I had an amazing experience at this Winchell's location. I oversee a company with 6 locations, and decided this day to get everyone in all my stores some donuts. Of course, Winchell's is the agree upon fave of everyone. So I stopped in to get a LOT of donuts for a whole bunch of people. I assumed two things would happen:1- the staff would be annoyed that I'm ordering so much. 2- the wait time would be very long. BUT...To my surprise, neither of those assumptions were true! The staff was very pleasant, kept a calm and hospitable demeanor, and they fulfilled the order rather quickly. I was impressed and pleased. Will visit again!

Tried Winchells for the first time and enjoyed the various flavors we got! The old fashioned was crisp and delicious! We also ordered the turkey bagel sandwich and that was the best bagel sandwich I have tried, I would definitely recommend trying that and your favorite flavor donut here

Winchell's Donut House on Warm Springs is a great location for donuts, coffee, bagels, with Subway open 24-7. First time to this location. Picked up donuts on the way to work. Awesome selection of donuts from old-fashioned donuts, filled donuts, twists, sprinkles, apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, bagels, sandwiches and many more. Steady flow of people. The inside was clean. The service from Yaslenia was good, she was polite and patient with me while picking out the donuts I wanted. I like the 14 donuts special that includes Twists, Bars and Jellies that is a deal! Donuts were fresh and my colleagues were happy. My favorite kind of donut is a regular glazed Twist, so yummy! I also enjoyed the Iced Caramel Coffee. When in the area stop by for some donuts or even a sandwich from Subway.

Attached to the cloying smell of Subway on Warm Springs Road is one of 170 Winchell's, the only explanation for their decades in business seemingly low prices and 24/7 hours catering to undiscerning palates.Now owned by Yum-Yum Donuts, the family of Verne Winchell selling out in 2004, patrons can still expect the "14 Donut Dozen" made from pre-mix, the Cake rings fairing slightly better than bone-dry Old Fashioned and flavorless raised selections.

On two separate occasions at this site, I was shortchanged on the number of donuts I was charged for. Looks like this may have been an oversight once, but not the second time. It does not help that most of the employees do not speak English very well. Make sure to open your bags and boxes to check your items before you are charged,

Donuts are ok, not the best. Customer service sucks needs alot of work. The two Hispanic women are rude and lazy ex. No napkins were out, asked for napkins and you get the annoying eye roll.

Winchell's makes the best donuts in town. They're always fresh no matter what time of day you go. They're not overly sweet, and they stick to the classics. Their apple fritters and Maple Bars are my favorite!!!

I didn't even know there were Winchell's donuts around anymore. Those in Northern California where I grew up, closed decades ago. It was so shocking and refreshing to see they still exist. It was a Las Vegas miracle! Their donuts remain good still. And I love they are open all the time. I hate donut shops closing at 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Donuts are not just for breakfast! They are for all the time!

Thought I'd go old school and get Winchell's! Pretty bummed!! These donuts looked great in the case then I get home and they are old!! I'm not sure why you would put old donuts out??? At 9pm they had a good selection and where 14 is the standard dozen. A lot of 24 hour spots don't have anything at 9pm. Friendly staff will be back.
