Absolutely the best ramen restaurant ever. This was better than the ramen I had in Japan, which makes sense considering they import ingredients from there! I had the spicy miso ramen with chicken. The noodle's were flavorful and the chicken was the most tender chicken I've ever had in soup. The best part was the service and owner. Mue our server was attentive kind and very knowledgeable and Natcha the owner made us laugh so hard I gained a new ab muscle. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

We were extremely disappointed with the prices compared to the food. Our meal with 20% tip was $91.00. Portions were nice, but it just didn't feel like an expensive meal. I would prefer smaller portions and better quality. It felt like something we could make at home. We won't be back.Response to owners comment below: Glad you brought that up. We weren't told we were getting a whole steak and who chicken as we pointed to a picture on the flyer with the sampler and asked for that. (A few pieces of chicken and a few pieces of steak). Had we been TOLD it was a whole chicken and whole steak we would have kindly declined. However, that doesn't matter as in my review states the portions were good, the quality was not worth the price.

I found out about this restaurant when planning my trip to Las Vegas. I heard they had Ramen Flights.. and I was like.. yes please. Trying it for New Years made my night so fun. First off the service was amazing! We got greeted immediately and warmly. The server recommended the dumplings to start. They came out immediately and were fresh and delicious. We also ordered the calamari and cucumber salad. Both were really good. But the flight steels the show! Every soup was delicious! My favorite hands down was the creamy curry ramen with katsu garnish. It was so addicting. I preferred all of the dollar toppings on the side so we can add it on top of our own bowls. The flight plus app would easily feed 3-4 people until they are satisfied. The ambiance.. meh... it's not fancy but the family workers made us feel so at home I really don't care what the restaurant looked like. With this saying this. It is casual but date worthy.

Hmm this was so so for me.Positives Large portionsVegan options I liked their use of chilli oil in the ramenConsToo saltyTasted heavily inspired by Jinyas spicy creamy vegan. I prefer jinyas take still. They used some type of green noodles which were maybe matcha flavored or veggie flavored. I wasn't really a fan.Despite the Japanese sounding name, this is a fusion place, if you're expecting an authentic Japanese ramen experience you won't get it. So adjust your expectations. Would I come back? Maybe

I'm here to try the beef donburi for lunch. The restaurant is really clean and the service is friendly and fast. The beef was well cooked and covered the very well sauce steaming rice bef underneath. I felt like the broccoli and carrots were not cooked with the beef since they had a different taste from the sauce.

Another great find in Chinatown! We had a late night dinner at Yohama and truly enjoyed it. Our server was very polite and attentive, especially to ensure our waters remained full. The atmosphere was decent; nice and clean, but not spectacularly decorated like some other small restaurants in the area. We started off with an order of Gyoza which had a good flavor and was jam packed with meat. For entrees, I opted for the Chicken Katsu Bowl - The chicken was perfectly crispy with a great flavor and I liked having some crisp veggies on the side. My husband had the Tender Beef Bowl, which also was incredibly flavorful. We ended with Yuzu Sherbet; so refreshing with a subtle sweetness. We greatly enjoyed all of our food as well as the service, although I feel it was just a tad pricey in comparison with similar restaurants in the area.

Yohama Noodle House is my go-to spot for a satisfying bowl of ramen. They have a wide variety of options to choose from, but my personal favorite is the creamy chicken ramen. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are cooked to perfection, and the toppings are generous. The service at Yohama Noodle House is always top-notch. The waiters are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They're always happy to make recommendations or answer any questions. I've heard great things about their tomahawk special, and I can't wait to try it with a friend. It's definitely on my list of must-try items. If you're a ramen lover, Yohama Noodle House is a must-visit. You won't be disappointed!

This was not the Ramen restaurant we were hoping it to be. Just to be clear, we have some very good Ramen noodle spots in San Diego for comparison, and were very much looking forward to dining here. Yohama Noodles (YN) is located on the 2nd floor of the Pacific Asian Plaza. The outdoor stairs closest to YN has two exposed concrete steps a little farther than halfway up the staircase as my wife almost tripped going up to the upper level. YN is among a number of Asian businesses (i.e. Asian massage, skin care products, etc.) in the strip mall. Upon arrival, we were surprised to discover no other dining patrons besides us during the peak lunchtime period. It could've been our misinterpretation, but it "felt" like our server was somewhat "pushy" (quick to want us to order food, often asking if we wanted more food, or upselling menu items and pushing the Ramen flights and Tomahawk flight). Between that evening to the following morning, half of our party had also gotten sick with stomach aches. However, the other half were absolutely fine so we're not at all claiming YN was the sole reason for the illnesses. Besides our service, many of us felt their Ramen was just meh. The broth was not hot when brought to the table and just a little warm and after a few minutes, it would no longer be warm with more than half of the noodles and broth remaining. We were a little shocked that their hot green tea was not loose leaf and just from a tea bag. On a positive note, our server was quick to take our orders, serve our items, and split our share of the bill accurately and expeditiously. From what our friends told us, they liked the cucumber salad and spicy edamame enough to praise it. But unfortunately, their Ramen just did not suffice, and that was our primary reason for dining here based on previous Yelp & Google reviews we had read prior to coming here.

There are a LOT of good restaurants in Chinatown in Vegas but I am so happy I found this one. The owner is super nice, and after serving Las Vegas for a long time (She managed Pin Kaow for awhile) she finally achieved her dream of opening her own restaurant. I ordered the creamy lobster ramen noodles and upon hearing my love of Asia they cooked me something off menu which might have been the best shrimp i've ever had. I also got some fried rice to go, which I ate the next day (reheated super well, which is rare) Will definitely be returning. If I could give 6 stars I would.
