X World 360 - Bally's

Not sure why it says Bally's location since there's no Bally's anymore.This review is for Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile location- Alex was the rep for this location. Such an engaging young man, so happy " we gave in " to his encouragement or we would have missed an awesome experience.We did the roller coaster virtual ride., I was screaming and gripping the sides of the seat I was in! I did not expect it to be that realistic!! the graphics, the views, wind blowing so real! It was one of the most memorable experience I had this weekend .

During our Vegas trips, we typically like to take time away from gambling to do something fun. We were already downstairs for mini golf and as we were done, we started a conversation with Jose at X World 360. He convinced us to try out one of the rides. My husband wanted one while I wanted another. I wasn't sure what to expect as we hadn't done a virtual reality ride in years. My husband said that it's probably better than before and it definitely was. We both ended up doing space and roller coaster in a cave. Both rides were great but space (planets) was my absolute favorite.Will definitely stop by next time to try other experiences.Jose was definitely welcoming, professional and very informative.

Budd was very friendly I had the best experience. If you guys are here in Vegas it's a must have

Took my 5 & 10 year old and they did the zombie, prehistoric monsters and deep sea modules. Was absolutely worth the time and something worth checking out. I know it was fun as they want to go back and try some of the other modules.

My experience was excellent! Came in and they greeted me right away and pointed me in the direction of the best virtual rides. Explained instructions clearly and assisted my questions. I was very pleased with my experience and I would highly recommend for a moment of fun!! I came to the Vegas location. Great service!!

It was fun! We did 2 rides with the roller coaster and Jurassic TRex rides.It was so realistic that I was screaming the whole time (and sweating)! For the roller coaster. It's fantastic experience The 2nd ride was interactive and you get to shoot the dinosaurs coming at you!Thanks to Alex for a fun time!It's at Miracle Mile near Elara entrance.

I was walking by on my way to dinner and noticed the virtual chairs, so I stopped to check pricing, and the workers told me how much and talked about the options. I said that we were in a rush and trying to get to our reservation. I asked her how long she was open and she (Ella) assured me that they would be open until MIdnight and that if I bought right then, she would take $10 off the cost so I did. I got back at 9:15 pm and no one was there. I went online to get a customer service number, and no one answered, so I had to leave a voicemail. I found online that they closed at 9 pm!!! But they told me they were open until midnight, and I would not have bought the tickets!! Now I'm stuck, doubtful that I will have any time to use the tickets tomorrow and am headed back home after that!!

The roller coasters were so bad and I would never go on this again EVER... they say you can build in the Minecraft one but no you can't their "building" is placing a block in front of you that do nothing and is pointless. Dinosaur called "the Cretaceous yuan" is horrible to put it nicely it constantly stabs you in the back and it's horrible for people with motion sickness. DO NOT COME HERE EVER...

Sucked, I had to look behind me for the entire event. It was suppose to be a hunted house, you're sitting in a wheel chair without your has then dropped in water...oooo so scary. The guy asked how was the ride, since I've never done this I explained it was uncomfortable having to continue looking behind me. He replied I should have told him this during the ride, ok so if I've never done this how would I know it was wrong? He told me he has a line so he can't do a redo. Poor poor customer service
