Wanted to try the happy hour here, we arrived around 5 pm and there was one table left..we lucked out. The bar was completely full and all the tables in the bar were getting after this happy hour.I ordered a Conundrum red wine, not on happy hour and hub got a Heineken zero and his was two dollars off. I really wanted to try the filet sliders on happy hour that came with truffle French fries, but I also wanted some mashed potatoes...anything not on the happy hour menu is not available until after 5 pm, so keep that in mind.Hub ordered the Wagyu meatballs that came with some toasted bread. All the food was really good and the ambience was amazing in the bar...I really will keep my eye out on a nicer dinner experience since the dining room looked so nice. All the prices seem pretty fair. This will be a must return.

Spur of the moment dining adventure because the Asian restaurant was closed. Glad they were (I've dined there before) and William B's Steakhouse was so much better. I know you can't compare. Special shout out to Roger (hope that was his name) from Kauai who was our server. He was very personable and he chatted with us a bit too which made our dining experience a great one. Mahalo Roger for your genuine service. As Maile and I said, we will return. Food: Crab Cakes Steak FritesBanana Cream Pie (Huge)The crab cakes were delicious. However, something needed to wake the dish up and luckily Roger was great to bring us sauces. He brought like an aioli and a vinegarette sauce and I preferred the vinegarette. The acidic taste / flavor woke that crab cake dish up. The steak on the other hand was flavorful and seasoned well. Tender and tasty. Really good. Also, that Banana Cream Pie is a MUST. Overall, a great experience. We will return with our other half and dress more appropriately. Lol. P.S. They would have gotten a 5 Star if that crab cake was not so dry.

We were impressed with quality of food and services. Alex was very pleasant and doing a great job, he recommended Ribeye cap as a special item, i never had It before, it was delicious cut, I love it, I hope they keep it on the menu. We'll be back again more often. Also many thanks for Bobby, the manager. He is always attentive. It's not easy to find this kind of service in other steak houses. Recommend this place to anyone who care about quality !!

My family and I came here for Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately we were sat in the back of the restaurant. The server was a new face to us whom we had never seen before and let us know we could order their Thanksgiving turkey and prime rib dinners or off of the regular menu. My mother and brother ordered the turkey dinners and my husband and I ordered the prime rib. Since I only eat meat, I had all my sides/dessert/appetizer to go. The dinners came with butternut squash soup or salad topped with champagne vinegarette. The soups were very cream heavy and didn't have much of a butternut squash flavor. My mother asked if she could have ranch dressing on the side of her salad instead of the vinegar, but the server insisted that he cannot alter a Thanksgiving dinner item which I thought was pretty ridiculous. (How hard is it to bring a ranch dressing on the side?) So her salad was pretty terrible in her opinion. My mother and brother liked the turkey. My husband and I liked the prime rib, but we definitely prefer prime rib to be blackened and seared which is always how we ordered it at the former SC Prime. The desserts offered were pumpkin pie or pecan tart. My family said the desserts were decent, but nothing too exciting.

Came here for a birthday and it was our first time dining at the establishment. First and foremost I'd like to thank Alex and Trevor for a great time the service was exceptional and very knowledgeable. We started with the Wagyu and crab cakes both phenomenal the tomato sauce with the meatballs was to die for. Ordered the tomohawk and boy was I blown away by just sheer quality and flavor. Will definitely be returning soon. Ambiance is elegant and dim lit for a nice setting.

I've walked by William B's often and noticed that they have a daily happy hour from 4-6pm, so we decided to give it a try. Located in the Suncoast Casino, there is plenty of parking. The Happy Hour menu featured a lot of items and everything we had was delicious. We tried the Pan-Roasted Seafood Tower, Mini Filet Sandwiches, Wagyu Meatballs (2X), the WB (cheeseburger), and Ahi Poke Stack. Please note that although the Happy Hour menu is available 4-6pm, you have to wait until 5pm to order off the main menu.Michael was our server and he did a great job. Was very attentive and able to answer all our questions easily. We sat in a table booth in the bar area. There were three viewable TVs and nice music. The booth was very comfortable. We look forward to coming back to eat off the main menu.

An unassuming local steakhouse with an impressive stock of speciality liquors! We shared the bone-in ribeye-- juicy and melt-in-your mouth, perfectly prepared. I've also had the pan roast seafood tower, and it's decadent. The bread basket is a highlight-- brioche, pretzel bread, sourdough, white choco, and onion bread, and 3 butter options. Everyone who works there is so friendly and sweet--Shawn & Roland are standouts. All guests are greeted with a specialty cocktail, and the cocktail menu is stocked. Old-fashioned presentation was classic. This will be my neighborhood regular spot for a steak and a Blanton on the rocks!

We were just in VEGAS and celebrated my 65th birthday. Our waiter was Ruben Service and food was amazing. We had filet and king crab legs. Their basket of bread choices were so good. We really enjoyed the white chocolate bread. This was our 2nd time eating at William B's and it won't be our last.

Fancy steakhouse tucked away inside the Suncoast casino here in Vegas! Nice decor and clean interiors all around. Despite this high class atmosphere, the dress code can still be casual which is nice. Our server was awesome and accommodating. We started off with complimentary cocktail: fruity martini - light and sweet but not too sweet. Tasted like light sweet melon. All the food was excellent! For starters, we had their shrimp scampi - love shrimp . For entrees, I had the salmon with substituted sautéed spinach since our waiter said the standard couscous that comes with it is not gluten-free. The salmon was cooked to perfection, tasting like butter and the skin crispy and not too salty (love crispy salmon skin!). The sautéed spinach was super yummy and soft, not too mushy. Hubby had the rib eye, cooked perfectly at medium rare and also tasted awesome. Our friends both had the rack of lamb that tasted SUPERB! They also served 8 different types of fancy bread which I wasn't able to try but everyone at the table enjoyed. Meals were definitely filling and large portion sizes that hubby and I got to take home

Finally checked this place out and kicking ourselves for not having gone sooner. Went for happy hour and dang, what a happy hour! Fantastic prices for damn good food. Husband and I each got their burger, the crispy pork belly and a cosmo. The burger is... $14 during happy hour, which is one of the best deals in town. Requested medium rare for mine, well done (I know, I know) for the husband and they were both cooked perfectly. Comes with oh-so yummy fries - so good that I actually finished my fries, which I never do. The pork belly came wrapped in one of the tastiest bacon I've ever had. My cosmo was made perfectly by our favorite bartender from SC Prime, the previous steakhouse at Suncoast. Happy to see that many of SC Prime's employees are now working at William B's. Service was of course top notch. The one change we didn't care for was that instead of them giving you a bread basket, they have someone come by with a tray of breads that you pick out. The bread stayed warm when in the basket. Not so with the new iteration. Not a deal breaker, but just wanted to whine about it.
