The service was timely and excellent from Johnny. The food was phenomenal! We got the okonomiyaki which was perfectly prepared and full of flavor! We also got the gyoza which was just a little greasy which took away from the crispiness, but was delicious. Individually we had miso ramen and the tonkotsu dipping ramen. My miso ramen was perfectly cooked, rich, light, with a delicious jammy egg and chashu that left me begging for more. The seafood tonkotsu dipping broth was luxurious, smooth, and packed with umami. To round out the meal we shared a slice of yuzu cheese cake; it was perfect. Light and caky texture with creamy feel and a yuzu lemon flavor that accentuated the natural flavors of the fruit itself. The lighting and ambience was perfect for good conversation, but individual table lighting would elevate the experience to spotlight the food. Prices were also perfect!

World class food, service, and ambiance! The servers are always so friendly and I had my food within a few minutes of ordering! Everything was fresh and delicious. Their gyosa with the crispy skirt is out of the world, especially when paired with the dumpling sauce. The omurice is exceptional and is always cooked to perfection. Just note that it's a lot of food! I had a delicious yuzu peach drink with it and needed to be rolled out by the end. Highly recommend this spot. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great stuff!

We loved this place. Expectations were low as the ramen and Japanese places in NW Las Vegas are not really the greatest but we were happily surprised that this place is top notch. The char siu in the ramen is so good and flavorful, something extremely lacking in Vegas. I had it in the Miso Ramen and I was happy with this.We also had the Tonkatsu set and the Chicken Katsu Curry. The katsu here is excellent and some of the best we have had in Vegas. Will definitely return to try the other house specialties here.Kudos for the service as well. Great job Yoshida Kitchen

Server was attentiveFood was good and decent price Beef udon 9/10 - I love how it was a soup. It came out scorching hot(temperature). I love my soup where it can almost burn my mouth! I wish there was mushroom or 1 veggie in it.Combination omelets - 8/10 very flavorful and delicious. I love the runny egg. Very large portion.

Had this again and was really disappointed in the Togo service. The bag was used before and dirty inside because nothing I ordered would have had white hard food that looked like maybe some kind of dessert leftovers that spilled. And the eggroll box has a big hole in it. It was sloppy and made me feel like my food was contaminated. I will try to dine in one timeBefore I decide to not eat here again. The food was really good the first time I had it.

It's hard to find a solid Japanese place on this side of town. At others mentioned, this one is definitely a gem to be found in the Centennial area. Authentic Japanese food and a menu with wide variety. The ramen, fried rice with their house sauce, and curry are great. The whirled egg atop the fried rice is a good touch. I've brought several out of town guests here and all were delighted with the dishes they ordered.

Solid tasting food, fast friendly service, nice calm atmosphere. What else can you ask for?We ordered the chicken omelette rice, chicken paitan ramen and the beef bowl. All were delicious and shared between 4 people. The winner for us was the beef bowl. If they offered a beef omelette rice, it would be game over. Glad to have this place nearby now

Food was excellent. The chicken katsu was the best I've had, very tender with a light, crisp batter. The dipping ramen was so flavorful - delicious!Service was excellent! We will definitely return.

Loved the food. Kind of hard to find a good, flavorful Japanese curry, and they have one! Creative menu, but some simple stuff as well. Will 100% be back in the near future!

Food is amazing!!! We have only been to Yoshiya twice but they truly surprise us with the quality of the food. We tried omelette rice, Katsu curry, okonomiyaki, shoyu ramen, and beef rice bowl. All the dishes are well-seasoned. Highly recommend the omelette rice. The service is pleasant and the price is reasonable. It is a small restaurant so try to beat the rush dinner hour.
