Big up to Yun Noodle! Y'all did me proud my mainland brothers and sisters. We were looking at a few venues to host a Lunar New Year celebration and I suggested Yun Noodle for their good food, large, clean space, and great service. They offered for us to do a tasting and I was happy that others liked them as well and we decided to host our event there.Day of the event they did a wonderful job of setting up, putting together the food, service, and were so accommodating and kind to us. Definitely good, humble people who keep their word and do a great job.For the menu, I highly recommend their lamb skewers, potato and beef stew, eggplant and green beans. The more authentic Chinese dishes are better done than the more Westernized Chinese food like General Tso. Service is friendly and top notch. Thanks for doing me proud!

Hidden gem for super authentic Chinese food. Good prices, big portions. One of the neat things about this place is that it's sort-of in Chinatown, but far enough and tucked away from the main Spring Mountain area. What does that mean? Better prices, easier parking, while still being delicious.Ordered a few things and almost everything came out delicious. House Special Beef Noodle Soup (N1, $12.99) thick, long noodles made from scratch (watch them make it!) in tasty broth. House Special Xiao Long Bao (B2, $9.99) perfect soup dumplings, just as good or better than that pricey stuff at Din Tai Fung. The Scallion Pancake (A12, $4.99) though, came out cold, even after reheating; not sure why but it could have been better on the next visit. We didn't order it, but the tables around us had ordered soups (don't know which ones) but they can out to the tables in huuuuuge bowls. I'm going to find out what it was and come back to try it.

I asked my Chinese friend to take me to an authentic Chinese spot and she took me here :) let's just say I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed everything she and I ordered. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. we tried few noodles dishes, couple appetizers and 2 types dumplings.. and I just wanna go back and eat moreeee.. -ambiance is very casual and almost like quick dinning style. -it's located at a large shopping center and plenty of parking spots available -pricing is on a cheaper side-portions are what you would expect.. not big and not small -quality and taste is what's gonna bring me back-I did have hard time with the menu a bit but having my Chinese freind there with me to help me navigate it was definitely helpful

I was really excited to try Yun Noodle and Dumplings after a friend recommended it. It's located in the spot where the old Greek restaurant used to be. It still has that homey feel to it. It doesn't look like much have changed. We ordered Beef Rolls, Chicken Fried Rice, the House Special Xiao Long Bao, and Mongolian Beef with noodles. The Beef Rolls were crispy on the outside and the beef was flavorful. The Chicken Fried Rice was great too. It came in a big portion, so I was able to save some for lunch the next day. The Xiao Long Bao were absolutely delicious. The Mongolian Beef was super tender and packed with flavor, probably my favorite dish of the meal. The noodles were fresh, but a little bland on their own, so I recommend asking for soy sauce and adding some chili oil to give them a kick.I'm knocking off a star because the service was really slow. The servers would make eye contact when we needed something, but then just continue chatting with each other. We had to wait a long time for water refills and for the check, even though it wasn't very busy. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, though, I'd definitely come back to try more of their dishes.

I'm usually not the type to write negative reviews about a business but this place was not the best in customer service, needs better trained servers as such, especially when it comes to allergies and knowing what's in the food. Other than that the food here is okay.

I wanted to eat XLB and gave Yun Noodle & Dumpling a try. Parking is easy as the restaurant is located in a strip mall. It used to be the mediterranean restaurant (which I used to dine at a lot in the past.)There was only 1 server so it was a bit slower taking my order. She was busy and working hard. Food:House Xiao Long BaoScallion Pancake with BeefThe XLB wrap seemed thicker than other spots I've dined at. Which isn't bad on my part. The flavor of the soup was good. I lke that they do not remove the lid which keeps it warm. Yay!!! The only negative was the meat seemed overcooked and dry. The Pancake was refreshing. Loved the freshness. Overall, I'd return again and try other dishes.

Typical Chinese strip mall restaurant. Not very crowded. Service was awesome! Very helpful in suggestions. Ordered the Xiao ling bao house special dumpling and the house special oil spill noodle (recommendation of our server). The dumplings were surprisingly excellent. Of course not the same as din tai fung, but they were solid. Nice fresh skin, not too thick, and a very generous and flavorful filling and the pop of soup was excellent. The noodle dish was also excellent. Freshly prepared noodles and an unusual, but very flavorful oil. I would get this dish again and again. All at a very reasonable price. Maybe not the fanciest of restaurants, but the food, flavors and service were spot on!!

Authentic and quality food at Yun noodles. My partner and I visited immediately after watching this restaurant featured on LetseatVegas on YouTube. So glad we did. The hand pulled noodles have the perfect chew. You can watch as the noodle maker puts his skills on display. The oil spill noodles is a great dish for you to appreciate the noodles. Or You can get your commonly known Chinese dishes with a heaping side of noodles! Cold sesame noodles were nice and refreshing, as was the cucumber salad. XLB was so juicy and steaming fresh. Crispy chicken is a must get as an appetizer. The beef noodle soup reminded us of a more mild pho. The employees are also super nice and a joy to interact with!

Great food. FULL STOP! This is a delicious place to have some authentic Chinese cuisine. We had a table of 8 and ordered a wide variety of dishes and none of them disappointed. The service is what you would expect from a restaurant that caters to a majority Chinese clientele. Fast, effective, efficient and food delivered as it is ready so it is hot. I much prefer this to having everything arrive at the same time. It is a typical strip mall restaurant that cares more about the food than trying to be clever with decor. This is a simple but clean space that is quite busy because they create great food. This is a hidden gem in the city.
