I ended up mixing the rice and chicken together. The beef kabob was so delicious! You could taste the marinated beef with all of the different ingredients like salt and pepper. It was charred perfectly, and tender! I would order the chicken Soltani again! Each entrée had a side of rice, grilled tomato, and onion! The food is amazing here!! The service, though, was exceptional!!! The team here is so friendly, checking up on every table and talking to all of the customers! It was such a great experience!

I have been here a few times, however it's been about 6 years. The family ordered a large take out order and we enjoyed it at home. Everything was delicious and fresh. I had the koobidah entree with half salad and half rice. The grilled tomato is always my favorite. The rice is so good and the creamy dill ranch was great with the salad! Will visit more often!
